Claims (8)

  1. Système de projection par buse (1) pour fabriquer un élément de projection par buse dans la terre, avec une tringlerie (5), laquelle présente un tuyau de suspension centré (10) et une amenée d'air (12), un support de buse (20) étant disposé dans une section terminale (14) de la tringlerie (5), dans lequel sont situées des zones d'embouchure (22, 24) du tube de suspension (10) et de l'amenée d'air (12) en angle par rapport à la tringlerie (5),
    caractérisé en ce que, pour une allure continue de courbe entre le tube de suspension (10) centré vertical et l'amenée d'air d'une part, et entre les zones d'embouchure (22, 24) pour la suspension et l'air du support de buse (20) d'autre part, une soupape (30) s'ouvrant vers la zone d'embouchure (22) est disposée dans la zone de transition entre la zone verticale du tube de suspension (10) et une partie coudée (26) du tube de suspension (10) aboutissant dans la zone d'embouchure pour la suspension (22) du support de buse (20).
  2. Système de projection par buse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape est conçue comme soupape sphérique à siège (30) réglable à ressort.
  3. Système de projection par buse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support de buse (20) est conçu comme un boîtier au contour piriforme et/ou biconique pour une partie (10') du tube de suspension centré vertical (10), pour l'amenée d'air (12) entourant le tube (10), pour la partie (26) coudées du tube de suspension, pour l'amenée d'air ainsi que pour les zones d'embouchure (22, 24) pour la suspension ou l'air.
  4. Système de projection par buse selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des buse interchangeables (40, 40') peuvent être insérées dans la zone d'embouchure (22) pour la suspension en fonction de la terre (8) à travailler.
  5. Système de projection par buse selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les buses (40, 40') présentent des sections différentes de pente de préférence constante.
  6. Système de projection par buse selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tringlerie (5) est conçue comme train de tiges.
  7. Système de projection par buse selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le train de tiges présente une curette (3 ) côté frontal avec couronne de carottier (4).
  8. Système de projection par buse selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'embouchure (22, 24) sont disposées perpendiculairement au tube de suspension centré vertical (10) ou à l'amenée d'air (12).
