Abstract
Description
- Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles im einzelnen erläutert, bei dem das Protektorelement die Form eines Versteifungsstreifens besitzt, der als Überstreckschutz für die Finger bei einem Sporthandschuh dient, wobei der Handschuh entlang der Rückseite der jeweiligen Handschuhfinger eine Aufnahmetasche besitzt, in die jeweils ein Versteifungsstreifen eingeschoben ist.
- Fig. 1 eine stark schematisch vereinfacht gezeichnete Draufsicht auf den Rücken eines Torwarthandschuhes, bei dem die Finger mit Versteifungsstreifen gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Protektorelementes versehen sind;
- Fig. 2 eine gegenüber dem natürlichen Maßstab in etwa doppelter Größe gezeichnete perspektivische Ansicht eines Längenabschnittes des Versteifungsstreifens des Ausführungsbeispieles des Protektorelementes gemäß der Erfindung;
- Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Einzelgliedes des Streifens von Fig. 2, gesehen auf die dem zu schützenden Körperteil zugewandte Breitseite;
- Fig. 4 eine der Fig. 3 ähnliche perspektivische Ansicht, gesehen auf die vom Körperteil abgewandte Außenseite;
- Fig. 5 eine gegenüber Fig. 2 bis 4 in größerem Maßstab gezeichnete Seitenansicht des Einzelgliedes und
- Fig. 6 bis 8 Schnittdarstellungen, entsprechend der Schnittlinien VI-VI, bzw. VII-VII, bzw. VIII-VIII von Fig. 5.
Claims (9)
- Protektorelement, insbesondere für orthopädische Anwendungen sowie für Sportbekleidungsstücke, insbesondere Versteifungselement zur Bildung eines Überstreckschutzes für Körperteile, mit zu einer Kette aufgereihten Gliedern (7) aus druckfestem Schutzmaterial, die jeweils über eine Drehverbindung mit Schwenkzapfen (19) miteinander verbunden sind und einander Anschlagflächen (23, 25) zuwenden, die bei einer relativen Schwenkbewegung der Glieder (7) in eine Überstreckstellung blockierend aneinander liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kette aus im Umriß T-förmig gestalteten Gliedern (7) mit jeweils zentralem Fußbalken (11) und daran endseits befindlichem Kopfbalken (9) so aufgereiht ist, dass benachbarte Glieder (7) jeweils in zueinander umgekehrter Lage sind, und dass die Drehverbindungen in beiden Endbereichen des Kopfbalkens (9) zumindest jeden zweiten Gliedes (7) eine Lagerbohrung (17) für einen zum Fußbalken (11) parallel verlaufenden, benachbarte Glieder (7) verbindenden Schwenkzapfen (19) aufweisen.
- Protektorelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glieder (7) gleich ausgebildet und sämtlich in ihren Kopfbalken (9) mit durchgehenden Lagerbohrungen (17) versehen sind, in die die Schwenkzapfen (19) als gesonderte Bauteile eingreifen.
- Protektorelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Fußbalken (11) der in gleicher Richtung gemessenen Breite der Kopfbalken (9) zumindest näherungsweise entspricht.
- Protektorelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagflächen durch Planflächen (23) an den den benachbarten Gliedern (7) zugewandten Seiten der Fußbalken (11) und durch diesen Planflächen gegenüberliegende, an den Enden der Kopfbalken (9) benachbarter Glieder (7) vorgesehene ebene Teilflächen (25) gebildet sind, an die sich zurückgesetzte gewölbte Teilflächen (27) anschließen, um eine relative Schwenkbewegung der Glieder (7) um die Drehverbindungen in nur eine Schwenkrichtung zu ermöglichen.
- Protektorelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glieder (7) auf derjenigen Breitseite (13), die bei Anwendung des Protektorelementes einem betreffenden Körperteil zugewandt ist, eine konkave Wölbung bezüglich der auf die Längsrichtung der Kette bezogenen Achse aufweisen.
- Protektorelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glieder (7) auf der der konkaven Wölbung entgegengesetzten Breitseite (15) eine entsprechend konvexe Wölbung aufweisen.
- Protektorelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glieder (7) eine sich durch Kopfbalken (9) und Fußbalken (11) erstreckende, innere Ausnehmung (29) besitzen.
- Protektorelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerbohrungen (17) am Austrittsende an der Oberseite des Kopfbalkens (9) einen erweiterten Endabschnitt (21) für die Aufnahme eines die Axialstellung des betreffenden Schwenkzapfens (19) festlegenden Sicherungselementes aufweisen.
- Protektorelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glieder (7) aus Kunststoffwerkstoff spritzgegossen sind.
