Definitions
- the invention relates to a spray arrangement with at least one to be sprayed medium leading tube containing at least one Spray nozzle is provided in an opening provided in the pipe wall opening used and held tightly in the opening by an adapter is.
- Spray arrangements consisting of plastic Having spray nozzles, with a cylindrical approach in the associated Pipe opening pressed or hammered.
- Such Spray assemblies typically have many such spray nozzles on, which are designed as so-called disposable nozzles and in large numbers produced to keep the price as low as possible. at Wear, therefore, these plastic nozzles are removed and replaced by new ones replaced. Reuse is not possible.
- the invention is therefore based on the object after a solution looking for which still easy impressions in pipe openings allowed, but still gives the possibility, the nozzle itself not necessarily made of plastic.
- This configuration allows the nozzle assembly still easier Way by pressing the adapter and the nozzle module in the Tube opening. But it offers the possibility of the high-quality nozzle module continue to use and only replace the adapter and Throw away if worn or lack of tightness occur.
- the nozzle module may consist of a spray nozzle of high quality material, in particular of metal, and can be directly in the interior inserted the adapter and pressed by a in the adapter Cover ring be fastened, which held latching in the adapter is.
- the cover ring made of the material of the adapter, So preferably be made of plastic and he can for Fixation of the nozzle module to a proposed at this stop Press and thus secure the installation position of the nozzle module.
- the male part can be provided with attack surfaces for twisting be the parts of protruding wings or parallel to each other Surfaces for applying a standard fork tool could be.
- the male part with a quick release, for example, a bayonet lock, to provide and a Provide cap part, in which the spray nozzle is held.
- a quick release for example, a bayonet lock
- the cover ring can with a two- or polygon on one of the Adapter be provided outstanding collar, which exploited can be set exactly the installation position of the nozzle. If the Collar of the cover ring above the two or more edges one outwardly projecting edge, the one edge of the adapter opposite, then it is also possible in a simple manner, the lid ring, which holds the nozzle module, thereby dismantle that a special disassembly tool that consists of a fork with two for common connecting end towards steadily rising tines, in the annular gap between the edge of the cover ring and the Edge of the adapter is inserted, then the lid ring releases its catch. The nozzle module can then be removed and the adapter can be removed from the pipe opening to a new one Insert adapter, in turn, the not wegzuatede nozzle module inserted and held by a new cover ring.
- the adapter with a to the dimensions the interior of the nozzle module adapted to be provided which is slightly cone-like in the insertion direction of the nozzle module rejuvenated. Namely, this configuration allows the adapter first Without nozzle module press into the pipe opening, in which case Inserting the nozzle module of the resilient material of the adapter is pressed outwards and tight against the pipe wall.
- the invention therefore opens up the advantageous possibility of nozzles in similar easy way to jam in pipe openings, as before with plastic nozzles was the case, but without the nozzle itself becomes unusable after disassembly.
- Figs. 1 and 2 show the cross section of a tube 1, the For example, consists of metal and a circular in its tube wall Bore 2, in which a metal-made nozzle module 3 is fixed, which faces away from the tube 1 with an outlet opening 4 is.
- This nozzle module 3 is thereby held in the opening 2, that he has with its lower, a cylindrical bead 5 Part is held in an adapter 6 in a ring shape, in the opening 2 used and is held tightly in this.
- the adapter 6 consists of Plastic and he is, in particular Fig. 3 shows, with an interior 7, which extends towards the interior of the tube 1, i. so in the direction in which the nozzle module 3 is inserted - see Fig. 4-slightly tapered downwards.
- the adapter 6 has at its in the pipe interior projecting end an inwardly facing stop edge 8 and is at its protruding from the tube 1 end provided with a via the opening 2 cross edge 9, which the opening Covered at the pipe wall lip-like and at the top of a Supporting surface has 9a for a tool to be explained later.
- the adapter 6 is provided with locking grooves 10 is that with corresponding locking grooves one after insertion of the Nozzle module 3 inserted cover ring 11 cooperating latching.
- the cover ring 11 has an outwardly projecting edge 12, on its lower edge at a distance from the contact surface 9a lying Counter support 12a has.
- the cover ring 11 is also as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 in detail, with a two-edge with provided in parallel opposite surfaces 13, which are adjacent to the surfaces Connect 9a and 12a.
- FIG. 3 and 4 can now be seen first that the plastic existing adapter 6 with a cylindrical approach below the Collar 9 is provided and according to Fig. 3 with this in the opening 2 of the Pipe is used and is held tightly in the pipe 1 according to FIG. 4. This happens because when inserting the nozzle module 3 in the adapter 6, the conical part 7 through the cylindrical bead 5 of the Nozzle module 3 is pushed outwards and due to its deformation tightly and firmly clamped to the inner wall of the opening 2.
- FIG. 4 or Fig. 2 show the slight spreading of the opening 8 and the lower Part 6a of the adapter 6.
- the cover ring 11 of FIGS. 5 and 6 is then over the Nozzle module 3 inserted into the adapter 6 in the state of FIG. 4, until it, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, on the surface 9a of the Edge 9 of the adapter 6 rests and in the locking projections 10 of the Adapters is held. The lower edge of the cover ring 11 then abuts the upper edge of the bead 5 of the nozzle module 3 and secures the Nozzle module within the adapter 6.
- the position of the nozzle module 3 be adjusted in the adapter, if it is, for example a flat jet nozzle is the exit slot 4 in a certain way should be aligned.
- the cover ring 11 is rotated accordingly and takes the nozzle module 3 with.
- FIG. 9 shows a modification of the spray arrangement according to FIG. 1 to 6, but in which also an adapter 60 is provided, in ring form is held and in the same way in a bore of a pipe is used, as the basis of the adapter 6 of FIG. 1 to 6 has already been explained.
- the adapter 60 on its inside is provided with locking grooves 10 and then in its lower Part 60a by several cuts 20 in crenellated projecting Tongues 21 is divided, each with inwardly projecting paragraphs 22 are provided, which, as in the adapter according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the inner Limit opening 8 of the adapter.
- FIG. 9 also shows that the adapter 60 is at its upper end Edge provided with two diametrically opposed cam 23 is, each with an angle to a radial plane of the adapter 60th extending surfaces 24 are provided.
- the nozzle module 30 is in in this case from a plug-in part 31 which can be inserted into the adapter 60, the lower cylindrical shaft 32 in the interior of the adapter 60 fits and whose lower part 60a spreads when pushing in, to the attachment of the adapter to the pipe opening, not shown cause.
- the cylindrical shaft part 32 is for securing the inserted position also equipped with locking grooves 10.
- the upper edge of the male part 31 is also parallel to each other with two extending attack surfaces 26 provided, for example at a certain distance parallel to each other and the wrench size are adapted to a commercial fork wrench.
- Within the male part 31 is one made of high quality material, for example made of metal spray nozzle 3a held here with a Exit slot 27 and lateral engagement surfaces 28 for a tool is fitted to correct the generated flat jet after installation to be able to align.
- Figs. 10 to 12 show a modified embodiment of a Spray arrangement insofar as here from high-quality material, for example made of metal spray nozzle 3a not in the with the Adapter 60 cooperating plug 32, but in a special Cap 33 is held, which in the embodiment by means of a Bayonet closure 34 connected to the male part 32 and through an inserted O-ring 35 is sealed against this.
