Description

Erfindungsgmäß werden die oben angeführten Nachteile dadurch vermieden, dass das Gegenstück für die Keilverriegelung durch einen quer zu den Ebenen der Tragplatten verlaufenden Keilstab gebildet ist, der in einer vom Arbeitswerkzeug weg schräg ansteigenden Bahn geführt und quer zur Keilstablängsrichtung verschiebbar ist, wobei die gegenseitigen Andrückflächen dadurch gebildet sind, dass am Kupplungsteil eine Andrückplatte vorgesehen ist, welche an entsprechende Gegenanlageflächen am Kupplungsteil unter dem durch die Neigung der Andruckflächen erfolgenden Hineindrücken des Querstabes in die Haken der Hakenverbindung in Anlage bringbar ist. Dadurch, dass die Aufnahmeausnehmungen sowohl für die Hakenverbindung als auch die Keilverbindung an jeder Seite der Längsmittelebene deckungsgleich vorgesehen sind, werden die auftretenden Kräfte gleichmäßig in die Kupplungsplatten eingebracht, wobei die Kupplungsplatten zwischen Hakenverbindung und Keilverbindung jeweils nur auf Zug beansprucht sind. Dies deshalb, weil die Hakenverbindung einerseits und die Andrückflächen andererseits gegengerichtet sind und die Keilverbindung bewirkt, dass die Andrückflächen so gegeneinander verschoben werden, dass die Aufnahmeausnehmung der Keilverbindung in Bezug auf die Hakenverbindung und die Andrückflächen voneinander weg beaufschlagt werden. Dabei kann der Keilstab die Tragplatten durchsetzen und an den dem Baggerausleger abgewandten Außenseiten der Tragplatten vorstehen, wobei beidseits jeder der Tragplatten das Keilprofil vorgesehen ist. Damit ist es möglich, mit ein und demselben am Baggerausleger befestigten Kupplungsteil Arbeitwerkzeuge aufzunehmen, bei denen die Kupplungsplatten am Arbeitswerkzeug entweder innerhalb der Tragplatten, oder aber auch außerhalb der Platte, also weiter voneinander entfernt, angebracht sind. Dies ist in gleicher Weise für die Hakenverbindung dadurch erreicht, dass die Gegenstücke für die Hakenverbindung, durch einen die Tragplatten durchsetzenden an den dem Baggerausleger abgewandten Außenseiten, der Tragplatten vorstehenden Querstab gebildet ist. In bevorzugter Weise kann zum Betätigen des Keilstabes eine Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylindereinheit vorgesehen sein, die bei entriegelter Keilverriegelung voll ausgefahren ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Kolbenfläche, die beim Verriegeln der Keilverbindung zur Verfügung steht, aufgrund der angebrachten Kolbenstange geringer ist, als zum Lösen der Keilverriegelung, wodurch einem allfälligen Festfressen der Keilverbindung insofern entgegengewirkt wird, als beim Lösen größere Kräfte aufgebracht werden können als beim Verriegeln. Um die Arbeitswerkzeuge sowohl für das Tiefgraben als auch für das Hochgraben, also gegengerichtet anbringen zu können, können die Aufnahmeausnehmungen der Kupplungsplatte in Bezug auf die quer zur Plattenebene verlaufende vertikale Mittelebene symmetrisch ausgebildet sein. Weiters können beidseits der Längsmittelebene je zwei Kupplungsplatten vorgesehen sein, wobei die Tragplatten in den Zwischenraum zwischen den benachbarten Kupplungsplatten einsetzbar sind. Damit können insbesondere für größere Arbeitswerkzeuge sehr stabile Kupplungsteile am Arbeitswerkzeug erreicht werden. Um die Kräfte möglichst nur auf die Verbindungsorgane einwirken zu lassen, kann die Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylindereinheit mit ihrem dem Keilstab abgewandten Ende an dem zur Hakenverbindung gehörenden Querstab abgestützt sein. Schließlich können zur Abstützung der Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylindereinheit in Richtung zur Befestigung des Baggerauslegers hin gekröpfte Laschen vorgesehen sein, die gegenüber den Tragplatten gegen Verschwenken gesichert sind. Die Keilflächen am Keilstab 10 sind dabei sowohl an den zwischen den Tragplatten 16 befindlichen, diesen benachbarten Bereichen als auch an den die Tragplatten 16 außen überragenden Bereichen vorgesehen. Die hydraulische Kolben-Zylindereinheit 15 greift am Keilstab 10 mittig an, wobei der Keilstab 10 durch ein Führungsblech 22 in axialer Richtung geführt ist. Durch die Verbindung wird ermöglicht, dass durch etwaige Keilbewegungen, z.B. Verschwenken um seine Längsachse, keinerlei Momente auf die hydraulische Kolben-Zylindereinheit übertragen werden.
