Claims (9)
- Dispositif de positionnement de feuilles (1) dans une station d'introduction d'une machine de traitement, comprenant une table de marge (T) présentant des moyens d'entraínement desdites feuilles, au moins une butée (2) de positionnement frontal pour arrêter les bords avants desdites feuilles, des moyens de détection (5) de la position latérale desdites feuilles (1), des moyens pour comparer cette position à une position de référence, des moyens d'entraínement transversaux (7) desdites feuilles (1) et des moyens de commande (6) pour actionner ces moyens d'entraínement (7) en fonction du sens et de l'écart entre la position latérale détectée de ladite feuille et ladite position de référence et pour les arrêter lorsque la position de cette feuille correspond à la position de référence, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement transversaux (7) comportent un coulisseau transversal (13) disposé entre ladite butée (2) et ladite table de marge (T), des moyens d'entraínement (7) de ce coulisseau transversal (13) reliés aux dits moyens de commande (6) et des moyens (27a, 27b) pour solidariser ladite feuille (1) avec le coulisseau transversal (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens pour solidariser ladite feuille (1) avec le coulisseau transversal (13) comportent, de part et d'autre du plan de ladite feuille, au moins un organe presseur (27a, 27b), pour pincer ladite feuille (1) contre ledit coulisseau transversal (13), et des moyens (19a, 19b; 32a, 32b) pour déplacer ledit organe presseur (27a, 27b) perpendiculairement au plan de ladite feuille (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens pour déplacer ledit organe presseur (27a, 27b) comportent deux coulisseaux (19a, 19b) perpendiculaires au plan de ladite feuille, reliés cinématiquement au mécanisme d'entraínement (26) de ladite machine de traitement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface (17) dudit coulisseau transversal (13) en contact avec lesdites feuilles (1) est en un matériau à haut coefficient de frottement par rapport à la matière de ces feuilles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'état de la surface (17) dudit coulisseau transversal (13) en contact avec lesdites feuilles (1) est rugueux.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel deux bascules (23a, 23b) articulées chacune autour d'un axe horizontal et dont leurs premières extrémités respectives sont en contact avec les extrémités inférieures respectives desdits coulisseaux verticaux (19a, 19b), lesquels comportent des moyens élastiques (21a, 21b) pour appliquer les secondes extrémités respectives desdites bascules (23a, 23b) contre des cames (25a, 25b) solidaires d'un arbre (26) en liaison cinématique avec lesdits moyens d'entraínement (T) de la machine de traitement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits organes presseurs (27a, 27b) sont solidaires chacun d'un vérin (32a, 32b) pour les amener en contact avec ledit coulisseau transversal (13)
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit coulisseau transversal (13) est monté coulissant par l'intermédiaire de deux chariots de guidage (14a, 14b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites feuilles (1) portent une impression et un repère latéral, caractéristique de la position latérale de ladite impression, lesdits moyens de détection (5) de la position latérale desdites feuilles (1) comportant un lecteur optique (5) pour former des images successives des positions latérales des trajectoires desdits repères latéraux respectifs par rapport à ladite position de référence.
