Claims (15)
- Handwerkzeuggerät, insbesondere Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät, mit einer Werkzeughalteeinrichtung (6) für in diese einsteckbare Werkzeuge (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel, insbesondere Werkzeug-Bits, wobei die Werkzeughalteeinrichtung (6) eine Sicherungsvorrichtung (44) mit einem einen Abschnitt des eingesteckten Werkzeugs oder Werkzeughaltemittels lösbar hintergreifenden Sicherungselement (46) aufweist, mittels dessen ein eingestecktes Werkzeug (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen sicherbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeughalteeinrichtung (6) eine das Werkzeug (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel unmittelbar und drehfest aufnehmende Hülse (12) aufweist, die auf einem vorderen Endabschnitt (14) der Antriebsspindel (4) drehfest jedoch beschränkt axial verschieblich angeordnet ist, und dass die Hülse (12) in einer axialen Richtung vorgespannt ist und die Sicherungsvorrichtung (44) umfasst, und dass bei Verschieben der Hülse (12) entgegen der Vorspannung die Sicherungsvorrichtung (44) lösbar und das eingesteckte Werkzeug (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel aus der Hülse (12) entnehmbar ist und dass das Sicherungselement (46) der Sicherungsvorrichtung (44) beim Verschieben der Hülse (12) entgegen der Vorspannung aus seiner Hintergriffsstellung mit dem Werkzeug (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel lösbar ist, indem es gegen die Außenkontur des eingesteckten Werkzeugs (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittels aufgleitet.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (46) an der Innenseite der Hülse (12) vorgesehen ist und mit dieser in axialer Richtung verschiebbar ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (12) an ihrer dem Werkzeug (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittel zugewandten Innenseite eine zur Innenseite öffnende Ausnehmung (48) zur Aufnahme des Sicherungselements (46) aufweist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (48) nach radial außen geschlossen ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (48) konzentrisch zur Längsrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (46) von einem nach radial innen vorgespannten Federelement gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (46) derart mit der Außenkontur des in die Hülse (12) eingesteckten Werkzeugs (26) oder Werkzeughaltemittels zusammenwirkt, dass es auch in Hintergriffsstellung in axialer Mitnahme mit der Hülse (12) steht.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren der Hülse (12) eine Feder (36) vorgesehen ist, die sich einenends gegen ein Widerlager am vorderen Endabschnitt der Antriebsspindel (4) und anderenends gegen ein Widerlager im Inneren der Hülse (12) abstützt.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager am vorderen Abschnitt der Antriebsspindel (4) von einer Abstufung (38) am Außenumfang des vorderen Endabschnitts der Antriebsspindel (4) gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager im Inneren der Hülse (12) von einer Abstufung im Inneren der Hülse oder von einem in die Hülse eingesetzten Auflagerelement (40) gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (38) des vorderen Endabschnitts (14) der Antriebsspindel (4) eine Anlagefläche für einen axialen Endabschnitt (54) des Werkzeugs (26) oder Werkzeughalters bildet.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (12) einen axial erstreckten Schlitz oder eine langlochförmige Öffnung (16) aufweist, durch die sich ein radialer Vorsprung erstreckt und die Hülse (12) hierdurch drehfest aber axial verschieblich hält.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung durch einen quer zur Längsrichtung in eine Öffnung (20) im vorderen Endabschnitt (14) der Antriebsspindel (4) eingepressten Stift (18) gebildet ist.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (12) an ihrer Außenseite eine Profilierung (56) aufweist, die bei Umdrehung eine Staubabfuhr in axialer und/oder radialer Richtung begünstigt.
- Handwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung (56) wendelförmig ist.
