Claims (10)
- Strömungsmaschine, die folgendes aufweist:ein Turbinengehäuse (2) mit mindestens einem Zufuhrkanal (9) für ein treibendes Fluid, in demmindestens ein Turbinenrotor (4) um eine Rotationsachse herum drehbar gelagert ist, und dem das Fluid überein den Turbinenrotor (4) radial außen umgebenden Leitgitter variabler Turbinengeometrie zuführbar ist, welches Leitgitter einen Schaufellagerring (6) aufweist, an dem jeweils an einer zugehörigen Achse (8) eine Vielzahl von um ihre jeweilige Achse (8) verstellbaren Schaufeln (7) in einem axial begrenzten Schaufelraum (13) rund um den Turbinenrotor (4) gelagert ist, dem Fluid so über die Schaufeln (7) in einstellbarer Menge zuführbar ist, welcher Schaufellagerring (6) die eine axiale Begrenzung eines Schaufelraumes (13) bildet, und mit einer Abstandhalteeinrichtung zur Sicherung eines axialen Abstandes für die freie Beweglichkeit der Schaufeln (7), welche Abstandhalteeinrichtung mindestens einen den Schaufellagerring durchsetzenden Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) aufweist,
der jeweilige Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) selbst als Abstandhalteeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, indem er zwischen dem Schaufellagerring (6) und einem im Turbinengehäuse (2) vorgesehenen Teil (15; 29) einenends eingesetzt und mindestens andernends mit Hilfe eines im geschmolzenen Zustand auftragbaren, aber sodann temperaturbeständigen Verbindungsmateriales (30) auf den axialen Abstand des Schaufellagerraumes (13) festgelegt ist. - Strömungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Turbolader (1) mit einem an der Welle (35) des Turbinenrotors (4) sitzenden Kompressorrotor (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festlegung der Entfernung durch Verschweißung (30) gegeben ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) einenends ein Gewinde (26) zum Verschrauben aufweist und nur andernends mit Hilfe des Verbindungsmateriales (30) festgelegt ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) als Stiftschraube ausgebildet ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im Turbinengehäuse (2) vorgesehene Teil ein dem Schaufellagerring (6) gegenüberliegender Montagering (29) ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) im Schaufellagerring (6) eingeschraubt und am gegenüberliegenden Ende mit Hilfe des im geschmolzenen Zustand auftragbaren, aber sodann temperaturbeständigen Verbindungsmateriales (30) befestigt ist.
- Strömungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) mindestens über die den Schaufellagerraum (13) durchquerende Länge eine glatte Oberfläche, beispielsweise mit einer Rauhigkeitszahl von maximal 25, insbesondere von maximal 16, aufweist und/oder ein wenigstens annähernd gegen die Rotationsachse (R) weisenden Strömungsprofil (31) besitzt.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Leitgitters nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erst zwischen Schaufellagerring (6) und dem im Turbinengehäuse (2) vorgesehenen bzw. vorzusehenden Teil (15; 29) mindestens ein entfernbarer Abstandhalter entsprechend dem gewünschten SOLL-Abstand eingesetzt wird, daß der Bolzen, Stift od.dgl. (16) erst dann auf die so bestimmte Entfernung festgelegt wird, worauf der bzw. die Abstandhalter gegebenenfalls entfernt wird bzw. werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitgitter unter Einhaltung der Schritte des Anspruches 8 vormontiert und erst danach in das Turbinengehäuse (2) eingesetzt wird.
