Claims (12)
- Lampensockel für eine Hochdruckentladungslampe mit einer Aufnahme (214) für einen Transformator (1000), wobei in dem Lampensockel (2) ein elektrisches Kontaktelement (3) angeordnet ist, das zum Verbinden eines Spannungsausgangs (1030) des Transformators (1000) mit einer aus dem Entladungsgefäß (11) der Hochdruckentladungslampe herausgeführten Stromzuführung (15) dient,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Kontaktelement (3) als Baueinheit mit einem Kunststoffspritzgussteil (21) des Lampensockels (2) ausgebildet ist. - Lampensockel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffspritzgussteil (21) mindestens zwei Kammern (214, 215) aufweist, wobei ein erstes Ende (31) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) sich in eine erste Kammer (214) des Kunststoffspritzgussteils (21) erstreckt, die als Aufnahme für den Transformator (1000) ausgebildet ist, und wobei ein zweites Ende (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) von der zweiten Kammer (215) des Kunststoffspritzgussteils (21) aus zugänglich ist.
- Lampensockel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (31, 32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) ebene Kontaktflächen aufweisen.
- Lampensockel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) mit einer Bohrung (33) versehen ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe mit einem Lampensockel (2) und einem in dem Lampensockel (2) angeordneten Zündtransformator zum Erzeugen der Zündspannung für die Hochdruckentladungslampe, wobei in dem Lampensockel (2) ein elektrisches Kontaktelement (3) angeordnet ist, das mit dem Zündspannungsausgang (1030) des Zündtransformators (1000) und mit einer aus dem Entladungsgefäß (11) der Hochdruckentladungslampe herausgeführten Stromzuführung (15) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Kontaktelement (3) als Baueinheit mit einem Kunststoffspritzgussteil (21) des Lampensockels (2) ausgebildet ist. - Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffspritzgussteil (21) mindestens zwei Kammern (214, 215) aufweist, wobei sich ein erstes Ende (31) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) in die erste Kammer (214) erstreckt und ein zweites Ende (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) von der zweiten Kammer (215) aus zugänglich ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zündtransformator (1000) in der ersten Kammer (214) angeordnet ist und das erste Ende (31) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) mit dem Zündspannungsausgang (1030) des Zündtransformators (1000) verbunden ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) mit der aus dem Entladungsgefäß (11) herausgeführten Stromzuführung (15) verbunden ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) mit einer Bohrung (33) für die Stromzuführung (15) versehen ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum zwischen den Wänden der ersten Kammer (214) und dem Zündtransformator (1000) mit einer elektrisch isolierenden Vergussmasse gefüllt ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstelle des zweiten Endes (32) des elektrischen Kontaktelementes (3) mit der Stromzuführung (15) mit einer elektrischen Isolierung versehen ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Isolierung eine Vergussmasse ist, in der die Verbindungsstelle eingebettet ist.
