Claims (25)
- Luftdurchströmtes Gerät des persönlichen Bedarfs, insbesondere Haartrockner oder Lockenbürste, mit einem luftdurchströmten Werkzeug zur Haarformung und/oder - trocknung, wobei das Werkzeug mit einem Grundkörper (1) und einem mehrere Luftaustrittsöffnungen (2) aufweisenden, flächigen Luftaustrittselement (3) versehen ist, das ein Feld von benachbart angeordneten, auf dem Luftaustrittselement (3) verteilten Haarformungselementen (4) trägt, wobei zumindest ein Teil der Haarformungselemente (4) nach Art von Heugabelzinken gebogen sind, wobei das Luftaustrittselement (3) im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse des Gerätes angeordnet ist und wobei in dem Grundkörper (1) eine Strömungsleitvorrichtung (8) mit mehreren Leitflächen (9) angeordnet ist, die den Geräteluftstrom im wesentlichen gleichmäßig auf die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (2) des Luftaustrittselements (3) verteilt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Haarformungselemente derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, daß durch eine kreisende Bewegung des Werkzeugs am Kopfhaar das Haar zur Volumenerzeugung hochschiebbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Luftaustrittselements (3) angeordnete Haarformungselemente (4) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen gebogen, insbesondere jeweils nach außen gebogen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sämtliche Haarformungselemente (4) gebogen und nur zwei Biegerichtungen vorgesehen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) bezüglich einer gemeinsamen Ebene symmetrisch in einem Raster angeordnet und/oder jeweils von der gemeinsamen Ebene weggebogen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine von den freien Enden der Haarformungselemente (4) aufgespannte Fläche (5) größer ist als eine von den Fußpunkten der Haarformungselemente (4) an dem Luftaustrittselement (3) bestimmte Fläche (6).
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) im Querschnitt mehrere von einem gemeinsamen Zentrum radial nach außen vorspringende Rippen (7) besitzen, insbesondere im Querschnitt kreuzförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) einen über die Länge im wesentlichen gleichbleibenden Querschnitt nach Art eines Stabes besitzen und/oder frei von Knicken, abgewinkelten Enden und dergleichen ausgebildet sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) in mehreren parallelen Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) in einer ersten Reihe zu den Haarformungselementen (4) in einer zweiten Reihe zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei Haarformungselemente (4) in unterschiedlichen Längen vorgesehen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) jeweils eine Länge im Bereich von 2,5 cm bis 10 cm, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 cm bis 5 cm, aufweisen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) ein Verhältnis von mittlerem Durchmesser zu Länge im Bereich von 1:5 bis 1:20, insbesondere etwa 1:7 bis 1:13, besitzen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Luftaustrittselement (3) eine gitter- oder netzförmige Struktur besitzt und die Haarformungselemente (4) auf den Knotenpunkten der gitter- oder netzförmigen Struktur sitzen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haarformungselemente (4) mit ihren freien Enden eine konkave Fläche, die im wesentlichen die Form einer Kugelkalotte mit dem mittleren Durchmesser eines menschlichen Kopfs besitzt, definieren.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Leitflächen (9) gebogen und/oder geknickt ausgebildet sind und einen schräg geneigten zu dem Luftaustrittselement (3) führenden Abschnitt (10) besitzen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wobei in dem Grundkörper (1) eine Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, die aus einem Dampfstab im Inneren des Grundkörpers (1) austretenden Dampf zu dem Luftaustrittselement (3) führt.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) eine rinnen- oder wannenförmige, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen etwa halbzylindrische Abdeckung (12) umfasst, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Werkzeuglängsachse (13) auf der dem Luftaustrittselement (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Grundkörpers (1) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strömungsleitvorrichtung (8) integraler Teil der Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) ist, insbesondere auf einer Außenseite der Abdeckung (12) angeformt ist.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei sich die Leitflächen (9) der Strömungsleitvorrichtung (8) zwischen einer Innenwandung des Grundkörpers (1) und der Abdeckung (12) der Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) erstrecken.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Grundkörper (1) eine rinnenförmige, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen halbzylindrische Querschnittskontur besitzt, an einer stromaufseitigen Stirnseite eine Anschlussausnehmung (14) zum Anschließen an das luftdurchströmte Gerät aufweist und an einer stromabseitigen Stirnseite geschlossen ist oder eine Austrittsöffnung (15) für ein Dampfapplikator-Bedienteil (16) aufweist, und wobei das Luftaustrittselement (3) an einer Flachseite des Grundkörpers (1) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Luftaustrittselement (3) konvex nach außen gewölbt ist, vorzugsweise eine leicht tonnenförmige Wölbung besitzt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es eine Baugruppe bestehend aus vier Einzelteilen bildet.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Luftaustrittselement (3) ein mit den Haarformungselementen (4) integral einstückig ausgebildetes, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff spritzgegossenes Einzelteil bildet, das in eine umfangsseitige Ausnehmung des Grundkörpers (1) einsetzbar ist, und/oder die Strömungsleitvorrichtung (8) ein zusammen mit der Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) integral einstückig ausgebildetes, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff spritzgegossenes Einzelteil bildet, das in den Grundkörper (1) einsetzbar, vorzugsweise axial einschiebbar ist, wobei der Grundkörper (1) stirnseitig mit einer Abdeckkappe (17) nach dem Einsetzen der Strömungsleitvorrichtung (8) und/oder der Dampfabdeck- und/oder Leitvorrichtung (11) verschließbar ist.
- Gerät nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei es einen sich im wesentlichen parallel zum austretenden Luftstrom erstreckenden Dampfstab aufweist, der an seiner Mantelfläche Dampfaustrittsöffnungen besitzt und sich im Inneren des Werkzeugs im wesentlichen parallel zu dessen Längsachse erstreckt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Werkzeug einen lösbaren Aufsatz bildet.
