Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Haarfärbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheit, insbesondere Mascara-Einheit, umfassend einen Behälter zur Aufnahme der kosmetischen Flüssigkeit und eine Verschlusskappe sowie einen an einem Stiel befestigten Applikator, wobei die Kosmetik-Einheit so ausgestaltet ist, dass der Applikator nicht in den Behälter für die kosmetische Flüssigkeit eingetaucht ist und durch einen transparenten Abschnitt eines Teils der Kosmetik-Einheit erkennbar ist, wobei die Verschlusskappe eine Schraubkappe ist und wobei sich der Applikator von dem Behälter wegerstreckt und an der Oberseite der Schraubkappe angeordnet und mit einem transparenten Teil in Form einer Abdeckung versehen ist.
  • Derartige Haarfärbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheiten, insbesondere Mascara-Einheiten, sind in zahlreichen Ausgestaltungen veröffentlicht, beispielsweise in DE 44 05 335 A1, DE 197 44 181 A1 und DE 198 32 403 A1.
  • Bei diesen bekannten Einheiten sind als Applikatoren üblicherweise Bürstchen vorgesehen, wobei zahlreiche Modifikationen derartiger Bürstchen bekannt geworden sind, um die Transfereigenschaften für die Mascara-Flüssigkeit beim Transport aus dem Behälter auf die Wimpern der Benutzerin und die Kämmeigenschaften beim Auftragen zu optimieren. Ein grundsätzlicher Nachteil bei derartigen Haarfärbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheiten besteht jedoch darin, dass die Benutzerin eine bestimmte Mascara-Flüssigkeit eines beispielsweise bevorzugten Herstellers stets nur mit einem ganz bestimmten Mascara-Bürstchen erhält, sodass zwar eine Auswahl unter verschiedenen Kosmetik-Einheiten mit ggf. unterschiedlichen Bürstchen gegeben ist, nicht aber eine individuelle Auswahl des Bürstchens bzw. des Applikators für eine bestimmte Mascara-Flüssigkeit.
  • Ausgehend von dieser Problematik ist es aus EP 0 995 368 bekannt, dass der Applikator mit dem Stiel oder der Stiel mit der Verschlusskappe durch die Benutzerin verbindbar ist, nachdem die Benutzerin aus einer Mehrzahl verfügbarer Applikatoren oder Stiele einen bevorzugten ausgewählt hat. Hierdurch werden gegenüber dem Stand der Technik zahlreiche Vorteile erreicht.
  • Demgegenüber gibt es aber auch Marketing-Konzepte, die davon ausgehen, dass ein bestimmtes Bürstchen speziell auf Art und Konsistenz des aufzutragenden Kosmetikum abgestimmt sein und dementsprechend die Einheit von Applikator und Kosmetikum nicht durchbrochen werden soll.
  • Aus FR 2 694 742 ist ein lösbar an einem Behälter befestigtes Gehäuse mit einem Applikator bekannt. Das Gehäuse weist an seinem dem Applikator gegenüberliegendem Ende Befestigungsmittel auf, die den Befestigungsmitteln an dem den Applikator tragenden Ende gleichen. Die Einheit umfasst weiterhin einen zweiten Behälter mit Befestigungsmitteln gleich den Befestigungsmitteln des ersten Behälters und mit einer zur Aufnahme des Applikators ausreichenden Länge.
  • Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kosmetik-Einheit der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass zwar einerseits eine definierte Zuordnung von Applikator-, insbesondere Mascara-Bürstchen und Kosmetikum gegeben ist, andererseits die speziellen Eigenschaften des Applikators von der Verbraucherin bei der Kaufentscheidung trotzdem erkennbar sind und berücksichtigt werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Behälter durch eine gesonderte Schraubkappe abgedeckt ist, über welche die Oberseite bzw. Rückseite der Schraubkappe aufsteckbar ist.
  • Zum Zeitpunkt der Kaufentscheidung ist der Applikator nicht in den Behälter für die kosmetische Flüssigkeit eingetaucht und durch den transparenten Abschnitt der Kosmetik-Einheit erkennbar. Der Applikator erstreckt sich zunächst von dem Behälter weg und ist an der Oberseite der Schraubkappe angeordnet und mit einer transparenten Abdeckung versehen. Bei der Ingebrauchnahme wird die transparente Abdeckung entfernt und die Schraubkappe um 180° gedreht und in herkömmlicher Weise unter Eintauchen des Stiels und des Applikators in die Kosmetik-Flüssigkeit aufgeschraubt. Dabei ist der Behälter vor der Ingebrauchnahme durch eine gesonderte Schraubkappe abgedeckt sein, über welche die Oberseite bzw. Rückseite der Verschlusskappe aufgesteckt wird.
  • Dabei ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, dass der transparente Abschnitt als gesondertes Teil ausgebildet ist, welches mit dem Behälter und/oder mit der Verschlusskappe des Behälters lösbar verbindbar ist.
  • Mit Vorteil ist die Ausgestaltung so getroffen, dass nach Entfernen des den transparenten Abschnitt enthaltenden Teils bei der Ingebrauchnahme der Kosmetik-Einheit durch die Benutzerin die Verschlusskappe mit dem Behälter in an sich bekannter Weise verbindbar ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

    einen Längsschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Mascara-Einheit im Verkaufszustand.
  • Eine in Figur 1 dargestellte Mascara-Einheit 1' umfasst einen Vorratsbehälter 2' für Mascara-Flüssigkeit, einen Applikator 3' in Form eines Bürstchens und einen Applikatorstiel 4' sowie eine Schraubkappe 5'.
  • Der Vorratsbehälter 2' weist einen Hals 8' und ein Außengewinde 7' sowie eine in diesem Bereich angeordnete Abstreif-Einrichtung 16' auf. In dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Zustand bei der Lieferung bzw. beim Kauf ist auf das Außengewinde 7' eine gesonderte Verschlusskappe 17' aufgeschraubt. Die eigentliche Schraubkappe 5' für den späteren Gebrauch ist über diese Kappe 17' und die Außenwand 18' des Vorratsbehälters 2' übergreifend aufgesteckt.
  • Vom Boden 13' der Schraubkappe 5' erstreckt sich ein Stiel 4' mit einem Mascara-Bürstchen 3' vom Vorratsbehälter 2' weg. Eine transparente Abdeckkappe 10' ist über dem Mascara-Bürstchen 3' angeordnet und mittels eines Außengewindes 18' auf das Innengewinde 19' der Schraubkappe 5' aufgeschraubt.
  • Zur Ingebrauchnahme wird die Abdeckkappe bzw. das transparente Teil 10' abgeschraubt und die Schraubkappe 5' abgezogen, die Kappe 17' abgeschraubt, die Schraubkappe 5' mit dem Stiel 4' und dem Mascara-Bürstchen 3' um 180° gedreht, durch die Abstreif-Einrichtung 16' in das Innere des Vorratsbehälters 2' eingeschoben und mittels des Innengewindes 19' auf das Außengewinde 7' des Vorratsbehälters 2' aufgeschraubt, sodass die Mascara-Einheit 1' in bekannter Weise wiederum benutzt werden kann.

Claims (3)

  1. Haarfarbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheit (1'), insbesondere Mascara-Einheit, umfassend einen Behälter(2') zur Aufnahme der kosmetischen Flüssigkeit und eine Verschlusskappe (5') sowie einen an einem Stiel (4') befestigten Applikator (3'), wobei die Kosmetik-Einheit (1') so ausgestaltet ist, dass der Applikator (3') nicht in den Behälter (2') für die kosmetische Flüssigkeit eingetaucht ist und durch einen transparenten Abschnitt eines Teils (10') der Kosmetik-Einheit (1') erkennbar ist, wobei die Verschlusskappe (5') eine Schraubkappe ist und wobei sich der Applikator (3') von dem Behälter (2') wegerstreckt und an der Oberseite der Schraubkappe (5') angeordnet und mit einem transparenten Teil (10') in Form einer Abdeckung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2') durch eine gesonderte Schraubkappe (17') abgedeckt ist, über welche die Oberseite der Schraubkappe (5') aufsteckbar ist.
  2. Haarfärbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der transparente Abschnitt an einem gesonderten Teil (10') ausgebildet ist, welches mit dem Behälter (2') und/oder mit der Verschlusskappe (5') des Behälters (2') lösbar verbindbar ist.
  3. Haarfärbe- oder Kosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Entfemen des den transparenten Abschnitt enthaltenden Teils (10') bei der Ingebrauchnahme der Kosmetik-Einheit (1') durch die Benutzerin die Verschlusskappe (5') mit dem Behälter (2') in an sich bekannter Weise verbindbar ist.
