Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for foliated articles such as canine excrement bags or disposable gloves allowing a user to use fuel at a fuel pump without getting dirty hands.
  • foliated articles any article of substantially planar shape made from any material in the form of sheet such as plastic or paper for example.
  • the canine waste bag dispenser of the document WO 2008/043189 A2 authorizes only a distribution of articles to the unit, preventing a multiple distribution from a reserve of bags packaged in roll.
  • this distributor does not dissuade users from quickly and easily making a multitude of successive purchases of items until the dispenser is exhausted.
  • the opening means is on the front face of the housing, with regard to the central zone of the adjacent foliated article, and the actuating means must deform the front foliated article to produce a loop which must engage in the opening means to allow its grip.
  • the deformation of the foliated article is difficult to reproduce, so that the reliability of the device is very insufficient.
  • the opening means necessarily has a relatively large size to allow the passage of the foliated article loop, so this dimension does not prohibit the passage of fingers during a possible attempt looting by malicious users.
  • a problem proposed by the invention is to design a reliable, simple and inexpensive distributor for distributing foliated articles in a unitary manner and to limit the risk of vandalism and looting by successive frenzied catches of articles.
  • the invention provides a foliated article dispenser as defined by claim 1.
  • the dispensing box thus has two lateral openings separated by the set of foliated articles, and actuating means successively moving towards each of the openings a foliated article frontal sliding in its plane.
  • actuating means successively moving towards each of the openings a foliated article frontal sliding in its plane.
  • the foliated article being in the opening means according to its low thickness, the opening means can be thin and are thus shaped so as to oppose a direct grip of a foliated article by the user with his fingers when the foliated article is in the stacking position.
  • the article moved by the actuating means slides on the adjacent article without driving it in its movement, which ensures the reliable distribution of a single article at each solicitation of the means of action. actuation.
  • the article moved by the actuating means is moved towards one of the opening means and then towards the other of the opening means but can always be removed by one of the two opening means located on either side of the bundle stored.
  • the other articles remain motionless due to the relative sliding between the moved article and the adjacent article, which effectively limits the risk of damage to the dispenser and the stack of the package which remains as such. orderly and functional for a satisfactory distribution.
  • the actuating means may comprise a friction pad displaceable alternately towards the first opening means and towards the second opening means.
  • the friction pad has a coefficient of friction on a foliated article which is greater than the coefficient of friction of two articles foliated one on the other.
  • a friction pad is a simple, effective, robust and insensitive to the weather allowing to drive reliably a foliated article despite the sometimes very smooth surface state of the latter (paper or plastic for example).
  • the friction pad can be movable in a reciprocating movement towards the first opening means and the second opening means.
  • the friction pad can be movable in an alternating translational movement towards the first opening means and towards the second opening means.
  • the friction pad thus makes simple movements to be performed by the actuating means, and such movements can effectively move the foliated articles without damaging them.
  • the friction pad can be driven by a pivoting lever in a plane substantially parallel to the foliated articles stored in a package.
  • a pivoting lever makes it possible to use the leverage effect to size the effort to be performed by the user in a fine way according to whether one wants to facilitate the distribution of items or increase the effort that must provide the user.
  • the actuating means may comprise a gripping member slidingly movable by the user in a light provided in a wall of the housing.
  • the actuating means are thus contained inside the housing to be protected from external weather and against deliberate damage by malicious users.
  • the gripping member may protrude outside the housing by a length of less than or equal to about 4 cm, preferably less than or equal to about 2 cm.
  • pressure means can maintain a contact pressure permanently between the friction pad and the bundle of folate articles to be received in the storage means.
  • the contact pressure between the friction pad and the set of foliated articles makes it possible to increase the friction of the pad on the article to be moved, which makes the operation of the dispenser more reliable.
  • the storage means may be shaped such that the set of foliated articles, when received in the storage means, rests against the friction pad under the effect of gravity. This guarantees the maintenance of a contact pressure simply and effectively.
  • a weight can be added on top of the package, for example in the form of a plate.
  • the pressure means may comprise means for resiliently returning the friction pad against the bundle of foliated articles when it is received in the storage means and / or the elastic return means of the bundle of articles. foliated articles when received in the storage means against the friction pad.
  • the elastic return means make it possible to induce a satisfactory contact pressure irrespective of the orientation of the distributor relative to the vertical direction defined by gravity.
  • Means for adjusting the return force can also be provided according to the surface condition of the foliated articles to be dispensed.
  • the storage means may comprise a wafer support plate resiliently biased towards the friction pad.
  • the support plate progressively moves the articles towards the opening means under the action of the return means as folate articles are taken.
  • the opening means can thus be stationary, such as openings provided in the housing, and can be dimensioned in a sufficiently narrow manner to allow only one article to pass through.
  • Such a distributor has a simple architecture, reliable and robust.
  • the bundle support plate may have a width greater than that of the foliated articles to be received in the storage means.
  • Such a bundle support plate allows precise guidance of the foliated articles to the opening means during their lateral displacement in the dispensing position.
  • the bundle support plate may have a shorter length than the foliated articles to be received in the storage means.
  • a bundle support plate makes it possible to avoid a stuffing of the dispenser box and / or a jamming of the support plate when the foliated articles comprise a weld zone at their end disposed in the vicinity of the free end of the plate. of support that induces a local extra thickness of the package.
  • the opening means may each be in the form of a slot having a width dimensioned so as to oppose that a user can introduce his fingers into the housing.
  • the width of the slot-shaped opening means may be chosen less than or equal to approximately 1.5 cm, preferably less than approximately 1 cm.
  • the dispenser may include means for indicating the quantity of foliated articles stored in the housing, preferably a slot made in a wall of the housing and extending substantially in the stacking direction of the package intended to be received in the storage means.
  • FIG. 1 to 8 are illustrated two particular embodiments of distributors of foliated articles according to the invention, ensuring the distribution of canine excrement bags.
  • the invention is however not limited to the distribution of canine excrement bags but allows the distribution of any article made from a sheet-shaped material and being in a substantially flat shape.
  • the invention is for example applicable to the distribution of disposable protective gloves for users wishing to use fuel at a fuel pump.
  • the housing 3 and the opening means 4a, 4b are shaped so as to oppose direct gripping of a foliated article 2 by the user by means of his fingers when the foliated article 2 is in the storage position ( figures 1 and 5 ).
  • said foliated article 2a is positioned to be grasped and pulled by a user through the first opening means 4a.
  • the foliated article 2a is engaged laterally in the first opening means 4a to protrude out of the housing 3.
  • the foliated article 2a can be moved laterally into the dispensing position while remaining inside. of the housing 3 while being gripping by the user (distribution position only) by engagement of his fingers in the housing 3 through the first opening means 4a.
  • the actuating means 7 comprise a friction pad 8 alternately displaceable towards the first opening means 4a and towards the second opening means 4b, which are located on both sides. other storage means 5 and are therefore substantially opposite.
  • the friction pad 8 is movable in a reciprocating rotational movement (illustrated by the double arrow 9) to the first opening means 4a and the second opening means 4b.
  • the friction pad 8 is movable in an alternating translational movement (illustrated by the double arrow 10) to the first opening means 4a and to the second opening means 4b.
  • the friction pad 8 is mounted on a lever 11 pivoting in a plane P1 substantially parallel to the foliated articles 2 stored in package 6. To do this, the lever 11 is pivotally mounted around the direction II-II by means of a pivot 12.
  • the friction pad 8 is guided in translation in the direction III-III by engagement in a slideway 13 extending along the direction III-III.
  • the friction pad 8 of the Figures 5 and 6 can be guided in a rotational or quasi-rotational movement by means of a slide having a circular or substantially circular slide path.
