Description

Such devices are preferably used in foldable loading floors of passenger cars. The device comprises a bolt which is pressed by a return spring in a locking position and engages behind an arranged outside the flap stationary shoulder. But the device also includes a handle having an inner end and an outer end and is held by a spring force in a rest position in the housing. By manual pressure on the inner end of the handle is pivoted out of its rest position in an intermediate position where it can be easily grasped by the human hand. In this intermediate position, the bolt is still in its locked position. But then the handle is manually from their intermediate position in a working position further pivoted. About provided on the device control means, the bolt is then transferred from its blocking position into a release position, where the bolt releases the stationary shoulder. Then the flap can be opened by means of the handle.

In the known device of the aforementioned type (DE 195 37 672 A1), the control means consist of a two-armed, in turn spring-loaded pawl, one of them Pawl arm cooperates with a cam on the handle, while the other ratchet arm is supported in the blocking position on a shoulder of a trained as a rotary latch bolt. The catch detects a web acting as a stationary shoulder web of a striker. This device requires numerous components that require time-consuming assembly. A major disadvantage, however, is the great height of this device, because their housing must accommodate and store said numerous control means.

Space-saving is a device specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art (DE 35 32 152 C1), because there is the pivotal movement of the handle between the rest position and intermediate layer on the one hand and between the liner and working position on the other hand by two spaced pivot axes and thereby during actuation the handle produces two different lever arm lengths. In this known device for two physically different axle bolts are provided, of which one bolt is rotatably mounted in a firmly connected to the handle tab, while the other axle is received in a bearing block located in the housing. This bracket is also used for pivotal mounting of a trained as a rotatable hook latch. The two axle bolts are interconnected by a tab, by means of which a different pivoting operation of the handle is possible. In the initial pivotal movement between the rest position and the intermediate position, the handle rotates about a first axis, which is determined by the axle pin on the flap of the handle. This is done by manual pressure on the outer end of the handle. Then there is a short lever arm length. The inner end of the handle is pivoted out of the housing and can then be easily grasped by the hand. Upon further pivoting the handle is transferred from its intermediate position in its working position, where a second, formed by the other axle pivot axis is effective. In this second pivoting movement, both the handle-side first axle pin and the tab is pivoted with. Then the handle acts only as a one-armed lever with a large lever length and acting as a bar pivoting hooks then releases a stationary shoulder in the vehicle. This device still requires several elements, namely two axle bolts and tabs for connecting the two axle bolts.

The invention has for its object to simplify the known device referred to in the preamble of claim 1 species without jeopardizing the reliability of locking and operating the handle. This is inventively achieved by the measures mentioned in claim 1, which has the following special significance.

The invention requires only a single axle, which is assigned to the storage and management only one slot. The mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, two different pivot axes during the initial phase and the final phase of the operation of the handle achieves the invention simply by the fact that the axle bolt automatically enters two mutually different sections of the slot. In the initial operation of the handle from the rest position in the intermediate position of the axle is in an initial portion of the slot, where the first pivot axis is formed. Upon further actuation of the handle from the intermediate position in the working position of the axle pin enters an end portion of the slot, where then the second pivot axis is generated for the handle. This saves components, eliminating their manufacture and assembly in the device. Because of the omitted components, the dimensions of the housing can be further reduced in the inventive device. This will save space in the cargo compartment under the hatch.

The first device 10 according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is installed at the free end of a flap 11, of which only a fragment is illustrated in phantom. In the flap 11 is in a different components of the device 10 receiving two-piece housing 12, 13 integrated. The upper housing part 12 is a latch 20 which is formed in the present case as a slide and in the housing in the direction of the double arrow 21 is longitudinally movable. The inner end of the slide 22 is spring-loaded by a return spring 14 in the sense of the force arrow 15 and thereby normally pushed out of the housing 12, 13. The locking end 22 from the slider 20 then engages behind a stationary shoulder 16 of a solidified vehicle bottom 17 located in the dash-dot solid locking piece 18. Then the slider 20 is in its clarified by an auxiliary line 20.1 blocking position shown in FIG. 1. In the vehicle floor 17 is also still a stationary Support surface 19 is provided, on which the closed flap 11 is supported with the underside of the housing bottom 13.

The blocking position 20.1 of the slider 20 is determined by internal stops, against which the restoring force 15 acts. As such a stop, for example, a plunger 40 shown in Fig. 1, which is integrally formed with a flexible tongue 23 is suitable. The tongue 23 generates an integrated in the slider 20 spring member. The plunger 40 is supported in Fig. 1, inter alia, with its outer edge on a shoulder 24 in the bottom portion 58 of the upper housing part 12 from. The plunger 40 is yet another, later to be described in detail function. The shoulder 24 is formed here by the inner edge of an opening 25 in the bottom region of the housing upper part 12. Under the eruption 25 is also an opening 26 in the housing bottom thirteenth

The handle comprises two, as outer end 31 and inner end 32 to be described in more detail end portions and is held by a spring force 35 in an illustrated by the auxiliary line 30.0 in Fig. 1 rest position. The spring force 35 is generated by a between the inside of the handle 30 and the upper housing part 12 with its two legs supporting leg spring 34. In the rest position 30.0, the handle 30 is with its outer side substantially flush with the surface of the upper housing part 12th

As can be seen from Fig. 2, is used to support the handle 30, a single pivot pin 27 which is received in a bearing block 44 from the upper housing part 12. The axle 27 passes through a slot 37 and is located in a seated on the underside of the handle 30 like a rib downwardly projecting tabs 33. It could, at a distance from each other, two such tabs 33 may be provided on the handle 30, in which two ends of the same Protruding axle pin 27. In the normal case, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the axle pin 27 is in a first portion 38 of the slot 37 and thus determines a 41 marked in Fig. 2 first pivot axis position with respect to the handle 30. This section 38 of the slot 37 is at the same time the one end portion of the circle segment 37, the now acts as the first bearing eye for the axle 27 and should therefore be called "initial section".

Dann ist eine dort vorgesehene Griffstelle 36 für die Handspitzen 47 der menschlichen Hand 45 bequem zugänglich.2 shows the already mentioned at the beginning of initial phase 53 of the operation of the handle 30, where in the region of the outer end 31 by a force arrow 48 clarified manual pressure of a finger 46 of the human hand 45 is exercised. The first pivot axis 41 determines a two-armedness of the handle 30 with the two mutually oppositely directed lever arms 51, 52. The lever arm 51 is pivoted downward, whereby the other lever arm 52 comes out of the upper housing part 12. Then there provided a handle point 36 for the tips of the hand 47 of the human hand 45 is easily accessible.

In FIG. 2, the handle 30, which is pivoted about the axis 41, is located in an intermediate layer 30.1 illustrated by the auxiliary line 30.1. In this case, provided on the underside of the handle 30 approach 49 in the region of a hollow section 29 from the slider 20, whereby the slider 20 initially still remains in its described locking position 20.1. The flap 11 is still locked against the vehicle floor 17.

Der in Fig. 3 erreichten Schwenkposition 30.2 von Fig. 3 kommt noch folgende besondere schließtechnische Bedeutung zu.This changes only during the apparent from Fig. 3 end phase 54 of the pivoting operation of the handle 30. However, it comes to a longitudinal displacement of the handle 30 to the designated 55 in Fig. 3 route. This happens because the end of the handle-neck 49 abuts the outer edge against the hollow profile 29 in the slide 20 and from the neck 49 meets a seated at the end of the hollow section 29 web. In this way, the handle 20 is longitudinally displaced by the distance 55. As a result, the axle pin 27 moves in a recognizable from Fig. 3 second portion of the slot 37. This is the other end of the circle segment, which now acts as a bearing for the handle 30. There now arises the marked in Fig. 3 with 42 second position of the pivot axis for the handle 30. The pivot axis 42 is offset in the handle 30 to the aforementioned length 55 relative to the first axis 41. The handle 30 now acts as a one-armed lever 50. The achieved in Fig. 3 pivoting position 30.2 of Fig. 3 is still the following special closing technical significance.

As shown in FIG. 3, the latch 20 is retracted via its web 59 from the handle-side projection 49 into the housing 12, 13 against the restoring force 15 acting on it during the final phase 54 of the pivoting operation and releases the stationary shoulder 16 in the vehicle floor 17. The slider 20 is then in the, in Fig. 3 20.2 marked release position. The flap 11 can now be opened in the sense of the raising arrow 56 of FIG. 3 via the handle point 36, which reliably detects the grip point 36 from the handle 30.

In the retracted release position 20.2, in comparison to FIG. 2, two things have happened. First, the tongue 23 has moved back with its free end 28 so far that the tongue end 28 is now aligned, in Fig. 3, with the already mentioned paragraph 24 from the upper housing part 12. In the blocking position 20.1 of Fig. 2, the plunger 40 is still supported with its free plunger end 43 on the support surface 19 from the vehicle floor 17 from. As a result, the tongue 23 was bent away from the support surface 19, upwards. The tongue end 28 was then in an inoperative position releasing the housing shoulder 24.

Der Schieber 20 bleibt in seiner Freigabestellung 20.2.In contrast, in Fig. 3, where the flap 11 has already lifted the support surface 19, the plunger end 43 is released. The tongue 23 can relax, therefore moves with its tongue end 28 behind the housing-side shoulder 24 and thereby locks the slider 20 in its release position 20.2. The above-described final pivot position 30.2 of the handle 30 thus proves to be a "working position" for adjusting the slider 20. This latching between the tongue end 28 and the shoulder 24 remains during the entire lifting movement 56 and also at the beginning of the later, apparent from Fig. 4 lowering movement 57 received. The slider 20 remains in its release position 20.2.

In Fig. 4, as already said, the lowering movement 57 of the flap 11 is shown. The hand has released the handle 30. Therefore, the handle 30 due to the explained in Fig. 1 restoring force 35 back to its rest position 30.0 in the housing 12, 13 zurückgelangt. The plunger end 43 of the tongue 23 protrudes freely from the lower-side opening 26 from the housing bottom 13 and is directed against the stationary support surface 19 in the vehicle floor 17. But if the flap 11 their Stops reached stop position on this support surface 19, then meets the plunger 43 on the support surface 19 and bends the tongue 23 back as it can be seen in Fig. 1. But then the tongue end 28 has released the housing-side shoulder 24. As a result, the restoring force 15 can transfer the slider 20 into its locking position 20.1 of FIG. 1, where it engages behind the shoulder 16 in the vehicle floor 17. There are again the ratios of Fig. 1 before.

As already mentioned, a second exemplary embodiment 10 'of the device according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. As far as a matching structure with the first device 10 of Fig. 1 to 4 is present, the same reference numerals have been used. In that regard, the previous description applies. All it takes is a discussion of the differences.

The main difference is that a plunger 40 'instead of the slider 20' is made of a counter-spring member 60 formed on the housing. This counter spring member 60 is formed by a gap in the bottom portion 58 'of the upper housing part 12' in Fig. 5 at the point where the outbreak 25 was provided in the corresponding bottom portion 58 of the first device 10 of FIG. Thus, the counter-spring member 60 is formed in the manner of a tongue and should therefore, for the purpose of distinguishing the slide-side tongue 23 'are referred to as "counter-tongue". The tongue 23 'of the device 10' thus has a smooth bottom, without plunger.

Das freie Zungenende 28' nimmt dabei gegenüber dem Absatz 24' vom Gehäuseoberteil 12' eine ähnliche Höhenposition ein, wie das Zungenende 28 in Fig. 1.Fig. 5 shows again, analogous to FIG. 1, the rest position 30.0 of the handle 30 on the one hand and the locking position 20.1 'of the slider 20' on the other. In this case, located on the opposite tongue 60 ram end 43 'is supported on the stationary support surface 19 and bends not only its own counter-tongue 60, but also the slide-side tongue 23' arranged above it. The free end of the tongue 28 'assumes a similar height position to the shoulder 24' from the upper housing part 12 'as the tongue end 28 in FIG. 1.

Dies ändert sich erst in Fig. 7.As already mentioned in the figure designation, FIG. 6 corresponds to the device 10 'to the conditions in FIG. 2 of the device 10 described above. In FIG. 6, the described intermediate position 30.1 of the handle lies 30 before. The tongue 23 'and the counter-tongue 60 take, in analogy to Fig. 2, the same positions as in Fig. 5 in the device 10' a. This changes only in FIG. 7.

In Fig. 7, in analogy to Fig. 3 of the device 10 described above, the working position 30.2 of the handle 30 before. The slider 20 'is pushed back by the distance 61 in its release position 20.2'. In the transition from Fig. 6 to Fig. 7, of course, the counter-tongue 60 of the upper housing part 12 'remained standing while the slide-side tongue 23' resting on it was pushed back until, in Fig. 7, the free tongue end 28 'aligned with the housing-side paragraph 24 'has come. If then the flap, as shown in FIG. 7, is raised in the direction of the arrow 26, the counter-tongue 60 relaxes and pushes the free end 43 'of the ram 40 carried by it out of the opening 26' of the associated housing bottom 13 'out.

Thus, in the case of the analogous lowering movement 57 of the flap 11 described in connection with FIG. 4, its interaction with the plunger end 43 'shown in FIG. 7 can again come to the support surface 19. Then, over the plunger 40 ', the counter-tongue 60 is pushed back in the sense of Fig. 5, whereby the on its upper side 62 is supported slide-side tongue 23' is pushed back in an analogous manner. Then you free tongue end 28 'the housing-side paragraph 24' free again. The slider 20 'is then pushed back by its restoring force 15 in its locking position 20.1' of Fig. 5. When the handle 30 is released in FIG. 7, the same conditions as in FIG. 5 are again present.

with it being possible in the intermediate position (30.1) to grasp the inner end (32) of the handle (30) with the bolt (20) initially remaining in its locked position (30.1)
but the handle (30) then being further swung (54) from its intermediate position (30.1) about a second axis (swivel axis 42) to a working position (30.2),
until the control means brings the bolt (20) from the locked position (20.1) to a released position (20.2) where the fixed shoulder (16) is released and the flap (11) can be opened (56) by means of the handle (30),
with both swivel axes (41, 42) being offset relative to each other and creating lever arms (51, 52; 50) of different lengths at the handle (30),
    characterized in that
only one pivot pin (27) and one slot (37) accommodating it are arranged between the housing (12, 13) and the handle (30),
that on the initial swiveling (53) of the handle (30) from the at-rest position (30.0) to the intermediate position (30.1) the pivot pin (27) is in a starting section (38) of the slot (37) and there determines the first swivel axis (41),
and that when the handle (30) is swung further (54) from the intermediate position (30.1) to the working position (30.2) the pivot pin (27) moves further in the slot (37) until it reaches an end section (39) of the slot (37) and there creates the second swivel axis (42) for the handle (30).
  2. Lock (10) in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the swivel pin (27) is seated in the housing (12, 13)
and that the slot (37) is in a tongue (33) that is permanently joined to the handle (30) and swivels with the swiveling movement (53; 54).
  3. Lock (10) in accordance with claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the slot (37) is a segment of a circle,
that the starting section (38) and the end section (39) of the slot (37) are formed by both ends of the segment
and that both segment ends (38, 39) function as bearing eyes for the pivot pin (27) and there determines the position of the first and second swivel axis (41, 42).
  4. Lock (10) in accordance with one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the control means for the bolt (20) consists of a shoulder (49) on the handle (30) and an opposing shoulder (59) on the bolt (20),
that the shoulder (49) and the opposing shoulder (59) are apart from each other at least in the at-rest position (30.0),
but later strike against each other during the further swiveling (54) from the intermediate position (31) to the working position (30.2),
and with the bolt (20) thus moving (21) from the locked position (20.1) to the released position (20.2).
  5. Lock (10) in accordance with one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bolt is a slide (20) that slides lengthwise (21) in the housing (12, 13).
  6. Lock (10) in accordance with claims 4 and 5,
characterized in that the slide (20) has a tongue (59) facing the handle (30) and the handle (30) has lug (49) facing towards the slide (20),
with the face of the lug (59) creating the shoulder and the end of the lug (49) creating the opposing shoulder for positioning (21) of the slide (20).
  7. Lock (10; 10') according to claim 5 or 6,
characterized in that the slide (20; 20') has a spring element (23; 23'), that in the released position (20.1; 20.1') and with the flap (11) open engages behind a lug (24; 24') in the housing (12; 13),
that a plunger (40; 40') is arranged between the spring tongue (20; 23') and a fixed supporting surface (19)
and that with the flap (11) closed the plunger (40; 40') pushes back the spring element (23; 23'),
until the spring element (23; 23') leaves the lug (24; 24') on the housing (12; 13) and the slide (20; 20') is moved to its locked position (20.1; 20.1') by its return spring (15).
  8. Lock (10) in accordance with claim 7, characterized in that the plunger (40) is seated on the spring element (23) and its plunger end (43) is aligned against the supporting surface (19),
in that with the flap (11) open the plunger (40) projects under spring pressure at the underside of the flap (11), but with the flap closed (11) the spring element (23) is directly pushed back.
