Claims (9)
- Dispositif de finition (32) pour une machine de superfinition, comprenant une bande de finition (26) qui peut être entraînée dans le sens longitudinal et une zone de contact (62) qui peut être amenée en appui contre une pièce à usiner (24), dans lequel la bande de finition (26) présente dans sa zone de contact (62) une courbure autour d'un axe (72) qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal de la bande de finition (26) et la bande de finition (26) est disposée entre l'axe (72) et la pièce (24) ; il est prévu un guide de bande de finition qui modifie la courbure de la bande de finition (26) autour de l'axe (72) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal ; le guide de bande de finition présente une entrée de bande de finition (50) qui permet de faire passer un segment de la bande de finition (26) à amener contre la pièce (24) d'un état non incurvé à un état incurvé de façon que la zone de contact (62) de la bande de finition (26) soit dirigée radialement vers l'extérieur ; la pièce (24) peut être entraînée en rotation ; la zone de contact (62) présente une première zone partielle (76) qui s'étend parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (74) de la pièce (24) et une deuxième zone partielle incurvée (80) dont les perpendiculaires s'étendent diagonalement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (74) ; la première zone partielle (76) peut être amenée contre une surface d'appui à usiner (78) sur la pièce (24), la courbure de la deuxième zone partielle (80) étant égale à un rayon (82) à former sur la pièce (24) ; la deuxième zone partielle (80) peut être amenée contre un rayon à usiner (82) au voisinage de la surface d'appui (78) sur la pièce (24) ; la deuxième zone partielle incurvée (80) est incurvée dans la même direction dans l'entrée de bande de finition (50) et sur la pièce (24) ; et le guide de bande de finition présente des surfaces de guidage cylindriques creuses (56, 66) qui entourent au moins en partie la bande de finition (26).
- Dispositif de finition selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de finition (26) est incurvée de manière complémentaire au contour de la pièce (24).
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de finition (26) est incurvée plusieurs fois autour de l'axe (72) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal.
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le guide de bande de finition présente une sortie de bande de finition (68) qui permet de faire passer un segment de la bande de finition (26) qui s'éloigne de la pièce (24) d'un état incurvé à un état non incurvé.
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément de contact (58) qui plaque la zone de contact (62) de la bande de finition (26) contre la pièce (24).
- Dispositif de finition selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (58) est réalisé avec une forme complémentaire au contour de la pièce (24).
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact (62) de la bande de finition (26) entoure en partie la pièce (24), en particulier avec un angle d'enroulement (64) allant de 2° à 40°, en particulier égal à 30°.
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'entraînement qui permettent d'entraîner la bande de finition (26) de manière oscillante perpendiculairement à son sens longitudinal.
- Dispositif de finition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'entraînement qui permettent d'entraîner la pièce (24) de manière oscillante perpendiculairement au sens longitudinal de la bande de finition (26).
