Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Befüllen von Behältnissen, insbesondere von Hartgelatinekapseln, mit festen, pulvrigen, gelartigen und/oder flüssigen Füllgütern,mit einer Vorrichtungsstation (16) zum Zuführen und Bereitstellen der zu befüllenden Behältnisse,mit einer Vorrichtungsstation (14) zum Befüllen der einzelnen Behältnisse mit Füllgut,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszumindest eine der beiden Vorrichtungsstationen als austauschbares Modul vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Vorrichtungsstation (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) zum Befüllen der Behältnisse mit Füllgut als austauschbares Modul vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmechanische Kupplungselemente (36) zum exakten Positionieren und/oder Halten des Moduls (14) vorhanden sind, mittels denen das Modul (14) an der Vorrichtung anschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasselektrische, elektronische, pneumatische und/oder sonstige Steuerungsund Energieversorgungs-Kupplungselemente (86) vorhanden sind, mittels derer das Modul (14) an den entsprechenden fest eingebauten Einrichtungen anschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Modul (14) mit an ihm fest eingebautem motorischen Antrieb versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassan dem Modul (14) Fahrrollen (46) zum Verfahren desselben vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Modul (14) mittels der Fahrrollen (46) anhebbar und absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Modul (14) mittels der Fahrrollen (46) pneumatisch anhebbar und absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszur Seite und/oder nach oben schwenkbare Verkleidungsteile als Türen (40, 60) und/oder Fenster (90, 92) vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassderartige Türen (40) und/oder Fenster (90, 92) auf der Vorder- und/oder Rückseite des Vorrichtungsschrankes (12) der Vorrichtung (10) vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie stationäre Vorrichtungsstation (16) zum Bereitstellen von zu befüllenden Hartgelatinekapseln ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie stationäre Vorrichtungsstation (16) auch zum Verschließen von befüllten Hartgelatinekapseln ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Modul (14) zum Befüllen, insbesondere zum dosierten Befüllen mit einem bestimmten Füllgut ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Befüll-Modul (14) als eine Stopf-Stechheber- oder Walzen-Fülleinrichtung (14.2, 14.3, 14.4) jeweils für pulvriges Füllgut ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Befüll-Modul (14) als eine Fülleinrichtung (14.1) für festes, gelartiges oder flüssiges Füllgut ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasssie auf feststellbaren Rollen (52) insgesamt verfahrbar ausgebildet ist.
