Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Bilden eines Tabakstrangs für die Herstellung von stabförmigen Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei aus einem mit Partikeln versehenen Tabakfaserstrom (110) für den Tabakstrang ein mit Partikel angereicherter Strom (140) abgetrennt wird und der Partikel abgemagerte Tabakfaserstrom (130) dem Tabakstrang zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der Partikel (R) im Partikel angereicherten Strom (140) erfasst wird und dass in Abhängigkeit des Partikelanteils im Partikel (R) angereicherten Strom (140) der Trennvorgang der Partikel aus dem Tabakfaserstrom (110) geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakfaserstrom (110) vorgesichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakfaserstrom (110) in Abhängigkeit der Abweichung eines Ist-Werts des Partikelanteils von einem, vorzugsweise vorgebbaren, Soll-Wert (SW) geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Partikelanteildichte im Partikel (R) angereicherten Strom (140) zur Tabakfaserstromdichte im Partikel abgemagerten Tabakstrom (130) konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Partikelanteil mittels einer gravimetrischen oder optischen Messeinrichtung (8, 145) erfasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Partikelanteil mittels einer Mikrowellen-Messeinrichtung (8) erfasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfassung der Partikel (R) und die Regelung des Tabakfaserstroms (110) kontinuierlich erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakfaserstrom (110) mittels eines Sichtluftstroms einer vorgeschalteten Sichteinrichtung geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Tabakrippen als Partikel abgeschieden werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines Tabakstrangs zur Herstellung stabförmiger Artikel der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Tabakstrangbildeeinrichtung und einer Zuführeinrichtung eines Tabakfaserstroms zur Tabakstrangbildeeinrichtung (70) und einer Abscheideeinrichtung (120, 16) für Partikel (R) aus dem Tabakfaserstrom (110), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Messeinrichtung (145, 8) zur Erfassung des Anteils der Partikel (R) im Partikel angereicherten Strom (140) und eine Regeleinrichtung (150, 155, 19) zur Regelung des Tabakfaserstroms (110) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorsichtungseinrichtung (13) für den Tabakfaserstrom (110) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tabakfaserstromdichte (110) in Abhängigkeit des Partikelanteils im Partikel (R) angereicherten Strom (140) regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regeleinrichtung (150) eine Vergleichseinrichtung zum Vergleich eines Ist-Werts des Partikelanteils mit einem, vorzugsweise vorgebbaren, Sollwert (SW) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (145) als gravimetrische oder optische Messeinrichtung (145) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (8) als Mikrowellen-Messeinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
