Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique en coupe transversale d'un profilé de coulisse traditionnel pour volet roulant dans lequel on a supprimé le joint brosse en vue de le remplacer par un profilé de retenue également représenté en coupe transversale à droite du dessin ;
- la figure 2 est une vue équivalente à la figure 1 sur laquelle le profilé de retenue a été monté en lieu et place du joint brosse originel ; la figure montre également en coupe transversale une lame du tablier du volet roulant, équipée d'un crochet débordant conforme à l'invention, la lame étant, ici, représentée partiellement et en position de fonctionnement normal sans sollicitation extérieure ; est également représentée, sur la partie droite de la figure, une vue de gauche de l'extrémité latérale de la lame du volet équipée de son crochet ;
- les figures 3 sont des représentations identiques à la figure 2, la figure 3a montrant de manière schématique l'effet d'une dépression F appliquée sur le tablier du volet roulant qui s'incurve vers l'extérieur jusqu'à la mise en coopération de son crochet avec le système de retenue dans les coulisses. La figure 3b montre l'effet inverse d'une compression G produite sur le tablier du volet roulant l'incurvant dans l'autre sens jusqu'à mise en coopération du système d'accrochage conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 4 est une représentation en perspective de la forme générale du crochet venant équiper au moins une lame, du tablier d'un volet roulant pour coopérer avec l'aménagement des coulisses conforme à l'invention ;
- les figures 5 montrent à plus grande échelle une vue de dessous (figure 5a), une vue en élévation (figure 5b) et une vue de dessus (figure 5c) du crochet de la figure 4.
Claims (9)
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant pour l'accrochage latéral de son tablier, muni d'un crochet (7) débordant de chaque côté d'au moins une lame (4) dudit tablier susceptible de coopérer avec un élément de retenue (6) s'étendant en correspondance, longitudinalement et continuement à l'intérieur des profilés (2) formant les deux coulisses latérales (1) dudit volet roulant, ces profilés de coulisse (2) comportant une rainure longitudinale (3) pour le guidage dudit tablier, munis au moins sur l'une de ses faces, d'une gorge (5) prévue pour recevoir classiquement un joint du type brosse ou similaire améliorant le glissement des lames (4) du tablier dans leurs coulisses (1) caractérisé en ce que, après avoir retiré, lorsqu'il existe, le joint brosse ou similaire de sa gorge de maintien (5) sur les deux profilés de coulisse (2), on le remplace par l'élément de retenue (6) destiné à coopérer avec les crochets (7) du tablier, en l'introduisant dans ladite gorge de maintien (5) sensiblement sur toute la longueur du profilé de coulisse (2).
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (6) est un profilé sensiblement de même longueur que les profilés de coulisse (2), comportant un talon de fixation (61) de section transversale prévue pour un encastrement juste dans la gorge de maintien (5) et, issu perpendiculairement du talon (61) pour s'étendre vers l'extérieur de la gorge (5) en direction du tablier, un ergot (62) formant saillie sur pratiquement toute la longueur des profilés de coulisse (2) pour servir d'accrochage fixe pour les crochets (7) débordant du tablier.
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (62), sur toute sa longueur, est courbé vers l'intérieur de la rainure (3) des coulisses (1).
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'un joint (8,9) du type brosse ou similaire est rapporté sur l'une au moins des bordures (31) de la rainure (3) des coulisses (1), par exemple par collage ou co-extrusion de façon à ce que chaque joint (8,9) vienne en appui sensiblement perpendiculaire sur une face (41,42) du tablier.
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (7) est formé d'une pièce d'attachement (71) à la lame (4) dont est issue une pièce d'accrochage (72) venant perpendiculairement en débord de l'une des faces (41) de la lame (4) pour créer en saillie un ergot (10) apte à coopérer avec le profilé de retenue (6) prévu dans chaque coulisse (1).
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que la partie distale (11) de l'ergot (10) est, recourbée selon une direction sensiblement parallèle à la surface (41) de la lame (4) à l'extrémité de laquelle l'ergot (10) est monté et dirigée vers celle-ci.
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6 caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (10) vient en saillie du côté de la face extérieure (41) de la lame (4) du tablier du volet roulant.
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'attachement (71) dudit crochet (7) est un tenon susceptible de s'encastrer à force dans l'épaisseur de la lame (4).
- Aménagement des coulisses (1) d'un volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'attachement (71) est un tenon susceptible de s'engager dans l'épaisseur de la lame (4) pour y être fixé par soudage, collage ou tout autre moyen équivalent.
