Claims (14)
- Bohrwerkzeug zum Verdrängungsbohren im Boden, mit einem Bohrstrang (20), an dessen unterem Ende ein Verdrängerkopf (40) lösbar befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende des Bohrstranges (20) als ein Verdrängerbereich (30) ausgebildet ist, welcher gegenüber dem angrenzenden Bohrstrangbereich (22) aufgeweitet ist. - Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängerbereich (30) ein zylindrisches Segment aufweist, welches allmählich, insbesondere konisch, in den angrenzenden Bohrstrangbereich (22) übergeht. - Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängerkopf (40) eine Außenwendel (42) aufweist. - Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängerbereich (30) am Bohrstrang (20) einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, welcher gleich oder kleiner als der Außendurchmesser der Außenwendel (42) des Verdrängerkopfes (40) ist. - Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bohrstrangbereich (22), welcher an den Verdrängerbereich (30) angrenzt, eine Bohrstrangwendel (24) ausgebildet ist. - Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrstrangwendel (24) entgegengesetzt zur Außenwendel (42) des Verdrängerkopfes (40) gewunden ist. - Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Verdrängerkopf (40) Armierungselemente befestigbar sind. - Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bohrstrang (20) zum Einleiten eines Füllgutes rohrförmig ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zum Verdrängungsbohren im Boden, insbesondere mit einem Bohrwerkzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
bei dem ein Verdrängerkopf (40), welcher an einem unteren Ende eines Bohrstranges (20) lösbar befestigt ist, unter Verdrängung von Bodenmaterial in den Boden bis zu einer vorgesehenen Tiefe eingebracht wird, in welcher der Bohrstrang (20) vom Verdrängerkopf (40) gelöst und aus dem Boden zurückgezogen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Ende des Bohrstranges (20) ein Verdrängerbereich (30) ausgebildet ist, mit welchem beim Zurückziehen des Bohrstranges (20) von oben kommendes Bodenmaterial seitlich verdrängt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Verdrängerkopf (40) eine Außenwendel (42) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Bohrstrang (20) beim Einbringen in den Boden in eine Richtung gedreht wird, in welcher die Außenwendel (42) Bodenmaterial seitlich und nach oben fördert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdrängerkopf (40) durch Drehen in entgegengesetzte Richtung und/oder durch Aktivieren einer Löseeinrichtung vom Bohrstrang (20) gelöst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bohrstrangbereich (22), welcher an den Verdrängerbereich (30) angrenzt, eine Bohrstrangwendel (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei beim Zurückziehen der Bohrstrang (20) in eine Richtung gedreht wird, in welcher die Bohrstrangwendel (22) von oben kommendes Bodenmaterial in den Verdrängerbereich (30) fördert. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Zurückziehen Armierungselemente, welche am Verdrängerkopf (40) befestigt sind, mit nach oben geführt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erzeugte Bohrloch beim Zurückziehen des Bohrstranges (20) mit einem Füllgut verfüllt wird.
