Definitions

  • the invention relates to a column shoe for concrete columns, concrete pillars or the like with the features according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such support shoes are used, for example, in building construction for the screwing of precast concrete parts.
  • a base plate and at the side edges of the base plate at right angles arranged side plates limit a space that allows access to a screw.
  • the base plate on a screw hole.
  • the base plate with the screw hole lies in the plane of the end face of the concrete pillar.
  • the concrete pillar or the support can be connected to a ceiling or to a foundation with cast-in bolts.
  • two adjoining frontal base plates of two frontally to be joined concrete pillars can be connected by means of a screwed through the screw hole.
  • the column shoes For high strength, the column shoes must be securely encapsulated in the concrete component.
  • a good accessibility of the free space between the side plates and the base plate is required, whereby a compensation of dimensional tolerances must be made possible.
  • a named as pile shoe column shoe in which a base plate has a substantially square outline.
  • Two side plates are integrally formed by folding a sheet at a right angle, wherein the folded sheet rises at right angles to the base plate and is welded to two converging side edges of the square base plate.
  • Two Arm istsstäbe are welded to the inside, facing surfaces of the angled side plate and extend perpendicular to the base plate.
  • the two legs of the L-shaped angled side plate extend approximately over half of the two side edges of the base plate, wherein the two reinforcing rods are arranged approximately in the region of the exposed edges of the L-profile and therefore approximately centrally of the base plate side edges.
  • the invention has the object of providing a support shoe of the type mentioned in such a way that with a simplified manufacturing effort easy mounting of the concrete components to be joined is made possible.
  • a corresponding column shoe in which the two lateral edges of the base plate are arranged with the side plates arranged thereon at an acute angle to each other, wherein the two side plates are formed as mutually separate and connected to the base plate components.
  • an appropriate angle while an acute angle has been found in the range between 30 ° and including 75 ° and in particular of about 45 °.
  • the two-part design of the side plates allows precise production of these sheets of plain flat material by simple means. The tolerance-related process of Abkantens deleted. The accurate welding with the base plate is considerably simplified.
  • the variability of the arrangement is improved relative to the cross-sectional area of the concrete support.
  • the acute-angled arrangement of the two side panels relative to each other permits a universal applicability of the column shoes not only in the area of pier edges but also in the case of a central arrangement in the area of a component side face.
  • a rear transverse edge extends between the rear ends of the two lateral edges of the base plate in the region of the mutually facing vertical edges of the side plates.
  • the extent of the base plate is limited essentially by the rear edges of the side panels.
  • Corresponding column shoes can also be installed in comparatively small concrete sections, without the respective base plates overlapping one another.
  • a fixing element is provided in particular in the form of a bent up from the plane of the base plate Arm istsstabes at the rear transverse edge of the base plate.
  • the arrangement at the rear transverse edge causes the fixing element is spaced sufficiently far to the reinforcing bars on the side plates.
  • the position of the lateral reinforcing bars can be chosen freely, without an overlap or an undesirably small distance adjusts itself.
  • two corner edges lying at an angle and in particular at a right angle run In an advantageous development, between the two lateral edges in the front region of the base plate, two corner edges lying at an angle and in particular at a right angle run. It is a flush arrangement in the area of the corner corners allows. In this case, a training may be expedient in which runs between the two corner edges a front edge.
  • the overall result is a polygonal plan of the base plate, which allows a universal positioning in component corners or in the range of component side surfaces.
  • the corner edges are arranged in the region of the mutually remote front edges of the side panels.
  • the side panels are preferred to the corner surfaces of the concrete support. Additional Cladding during pouring is not required.
  • the side plate has a longitudinal slot in which the respective reinforcing rod is fixed.
  • the reinforcing bar is thus at least approximately in the plane of the sheet, resulting in a load-increasing concentric force introduction.
  • the two Arm istsstäbe have a comparatively large distance from each other. This contributes, in particular in connection with shortened side panels, both to an improved accessibility of the screw connection and to a simplified position tolerance compensation of two abutting base plates.
  • a reliable and easily controllable welding is possible both from the inside and from the outside of the respective side plate.
  • the welding of the Arm istsstabes or a corresponding threaded sleeve for receiving a reinforcing rod can be subjected to quality control without physical restriction.
  • the two side plates are connected at their spaced from the base plate edges in the region of their upper ends with a cross plate, wherein one or more reinforcing rods are fixed to the cross plate.
  • reinforcing bars are welded to the respective outer side of the side plates. There is an easy accessibility of the welds.
  • a training may be appropriate in which the remote from each other front edges of the side panels of the base plate extending obliquely backwards. This results in a lower, wider area of the side plates, which allows a strongly dimensioned welding to the base plate. Due to the obliquely rearwardly extending high edge, the side plates become narrower with increasing distance to the base plate, which increases the range of motion of a screwing tool to be used.
  • Fig. 1 shows a perspective front view of a column shoe 1, which comprises a base plate 2, two side plates 5, 6 and reinforcing bars 10, 11.
  • the base plate 2 has in the illustrated embodiment, a polygonal outline, which is formed by a front edge 16, two corner edges 14, 15, two adjoining lateral edges 3, 4 and a rear transverse edge 8.
