Description

The invention relates to a magnetic security closure for a movable protective device according to the preamble of claim 1.

In access protection devices for a walk-in, lockable space area of a mechanical system (this example, machinery or components for manufacturing, treating or processing and existing and possibly also chemical equipment od. Like.) To be understood with protective devices in the form of doors or flaps for the purpose of accessibility provided whose closed position is detected by at least one sensor. If protective devices such as doors or flaps are used, which are made of plastic, especially for reasons of visibility made of transparent plastic, they can easily twist. Accordingly, there is also the danger that such protective devices wobble and the associated sensors may not respond or too early.

Die Feder bewirkt ein Ausfahren eines Zylinders und eine Mitbewegung des Hebels in gleiche Richtung um seinen Drehpunkt.DE 91 00 626 U1 describes an electrically releasable unlocking device in which the locking of a lever biased against a spring lever is maintained by a permanent magnet. The force of the permanent magnet can be canceled by an electrically activated coil, so that the bias of the spring is effective. The spring causes an extension of a cylinder and a movement of the lever in the same direction about its pivot point.

The object of the invention is to provide a magnetic security closure for a movable protective device according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein its functionality is not affected by a distortion of the protective device.

This object is achieved according to the combination of features of claim 1.

Accordingly, a sensor responsible for detecting the closed and opened condition of the guard, in particular a safety sensor, is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the guard locking means, i. integrated into the locking device. As a result, delays of the protective devices can not adversely affect.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, a frame 1, shown here by way of example from a box-shaped profile, a fixed part in the form of a fencing, a housing or the like. provided, which receives a pivotable protective device 2 in the form of a door or flap, which is articulated on the side of the frame 1, not shown about hinges.

On the protective device 2, a housing 3 is mounted, which carries a handle 4 for opening and closing the protective device 2, which is pivotable about an axis 5 relative to the housing 3.

In addition, a sensor housing 6 is mounted on the frame 1, which receives a sensor 7, which serves to determine the closed or opened state of the protective device 2. The sensor 7 is actuated via a triggering device 8, which is received by the mounted on the protective device 2 housing 3, respectively. In the closed state of the protective device 2, the triggering device 8 is the sensor 7 opposite.

The sensor 7 may be an electronic sensor which cooperates with a TAG as the triggering device 8, but it may also consist of one or more reed contacts which can be triggered by magnets as the triggering device 8. But it can also be the corresponding contactless proximity switch, photocells or the like. or act around electromechanical sensors. Thus, for example, safety sensors can be used, as described in DE 100 43 237 C1 or DE 103 07 044 A1.

The housing 3 further has a magnet arrangement 9 with at least one holding magnet 10, while the sensor housing 6 is provided correspondingly with opposite pole plates 11 for the holding magnets 10. When the protective device 2 is in the closed state, the holding magnet 10 is located and the associated pole plate 11 opposite, so that an intended holding force for locking the protective device 2 is supplied. - Holding magnet 10 and pole plate 11 can of course be reversed housed in the sensor housing 6 and housing 3. Instead of a pole piece 11, a magnet could also be used.

Fig. 3.The handle 4 is as a two-armed lever mounted on the housing 3, wherein an arm 12 of the lever faces the sensor housing 6 and separates with its free end when pivoting to open the protective device 2, the holding magnets 10 of the magnet assembly 9 of the associated pole plates 11. For this purpose, the handle 4 can be grasped at its other arm 13 and pivoted outwards relative to the protective device 2, cf. Fig. 2, whereby the free end of the arm 12 adjacent to the pole piece 11 or even with the latter itself engages and lifts the holding magnet 10 of its pole plate 11 against the holding force acting therebetween during further pivoting, so that the protection device is opened , see. Fig. 3.

By appropriate choice of the ratio of the lengths of the arms 12, 13 of the handle designed as a two-armed lever, the force required for opening can be chosen to be much smaller than the clamping force of the magnetic device 9.

Die derart beweglichen Polbleche 11 erlauben zudem einen gewissen Schiefsitz der Schutzeinrichtung 2.Appropriately, a stop 14 is disposed adjacent to the magnet assembly 9, wherein at least one pole piece 11 is movable in the direction of the magnet assembly 9 according to a predetermined game at the same time. The latter leads to a secure contact between the holding magnet 10 and the pole plate 11 in the closed state of the protective device 2, while the stop 14 prevents when closing, that the energy of the closing and an associated impact is transmitted to the magnetic device 9. The pole plates 11 which are movable in this way also allow a certain oblique position of the protective device 2.

In order to compensate for misalignments of the protective device 2, it is otherwise expedient to provide a corresponding game. This can be done happen that - as shown by way of example in Fig. 4 - on both sides of the holding magnet 10 each have a ferromagnetisierbares sheet 10a, the excess with respect to the holding magnet 10 is arranged with play to the passing axis 5, wherein the sheets 10a due to the magnetic force at the respective Holding magnet 10 are held and moved in contact with the respective pole plate 11 corresponding to a misalignment. - But it can also be the pole plates 11 are held with lateral clearance from the sensor housing 6. In order to be able to compensate for a limited change in position of the protective device 2, the pole plates 11 can also be larger than the associated holding magnets 10.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the housing 3 and the sensor housing 6 are each formed angularly, so that they overlap correspondingly in the region of the magnet assembly 9 in the closed state of the protective device 2, such as a revolving door or flap.

According to FIG. 4, the handle 4 is mounted with its axis 5 in its extension 15 extending over the sensor housing 6. The handle 4 engages around the housing 3 fork-shaped (or vice versa) and is provided at the end of his arm 13 with an engagement recess 16. In the extension 15 is located on both sides in each case a holding magnet 10 which protrudes on the pole plates 11 facing side of the extension 15, and adjacent to the end face of the extension 15, the triggering device 8 in the form of a holder 17 with two tripping magnets 18 for reed contacts Sensor 7 in the sensor housing 6 (the latter in Fig. 4 not shown). The sensor housing 6 receives the pole plates 11 with lateral and vertical clearance below housing openings 19. The sensor housing 6 also accommodates a circuit board 20.

The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5 is one for a protective device 2 in the form of a sliding door or sliding flap. Here, the housing 3 and the sensor housing 6 are cuboid, wherein the magnet assembly 9 is mounted such that the applied magnetic force acts perpendicular to the direction of the protective device 2. By lifting the handle 4 away from the protective device 2 (FIG. 6), the holding magnet 10 is separated from its pole plate 11 and the protective device can be pushed open.

In the case of a protective device 2 in the form of a sliding door, it may also be expedient for the lever to be pivotable in the direction of opening. For this purpose, in Fig. 5, the axis 5 only to be offset accordingly upwards.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 7, the housing 3 and the sensor housing 6 are provided with mutually facing inclined surfaces 21, 22, so that the housing 3, the sensor housing 6 on the frame 1 partially overlaps, wherein between the inclined surfaces 21, 22, a gap which is characterized by the fact that adjacent to the inclined surfaces 21, 22 of the at least one holding magnet 10 and the associated pole plate 11 are respectively arranged, can be bridged by the magnetic device 9. Also, the sensor 7 and the triggering device 8 are adjacent to the inclined surfaces 21, 22. The inclined surfaces 21, 22 have an angle of about 30 to 60 °, in particular about 45 °, to the surface of the protective device 2, so that these by pivoting the Handle 4 - regardless of whether it is a pivotable or a sliding guard 2 - can be opened against the magnetic clamping force.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 10, the holding magnets 9 are not mounted in or on the housing 3, but on the lever itself compared to the embodiment of Fig. 7. By pivoting the lever, the holding magnets 9 are separated from their pole plates 10 so far that the remaining residual magnetic force acting therebetween, readily to open by pivoting a corresponding protective device 2, Fig. 10, or by moving a corresponding protective device 2, Fig. 11, can be overcome.
