Claims (14)
- Dispositif d'obturation d'un caisson (2) de volet roulant (1) comportant des parois avant (7), supérieure (8) et arrière (9) ainsi qu'une sous-face (10) au niveau de laquelle est ménagée une fente (11) délimitée par des bordures, interne (12) et externe (13), et au travers de laquelle défile un tablier (3), ce dernier étant apte à s'enrouler à l'intérieur dudit caisson (2) et comportant une lue finale (15) à l'extrémité inférieure (19) de laquelle est rendu solidaire, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation (18), ledit dispositif d' obturation (16) lequel adopte la forme d'au moins un profilé (17, 17A) filant apte à coopérer, lorsque ledit tablier (3) est remonté, avec les bordures interne (12) et externe (13) de la fente (11) ménagée au niveau dudit caisson (2), caractérisé par le fait qu'il se présente sous la forme de deux profilés (17, 17A) comportant, chacun, d'une part, au moins une aile (20, 20A)s'étendant selon une direction perpendiculaire au plan médian (P) de la lame finale (15) et, d'autre part, des moyens d'accrochage (32) aptes à coopérer avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (33) équipant l'extrémité inférieure (19) de ladite lame finale (15), lesdits profilés (17, 17A) étant complétés par des moyens (34) aptes à réaliser leur verrouillage sur cette dernière et définissant, en combinaison avec lesdits moyens d'accrochage (32), lesdits moyens de fixation (18).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'aile (20, 20A) d'un tel profilé (17, 17A) comporte, au niveau de l'une de ses bordures longitudinale (35), un prolongement (36) qui lui est perpendiculaire, lui-même pourvu d'un retour (37) s'étendant parallèlement à ladite aile (20, 20A) de manière à définir une rainure (38) apte à coopérer avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (33) de ladite lame finale (15) définis par un rebord d'accrochage (39) résultant de la présence d'une rainure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (23) au niveau du chant inférieur (40) de ladite lame finale (15).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de verrouillage (34) adoptent la forme d'un profilé de blocage (41) prévu apte à être inséré dans la rainure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (23) de la lame finale (15), entre les prolongements perpendiculaires (36) des profilés (17, 17A) préalablement accrochés sur le rebord d'accrochage (39) de ladite rainure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (23).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit profilé de blocage (41) est pourvu, à son extrémité inférieure, de moyens d'appui (43) sur l'aile (20, 20A) desdits profilés (17, 17A) tandis que son extrémité supérieure comporte des moyens (45) formant redan et aptes à coopérer avec le retour parallèle (37) desdits profilés (17, 17A).
- Dispositif d'obturation destiné à équiper une lame finale (15) présentant une rainure (46) bordant, de manière longitudinale, l'extrémité inférieure (19) de ladite lame finale (15) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite rainure (46) est définie, d'une part, par un prolongement (47) des parois latérales (48) de ladite lame finale (15) au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure (19) de cette dernière et, d'autre part, par une nervure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (49) comportant un pied (50), situé dans le plan médian (P) de ladite lame finale (15) et raccordé à cette dernière (15) au niveau d'un fond (51) reliant lesdites parois latérales (48), ledit pied (50) recevant, à son extrémité libre (52), une aile (53) s'étendant de part et d'autre dudit pied (50) et de manière perpendiculaire audit plan médian (P), cette rainure (46) définissant des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (33) aptes à coopérer avec les moyens d'accrochage (32) de l'aile (20, 20A) du profilé (17, 17A) définis, au niveau de l'une de ses bordures longitudinales (35), par un prolongement (54) qui lui est sensiblement perpendiculaire et qui est conçu apte à être engagé dans ladite rainure (46).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de verrouillage (34) sont définis, d'une part, au niveau de l'un des profilés (17), par une gouttière (56) pourvue d'une ouverture latérale, et, d'autre part, au niveau de l'autre profilé (17A), par au moins une languette (57) apte à coopérer, lors du montage dudit dispositif d'obturation (16), avec l'ouverture de ladite gouttière (56), cette dernière ainsi que ladite languette (57) s'étendant de manière perpendiculaire au plan médian (P) de la lame finale (15) et en dessous de cette dernière (15).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ladite languette (57) présente un crantage destiné à coopérer avec un rainurage réalisé au niveau des parois internes de ladite gouttière (56).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'aile (20, 20A) des profilés (17, 17A) comporte, s'étendant parallèlement au plan médian (P) de la lame finale (15) et en dessous de cette dernière, une nervure (58) présentant une extrémité libre (59) apte à coopérer avec un profilé (60) en forme de goulotte (61) définissant des moyens de verrouillage (34).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que ladite goulotte (61) comporte des parois latérales (62) dont l'extrémité libre (63) est pourvue de moyens d'accrochage (64) formant redan et aptes à coopérer avec des moyens de retenue (65) équipant l'extrémité libre (59) de ladite nervure (58).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que les nervures (58) équipant lesdites ailes (20, 20A) présentent un décrochement interne (66) apte à épouser la nervure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (49) de la lame finale (15), ces décrochements internes (66) étant rapprochés, voire amenés en contact pour prendre appui l'un sur l'autre, lors de la mise en place du profilé (60) en forme de goulotte (61).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'aile (20, 20A) du profilé (17, 17A) présente, à proximité de sa bordure longitudinale (35), un prolongement (68) perpendiculaire au plan médian (P) et en direction de ce dernier, ledit prolongement (68) définissant une butée d'arrêt apte à coopérer avec l'aile (53) de la nervure en 〈〈 T 〉〉 (49) en cas de traction du tablier (3) sur ladite lame finale (15).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est complété par un joint d'étanchéité (69) équipant l' extrémité inférieure des moyens de verrouillage (34) desdits profilés (17, 17A) sur l'extrémité inférieure (19) de la lame finale (15).
- Dispositif d'obturation selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité (69) et les moyens de verrouillage (34) sont réalisés en bi-matière, notamment par coextrusion.
- Dispositif d'obturation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ses ailes (20, 20A) adoptent, par rapport à ladite lame finale (15), une longueur réduite de la profondeur d'engagement (71) de cette dernière (15) dans des coulisses latérales (6) de guidage du tablier (3).
