Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Verwertung von bei der Herstellung von Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie anfallendem Tabakstaub, mit dem Schritt:der Tabakstaub wird gesammelt;
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Agglomeration durch Preßagglomeration vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit den Schritten:eine Granulatgröße der Teilchen (74) wird vorgegeben;die Teilchen (74) werden zu granulatartigen Teilchen (74) verarbeitet;die Teilchen (74) werden, wenn ihre Größe die vorgegebene Granulatgröße übersteigt auf oder unter die vorgegebene Granulatgröße zerkleinert.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit dem Schritt:die Teilchen (74) werden dem zur Herstellung der Artikel vorgesehenen Tabak (50) zugeführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
wobei die Teilchen (74) der Herstellung der Artikel nach der Sichtung des zur Herstellung der Artikel vorgesehenen Tabaks (2), insbesondere nach einem Abscheiden von Tabakrippen (52) aus dem Tabak (2), zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
wobei die Teilchen im wesentlichen direkt in das Tabakvlies (50) oder den Tabakschauer eines Verteilers (1) zum Zuführen von Tabak (2) zu einem Strangförderer (4) einer Zigarettenherstellungsmaschine zugegeben werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
wobei die Teilchen (74) dosiert zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
wobei die Dosierung in Abhängigkeit von der Strangdichte eines hergestellten Artikelstranges gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
wobei die Teilchen (74) vergleichmäßigt zugeführt werden. - Vorrichtung zum Verwerten von bei der Herstellung von Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie anfallendem Tabakstaub,
mit einer Sammelvorrichtung zum Sammeln des Tabakstaubs,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Agglomerationsvorrichtung zum Agglomerieren, bevorzugt zum Preßagglomerieren, des Tabakstaubs. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Zerkleinerungseinrichtung zum Zerkleinern des agglomerierten Tabakstaubs (74). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Rückführeinrichtung (74, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 88) zum Rückführen des agglomerierten Tabakstaubs in die Herstellung der Artikel. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
wobei die Rückführeinrichtung (74, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 88) nach einer Sichteinrichtung (48, 62) eines der Vorrichtung (72) zugeordneten Verteilers (1) zum Zuführen von Tabak (2) zu einem Strangförderer (4) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
wobei eine Dosiereinrichtung (78) zum Dosieren der Menge des in die Herstellung rückgeführten agglomerierten Tabakstaubs (74) vorgesehen ist.
