Claims (17)
- Ensemble de chauffage comprenant un élément - CTP - à coefficient de température positif, en particulier pour un véhicule automobile, où des ailettes ondulées (6) sont disposées autour de l'élément CTP (2) pour une meilleure transmission de chaleur à un flux d'air traversant l'ensemble de chauffage (1), où l'ensemble de chauffage (1) présente un cadre (7) en matière plastique qui est constitué en deux parties,
caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7) présente, sur le côté intérieur, des ailettes (9) s'étendant suivant la direction du flux d' air. - Ensemble de chauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (7', 7") du cadre (7) en matière plastique sont assemblées l'une à l'autre par un assemblage clipsé (8) ou par un assemblage coulissant (8').
- Ensemble de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7) en matière plastique présente au moins une ouverture (10) pour deux tôles de contact (3) et, à proximité de l'ouverture ou des ouvertures (10), est configuré comme un connecteur (5).
- Ensemble de chauffage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (5) est configuré en étant à angle droit par rapport aux tôles de contact (3) établissant le contact électrique, où un câble et le connecteur (5) sont orientés en étant parallèles à la direction du flux d'air.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tôles de contact (3, 4) sont fixées des deux côtés de l'élément CTP (2).
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément CTP (2) est fixé sur une tôle de contact (3, 4), au moyen d'un assemblage collé.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ailette ondulée (6) est fixée au moyen d'un assemblage collé, la fixation étant réalisée sur le côté de la tôle de contact (3, 4) qui est placé à l'opposé de l'élément CTP (2).
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre tôle de contact (4, 3) est fixée sur l'ailette ondulé (6) au moyen d'un assemblage collé, la fixation étant réalisée sur le côté de l'ailette ondulée (6) qui est placé à l'opposé de l'élément CTP (2).
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux tôles de contact (3) sont configurées de manière telle, qu'elles sont formées, au niveau de l'une de leurs extrémités, comme faisant partie d'un connecteur (5).
- Ensemble de chauffage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux tôles de contact (3) sont configurées en ayant une forme en L.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre présente une patte (13) servant à la fixation de l'ensemble de chauffage (1) dans ou sur un conduit d'air.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentés, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de chauffage est conçu comme un dispositif de chauffage auxiliaire monté en périphérie et qui est disposé dans un conduit d'air, à l'extérieur d'un climatiseur.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage collé est formé par une collé silicone à deux composants.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7) en matière plastique est fabriqué à partir d'une matière plastique résistant à des températures élevées .
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7) en matière plastique fermé une paroi isolante ou est doté d'une isolation.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de chauffage (1) présente des éléments CTP (2) ayant une température de fonctionnement allant de 80°C à 120°C.
- Ensemble de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de chauffage est commandé par des relais ou des régulateurs.
