Description
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Abschrecken von Werkstücken aus Metall, insbesondere aus einer Aluminiumgusslegierung, das im Anschluss an eine Wärmebehandlung der Werkstücke (4) anschließt, wobei die Abschreckung mittels Gas erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück gleichzeitig an seiner Ober- und Unterseite von dem Gas angeströmt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufteilung des Gasstromes auf die Ober- und Unterseite des Werkstückes geregelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge des Gasstromes geregelt wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zur Abschreckung von Werkstücken (4) aus Metall, insbesondere aus einer Aluminiumgusslegierung, welche Vorrichtung im Anschluss an eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Wärmebehandlung der Werkstücke (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Abschreckung mittels Gas erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück (4) auf einem Rost (11) gelagert ist, unterhalb dem ein unterer Kasten (9) mit Gasaustrittsöffnungen (12) angeordnet ist, und dass oberhalb des Werkstückes (4) ein oberer Kasten (8) mit Gasaustrittsöffnungen (13) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Beaufschlagung mit Luft erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, da sowohl der untere Kasten (9) als auch der obere Kasten (8) von einem Gestell (7) auskragen und das auf dem Rost (11) lagernde Werkstück (4) zwischen den beiden Kästen (8, 9) einschieb- bzw. einfahrbar ist - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, das Gestell (7) gegen das Werkstück (4) oder das Werkstück (4) gegen das Gestell (7) verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Werkstücke (4) auf Rosten (11) eines Werkstückträgers (5) gelagert sind und jedem Werkstück (4) ein oberer Kasten (8) sowie ein unterer Kasten (9) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, der obere Kasten (8) zur teilweisen Umfassung des Werkstückes (4) u-förmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem oberen Kasten (8) und zugehörigem unteren Kasten (9) eine von einem Ventilator (10) gespeiste Luftzuführung zugeordnet ist, von der mittels Regelklappen (17) oder dgl. gesteuerte Abzweigungen zum unteren (9) bzw. oberen (8) Kasten ausgehen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasaustrittsöffnungen im unteren Kasten (9) als Löcher (12), im oberen Kasten (8) als Schlitze (13) ausgebildet sind.
