Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Etikett (201) weist wie ein herkömmliches Bügeletikett eine Folie (202) und einem Klebstoff (203) auf. Durch eine Trennungslinie (204) ist es in die zwei Funktionsbereiche (A) und (B) geteilt, wobei (A) im Wesentlichen zur Bereitstellung von Informationen, beispielsweise durch Aufdrucke, dient, und (B) die Aufhängefunktion des Bügels übernimmt. Der Bereich (B) ist gewöhnlich entweder nicht klebend ausgeführt oder mit Mitteln zur Aufhebung der Klebstoffwirkung versehen. Dadurch kann der Bügel bei Benutzung schnell vom etikettierten Gegenstand abgenommen werden, und es werden keine klebenden Bereiche beim Abziehen freigelegt. Unter der Folie (202) liegt eine Folie (205), vorzugsweise durch einen Haftklebstoff mit Folie (202) verbunden. Leicht versetzt zu Trennungslinie (204) ist die untere Folie (205) mit einer weiteren Trennungslinie (206) versehen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett mit einer Schlitzung bzw. Stanzung im Material. Im Speziellen kann die Erfindung im Bereich von Bügeletiketten Anwendung finden.
Bügeletiketten sind in der Patentliteratur seit langem bekannt. Neben der Kennzeichnung von Objekten ermöglichen sie eine Aufhängung der etikettierten Objekte. Entsprechend sind sie prinzipiell in zwei Funktionsbereiche unterteilt: Ein möglichst großflächiger, auf einem Behälter fest klebender Teil dient der Informationsbereitstellung, ein zweiter Teil wird bei Gebrauch des Bügeletiketts vom etikettierten Behälter weggeführt und als Aufhängevorrichtung verwendet.
Grundsätzlich lassen sich ein- und mehrlagige Bügeletiketten unterscheiden. Bei den einlagigen Etiketten, beispielsweise beschrieben in
DE 3907862 C2, wird in eine selbstklebend beschichtete Folie eine durchlaufende Schlitzung oder Stanzung vorgenommen, durch die die beiden Funktionsbereiche von einander getrennt werden.
Derartige Etiketten sind einfach und preiswert herstellbar. Der Nachteil dieser Produkte nach dem Stand der Technik ist jedoch, dass der Aufhängebereich gegenüber dem Kennzeichnungsbereich aufgrund der durchlaufenden Schlitzung oder Stanzung frei beweglich ist. Dies kann zu Verwerfungen beim Verspenden auf einen Gegenstand führen. Insbesondere gilt dies für gekrümmte Gegenstände wie Flaschen, speziell Infusionsflaschen, für die Bügeletiketten in erster Linie verwendet werden. Je größer das Etikett ist, desto eher treten Verwerfungen auf. Die hohe Spendegeschwindigkeit moderner Etikettieranlagen vergrößert diese Problematik noch deutlich.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein geschlitztes bzw. gestanztes Etikett bereitzustellen, bei dem die Gefahr von Verwerfungen beim Verspenden bedeutend verringert ist. Damit soll erstens eine sichere Verspendung größerer Etiketten ermöglicht werden und zweitens eine Steigerung der Spendegeschwindigkeit ermöglicht werden.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine nicht permanente Verklebung eines Teilbereichs des abhebbaren Etikettenbereichs (dem Aufhängebereich) mit dem Bereich, der fest auf dem Objekt verklebt wird.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren 1-3 näher beschrieben. Die Figuren sind perspektivische Darstellungen mit der Übersichtlichkeit halber vergrößerten, nicht maßstabsgerechten Schichtdicken.
Figur 1 stellt ein einlagiges Bügeletikett 101 nach dem Stand der Technik dar. Es besteht im Schichtaufbau prinzipiell aus mindestens einer Folie 102 und einem Klebstoff 103. Durch eine Trennungslinie 104 ist es in die zwei Funktionsbereiche A und B geteilt, wobei A im Wesentlichen zur Bereitstellung von Informationen, beispielsweise durch Aufdrucke, dient, und B die Aufhängefunktion des Bügels übernimmt. Wie kurz dargelegt, besteht bei diesem Produkt die Gefahr von Verwerfungen beim Verspenden: Der Bereich B ist gewöhnlich entweder nicht klebend ausgeführt oder mit Mitteln zur Aufhebung der Klebstoffwirkung versehen. Dadurch kann der Bügel bei Benutzung schnell vom etikettierten Gegenstand abgenommen werden, und es werden keine klebenden Bereiche beim Abziehen freigelegt. Dies ist gerade im pharmazeutischen Anwendungsbereich, beispielsweise in sterilen Umgebungen, von großer Bedeutung. Durch die fehlende Verbindung entlang der Trennungslinie 104 zwischen dem Bereich A und dem Bereich B kann sich der Bereich B beim Verspenden des Etiketts 101 leicht von Bereich A entfernen, so dass eine Lücke zwischen A und B entsteht und Spannungen auftreten, die zu den Verwerfungen des gesamten Etiketts führen. Derartige Etiketten müssen, vor allem in den hochsensiblen pharmazeutischen Anwendungsbereichen, nach der Verspendung ausgesondert und abgenommen werden. Hierdurch entstehen hohe Kosten für das Verfahren, die Qualitätskontrolle und das Material.
Figur 2 stellt eine besonders bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Etikettenaufbaus 201 in Analogie zu Figur 1 dar. Zusätzlich zur Folie 202, dem Klebstoff 203 und zur Trennungslinie 204 wurden zwei wesentliche weitere Merkmale angebracht: Unter der Folie 202 liegt nun eine Folie 205, bevorzugterweise durch einen Haftklebstoff mit 202 verbunden. Leicht versetzt zu Trennungslinie 204 wurde die untere Folie 205 mit einer weiteren Trennungslinie 206 versehen.
Figur 3 zeigt denselben Etikettenaufbau in einer schematischen Seitenansicht. Ein Etikett 301 ist mittels der Klebstoffschicht 303 auf einen Gegenstand 307 verklebt. Zwei Folienlagen 302 und 305 sind miteinander mittels einer weiteren Klebstoffschicht 310 verbunden. Beide Folienschichten sind durch Trennungslinien 304 und 306 in sich selbst geteilt in die Abschnitte 302a und b und 305a und b. Die Trennungslinien 304 und 306 liegen horizontal zueinander versetzt; allgemein ausgedrückt sind sie zumindest in Teilbereichen unterschiedlich. Zusätzlich ist unter der Klebstoffschicht 303 im Bereich von Folienabschnitt 305b ein Mittel zur Aufhebung oder Verminderung der Klebstoffwirkung 308 aufgebracht. Alternativ ist es auch möglich, die Klebstoffschicht 303 nur im Bereich des Abschnitts 305a aufzubringen. Auf der anderen Seite der Folienlage 305 im Bereich von 305a zwischen den Trennungslinien 304 und 306 ist weiterhin eine so genannte Releaseschicht 309 aufgebracht. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Mittel, mit dem die Haftung des Klebstoffs 310 in diesem Bereich genau eingestellt werden kann, gängigerweise um eine Silikonschicht.
Das dargestellte Etikett ist analog zu Figuren 1 und 2 in zwei Bereiche A und B zu unterteilen, wobei B den ablösbaren Bügel bildet.
Der Effekt dieses erfindungsgemäßen Etikettenaufbaus 201/301 ist, dass der Bereich B aufgrund der beiden Schichten 308 und 309 zwar ablösbar bleibt und damit als abnehmbarer Bügel dienen kann, jedoch in seinem Teilbereich C mit dem Teilbereich D des Bereichs A verbunden ist. Besonders vorteilhaft ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Produkt dann, wenn die Trennungslinie 304 näher zur Mitte des Etiketts liegt als die Trennungslinie 306. Damit wird das Abnehmen des Bereich B für den Benutzer wesentlich erleichtert. Im Sinne einer noch stärkeren Fixierung des Bereichs B kann es jedoch auch angebracht sein, die Trennungslinien genau andersherum anzuordnen. Während der Verspendung ist auf jeden Fall eine Entfernung der beiden Bereiche A und B voneinander und die damit verbundene Bildung von Spannungen und letztendlich Verwerfungen praktisch ausgeschlossen.
Gleiches gilt prinzipiell nicht nur für die hier dargestellten Formen von Bügeletiketten und darüber hinaus auch nicht nur für Bügeletiketten. Ähnliche Verwerfungen können immer dann auftreten, wenn ein Etikett durch Trennungslinien in zwei verschiedene Bereiche unterteilt ist, die nicht vollständig voneinander abgetrennt sind.

Claims (7)

  1. Etikett (201/301) mit einem abhebbaren Bereich (B) und einem zweiten Bereich (A), bei dem ein Teilbereich (C) des abhebbaren Bereichs (B) nicht permanent klebend an einem Teilbereich (D) des zweiten Bereichs (A) fixiert ist.
  2. Etikett (201/301) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Bereich (A) unterseitig mit Klebstoff (203/303) versehen ist.
  3. Etikett (201/301) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der abhebbare Bereich (B) einen Aufhängebügel bildet.
  4. Etikett (201/301) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der auf dem zweiten Bereich (A) verklebte Teilbereich (C) des abhebbaren Bereichs (B) Teil einer oberen Folienlage (202/302) ist
    und der Teilbereich (D) des zweiten Bereichs (A), auf dem der verklebte Teilbereich (C) des abhebbaren Bereichs (B) verklebt wird, Teil einer unteren Folienlage (205/305) ist.
  5. Etikett (201/301) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der abhebbare Bereich (B) und zweite Bereich (A) durch Stanz-, Schnitt- oder Schlitzlinien (204, 206/ 304, 306) voneinander getrennt sind.
  6. Etikett (201/301) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der nicht permanent klebende Teilbereich (C) ein Mittel zur Minderung der Klebkraft (309) aufweist.
  7. Etikett (201/301) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der abhebbare Bereich (B) ausschließlich im verklebten Teilbereich (C) der Klebefixierung mit dem zweiten Bereich (A) klebend ausgeführt ist.
