- the invention furthermore proposes a package comprising a bag having a base of dimensions 750 ⁇ 50 ⁇ 1150 ⁇ 50 cm; and a palette of dimensions 800 ⁇ 1200 cm, in which the bag rests on the tray of the pallet, the base being included in the surface of the tray.
- Such conditioning optimizes the transport of (filled) storage bags.
- the invention still proposes a bag handling and storage method, in which the bags are loaded into the frame cages at least partially in front, which greatly simplifies the handling.
- FIG. 1 shows an exploded view, in perspective, of a frame of storage including a storage framing interface, according to a first embodiment of the invention.
- the storage frame 20 comprises various elements frame, including an interface 10, a drain extension 50 and than a frame cage.
- the interface 10 comprises a frame 12 plane, shaped frame.
- the average plane of the chassis 12 delimits two sides, so that the frame 12 has two sides.
- the chassis 12 also has members 14,16 nesting perpendicular to its middle plane and on each side of this plane.
- the organs 14 nesting arranged on this side are distributed at the vertices of a rectangle.
- the other side of the plan where the organs are vertices of a second rectangle.
- These rectangles have a different area.
- the ratio of these areas varies between 1.05 and 1.60 and preferably between 1.10 and 1.40.
- the orthogonal projection of the second rectangle in the plane of the first rectangle is substantially centered in the first rectangle. If necessary, these rectangles are reduced to squares.
- the interface 10 makes it possible to adapt structural elements having different dimensions.
- the interface 10 according to the invention makes it possible to adapt a frame cage of dimensions not standard, for example adapted to particular needs, to an element of frame of standard dimensions, such as a drain extension
- the interface 10 makes it possible to fit a support 30 plane, above the interface 10 in Figure 1, with the members 14 nesting on one side of the interface frame 10.
- This support 30 forms the lower part of the cage of frame, intended to receive a storage bag.
- the support 30 can by example be in the form of a frame, as in the example of Figure 1.
- the support 30 may be provided with sockets 32 arranged at the vertices of the frame of support, the sockets 32 being flared on one side to facilitate interlocking with members 14 of interlocking the interface 10.
- these bushes 32 are connected by struts forming the frame of the support and reinforcing bars connect the spacers to increase the rigidity of the support frame.
- the support frame thus draws a first rectangle or, where appropriate, a square of dimensions typically ranging from 950 ⁇ 950 to 1200 ⁇ 1200 cm (measured from the longitudinal axes of the sockets 32 of the support).
- the extension 50 drain includes a hopper 52, connected to a frame enhancement.
- the hopper 52 has a conventional shape of pyramid truncated and reversed. Stored substances or materials can be unloaded through an opening at its base. More specifically, the hopper 52 is preferably mounted with a valve allowing a feed fractionated.
- This frame includes, for example, bushings, surmounting posts 54 and intended to come to fit with the interface 10, the bushes being connected by spacers.
- the enhancement frame can also include reinforcing bars, as in the case of the support.
- Sockets overlying the posts 54 are nested with the interface 10 via the members 16 interlocking on the other side of the chassis of interface 10 (below the interface 10 in Figure 1).
- These posts form a structure parallelepipedic, whose transverse section draws a second rectangle, different dimensions of the first rectangle, that is to say the one drawn by the support frame.
- the second rectangle is reduced to a square. His dimensions are typically 950 ⁇ 950 cm.
- the projection of the second rectangle in the plane of the first is included in the first rectangle and the center of this projection is, preferably, substantially the same as that of the first rectangle.
- the gap between these two centers is preferably less than 10%.
- the support 30 is nested with four candles 40, via the support bushes, on the non-flared side of these sockets, so as to form a cage above the interface 10 and intended to receive a storage bag.
- a candle 40 has two ends 41,42.
- a timber frame as described above has the advantage of being removable.
- the support 30 described above can be provided with tunnels 62 of fork, attached to two opposite spacers on the support frame and slightly overflowing, so as to prevent a break or break when the gripping of the support, for example by the forks of a forklift. Forks can be inserted into tunnels 62 without risk of cuts or breaks.
- frame 20 may further comprise a frame 60, closing the cage formed by the support 30 assembled with the candles 40.
- This frame is nested with each of the rafters, at the other end of its 42. It is designed in a similar way to the support. In particular, it may include flared sleeves (on their lower side, in Figure 1) to facilitate its nesting on the candles 40.
- the frame 60 is further provided with tunnels 62 of fork, arranged similarly to the tunnels 62 of the fork of the support, that is, attached to two opposite spacers of the frame and slightly overflowing. It is thus possible to prevent a break or break in the moment of gripping the frame, for example by the forks of a carriage elevator; this will be detailed later.
- the frame 60 is preferably provided with hooks, the free end of the hooks being directed down. These hooks allow to fix the position of straps of a storage bag when they are put in place. This helps to stall the positioning of the straps and, consequently, to avoid a handling error when gripping the frame.
- a framework according to the invention has the advantage of being able to have several floors.
- a structural column floor may include a support, a game of candles nested on this support (which can be nested with an interface, where appropriate) and a frame 60 nested on the 40.
- a floor of a structural column may then be fitted on another floor and so on.
- a structural column can typically have one to six tiers of column.
- only one support separates two sets of candles consecutive frameworks along a column.
- a support is fitted with his lower side with a first set of candles and is nested on its side superior with a second set of candles, so to form two floors.
- a structural column in this variant therefore comprises a succession games and candles and supports.
- the interface 10 makes it possible to connect elements frame of different dimensions.
- the 50 flush booster can typically have a standard cross-section of 950 ⁇ 950 cm (measured from the longitudinal axis of the posts 54).
- the frame cage above the interface 10 may have a cross section different from the previous one.
- the dimensions of the cage can therefore be adapted for occasional or non-standard needs, without that it is necessary to adapt other parts of the framework 20, such as the 50 enhancement drain.
- the frame can advantageously have a cross section ranging from 950 ⁇ 950 to 1200 ⁇ 1200 cm.
- the frame cage has a cross section of 1020 ⁇ 1020 cm (measured from the longitudinal axis of the candles of frame).
- a cross section 1020 ⁇ 1020 cm (measured from the longitudinal axis of the candles of frame).
- such dimensions particularly suitable for the handling and storage of bags having a cross-section (i.e. corresponding to the base) 750 ⁇ 1150 cm.
- such dimensions of storage bags allow to optimize the logistics of the bags, according to a conditioning that will be described more far.
- the posts 54 of the riser 50 are profiled from so that it can fit directly with the interface 10, without require bushings attached to one end of the posts 54.
- the male / female arrangement of the various interlocking involved is indifferent.
- the elements 14, 16 for fitting the interface 10 may be indifferently male or female, provided that organs interlocking with other parts of the frame 20, intended to fit together with the members of the interface 10 are logically opposed to them.
- interlinings described may be secured, for example by screws or bolts.
- interlocking can be used, as it is known in the art.
- nestings of simple type in which the connecting flanges of the two organs involved have joint faces respectively comprising a hollow part and a portion in relief, the raised portion penetrating the hollow portion so as to to make a nesting.
- nestings of type tulip, screw, double type, double female etc. or a combination of these various types can be used, as it is known in the art.
- nestings of simple type in which the connecting flanges of the two organs involved have joint faces respectively comprising a hollow part and a portion in relief, the raised portion penetrating the hollow portion so as to to make a nesting.
- nestings of type tulip, screw, double type, double female etc. or a combination of these various types in which the connecting flanges of the two organs involved have joint faces respectively comprising a hollow part and a portion in relief, the raised portion penetrating the hollow portion so as to to make a nesting.
- the elements of the frame 20 are steel, steel galvanized, stainless steel or aluminum.
- the frame 20 can receive a storage bag with straps.
- the bag is suspended from the frame by its straps, put in place around the hooks of the frame.
- the storage bag is made of polypropylene fabric, which material is particularly well suited to contain an adhesive hot melt (hotmelt). If applicable, the polypropylene fabric is laminated, waterproof, antistatic and / or provided with an internal bag.
- the bag has an approximately parallelepiped shape (at least before its filling). Generally, the bag deforms substantially after filling.
- the bag may have seams on its faces, in order to limit the deformation during filling.
- the base of the bag presents a width and a length generally ranging between 700 and 1200 cm.
- the sides of the bag have a height generally between 700 and 2000 cm.
- the storage bag has a base connecting four flanks and four straps.
- Each of the straps has a free portion forming a loop and another part sewn along an edge of the bag connecting two flanks.
- This bag can advantageously have the following dimensions (length ⁇ width of the base): 1150 ⁇ 50 ⁇ 750 ⁇ 50 cm or 1150 ⁇ 50 ⁇ 950 ⁇ 50 cm, for reasons of logistics optimization, handling and storage of these bags which will be detailed later.
- the height of the bag is typically 1700 cm.
- such a bag has a section rectangular (parallel to its base). One side of the base of the bag is chosen smaller than the distance between two structural candles, so allow frontal insertion of the bag into a frame cage.
- FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of an interface according to the invention.
- the interface 10 includes a chassis plane including spacers, which connect bodies 14,16 Nesting.
- the average plane of the chassis is here slightly below spacers, according to the orientation of the interface 10 in Figure 2.
- This plan delimits two sides, so that the frame 12 has parts 14, 16 nesting perpendicular to its mean plane, on each side of this plane, and distributed at the vertices of two rectangles (or squares) of dimensions different.
- the frame 12 also includes reinforcing bars simple and bent, which increase the rigidity of the chassis.
- the interlocking members 14,16 connected by the spacers are in fact complex organs in the sense that they are subdivided into two organs, that is to say a member on each side of the frame. These so-called complex organs allow to interlock on each side of the average plane of chassis, with an offset.
- the offset is such that the areas of the first and second rectangles (or squares) are in a ratio of between 1.05 and 1.60 and preferably between 1.10 and 1.40. Typically, this ratio is close to 1.15.
- the organs called complexes include a first socket 14, open on the side its part upper, in the orientation of Figure 2, and adapted to be fitted by a candle or any interlocking organ.
- the first socket overcomes a flared portion 15.
- the base of this flared portion forms a support, possibly able to rest on a frame element.
- Another socket 16 is attached to the base of the flared portion 15 of the first bushing, opened from side of its lower part, according to the orientation of Figure 2.
- This second socket 16 is adapted to be fitted by a frame member, such as a Drain booster pole head.
- the first bushing 14 has a fixing bolt, intended to secure the interlocking by the candles 40. a similar reason, the lower socket 16 has a fixing screw.
- FIG. 3 is a front view of a storage bag in a frame according to another embodiment of the invention.
- candles are directly nested with the interface 10, on one side of the chassis (above the interface 10, according to the orientation of Figure 3). Specifically, each candle is fitted at one of its ends 41 with an interlocking member of the interface 10. The cage then no longer has support, the role of the support being now played by the interface 10. Below the interface 10, a drain enhancement as described above is nested with the interface 10.
- a storage bag 70 is suspended from the frame (upper) of the cage, by through 72 straps set up around hooks.
- the bag 70 can be open at its base.
- the dimensions of the cage formed by the candles 40 and the frame 60 (and a support according to a variant) are adapted according to optimal dimensions of the bag 70 and not the opposite. Criteria optimization of the dimensions of bags will be described later.
- the posts 54 used for assembling the raises 50 are identical to candles 40 framing.
- the invention also relates to a first type of packaging (packaging A) comprising an adhesive storage bag and a pallet.
- the adhesive storage bag has flanks and a base substantially rectangular of dimensions 750 ⁇ 50 ⁇ 1150 ⁇ 50 cm.
- substantially rectangular means that the relative difference between the area of the base and the smaller rectangle in which the base is inscribed is less than 25%.
- the pallet has a rectangular plate measuring 800 ⁇ 1200 cm, European standard. The bag rests on the tray of the pallet by its base, the surface of the base being included in the surface of the plate.
- the storage bag has a substantially rectangular, of dimensions 950 ⁇ 50 ⁇ 1150 ⁇ 50 cm.
- the palette presents this time a rectangular tray of dimensions 1000 ⁇ 1200 cm.
- the bag also rests on the pallet plate by its base, the surface of the base being also included in the surface of the board.
- Table 1 Characteristics relating to the transport of prior art adhesive storage bags are shown in Table 1.
- the storage bags are transported in framework cages, which are loaded into a truck.
- Table 1 (as well as in the following tables) is based on a semi-trailer truck. This type of transport is particularly well suited for the transport of heavy products, whether or not packaged on pallets.
- the useful volume is considered to be L13.44 ⁇ I 2.44 ⁇ H 2.35 m.
- hot melt adhesives of "packaging" type and "wood” type the density of which is different.
- the carrying capacity of these packages A or B is singularly increased, compared with the prior art.
- the net volume transportable by complete truck passes approximately 33 to 48 m 3 , the corresponding net weight of adhesive increasing in the same ratio, at equal density.
- the theoretical total weight can easily exceed the usual 24T maximum payloads for a semi-trailer. In such a case, it will be possible to reduce the filling volume of the bags so as to cap the maximum payload of the truck used.
- Packaging type A or B according to the invention also prove advantageous when using swap bodies or trucks trailers (typically 38/40 Euro-pallets or 30/32 Pallets 1000 ⁇ 1200) for their transport.
- the invention also relates to a handling method and storage bag storage.
- This method comprises a first step of providing: a framework and a packaging according to the invention and a frame 60.
- the frame 20 is mounted on the destination of the bags or delivered already climb (or partially). It includes a candle game nestled on a support. If necessary, the support 30 is fitted on an interface, which may possibly be interlocked with another structural element such as a column floor or a drain extension. These structural elements are secure, after assembly, if necessary.
- the conditioning provided includes a bag on a pallet.
- the method then comprises a second step of gripping the frame, for example by the forks of a forklift that a driver inserts into tunnels 62 fork frame, and lifting the frame.
- the frame 60 is raised to an appropriate height to allow the fastening the bag to the frame, for example by placing straps 72 of the bag around frame hooks and this, during a third step.
- the frame 60 to which is fixed the bag above the candles of the frame.
- the dimensions of the cage of the frame 20 can be adapted to the dimensions of the bag, so as to allow insertion of the bag at least partially in front, through two candles of the frame 20.
- a bag in the conditioning according to the invention has a rectangular section (parallel to the base of the bag). The distance between two candles in the frame is chosen superior to one of the sides of the bag. In this way, the bag can be inserted from front in the frame. The operator responsible for positioning the bag is thus not obliged to insert the bag by the top of the cage, as it is practice usually. Such an improvement represents not only a save time (man-machine) but also save energy substantial amount (raising one tonne to two meters in height compensate for a potential energy difference of about 20 kJ).
- a fourth step the frame 60 is lowered and nested, to which the bag is suspended, with the candles 40 at their free ends 42.
- the bags may be designed for other purposes adhesive storage, adapting for this purpose the material of the bag.
- the bags may be made of laminated canvas, waterproof canvas, anti-static cloth and / or with an internal bag.
