Claims (13)
- Rundbürste bestehend aus einem Rundkörper mit einer zentrischen Wellenaufnahme, wobei radial an dem Rundkörper Aufnahmen vorgesehen sind für Einfassungen in denen bürstenartige Stützstreifen oder dergleichen mit geschlitzten Schleifleinen oder dergleichen angeordnet sind, wobei der Rundkörper aus einem vorzugsweise einstückigen Kunststoffteil besteht, und wobei die einzelnen Kunststoffformteile zu einer Rundbürstenwalze miteinander verbindbar sind, so dass die radial angeordneten Aufnahmen fluchtende Aufnahmestreifen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einzelne Rundkörper (2), vorzugsweise im Innern, dort jedoch im äußeren Randbereich (10), durchgehende Öffnungen (11) zur Aufnahme von Stabilisierungsträgern (12) aufweist, die rund oder auch mehrkantig sein können, je nach Beschaffenheit dieser Bindungsteile, und wobei die Stabilisierungsträger (12) in den einzelnen Rundkörpern (2) mittels eines Presssitzes befestigt und/oder verspannt sind.
- Rundbürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsträger (12) als Verbindungsstangen ausgebildet sind, die an beiden Enden, vorzugsweise in Enddeckeln (13) lagern, und wobei der Enddeckel (13) zweckmäßigerweise einen umlaufenden überstehenden Rand (29) aufweist, der im montierten Zustand die Einfassungsleisten (5) in den Aufnahmen (4) des Rundkörpers (2) übergreift, wobei der Enddeckel aus Metall, Kunststoff oder dergleichen gefertigt ist.
- Rundbürste nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter einer Distanz (A) zur mit Stützstreifen (6) besetzten Einfassungsleiste (5) die untere Kante (16) des Schleifleinens (7) angeordnet ist, und wobei auf beiden Seiten des borstenartigen Stützstreifens oder -elementes in Streifenform ausgebildete Heftteile (17) durch Klebeverbindung mit der Borste verbunden sind, und die Schleifleinenkante (16) sowie die Heftteile (17) von Klammern (18) durchsetzt sind.
- Rundbürste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Schleifleinen (7) und dem Stützstreifen (6), sowie zwischen dem Heftstreifen (17) und dem Stützstreifen (6) ein Haft- (19) oder Brückenelement (20) vorgesehen ist, und wobei das Brückenelement (20) vorzugsweise um die Einfassungsleiste (5) herumgezogen ist bzw. diese umgibt und das Haft- oder Brückenelement (19, 20) beispielsweise aus Filz, Pappe, Gewebeband (21) oder dergleichen gebildet ist.
- Rundbürste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Haftoder Brückenelement (19, 20) beidseits des Stützstreifens (6) ein hochfestes streifenförmiges Element (22) vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff vorgesehen ist, dessen Querschnitt zweckmäßigerweise keilförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei dessen Spitze (23) zur Einfassung (5) weisend angeordnet ist.
- Rundbürste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Haftoder Brückenelement (19, 20) eine den Stützstreifen (6) durchsetzende Vergussmasse (24) nach Art eines Elastomers oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist, wobei beidseits die Oberfläche der Vergussmasse mittels Formstreifen vorzugsweise aus Pappe, Kunststoff oder dergleichen begrenzt bzw. eingefasst ist.
- Rundbürste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfassung (5) aus einer Kunststoffformleiste gebildet ist, die für die Aufnahme an dem Rundkörper (2) entweder eine Schwalbenschwanz- (25), Rundstab- (26) oder eine andere Profilierung aufweist, und wobei die in der Kunststoffformleiste eingefassten Stützstreifen (6) jeweils von seitlich angeformten Schenkeln (27.1) und (27.2) eingefasst sind.

- Rundbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Einfassungsleiste (5) ein lippenartiger, vorzugsweise flexibler Streifen (30) angeformt ist, an den mittels einer lösbaren Klebe-, Steck- oder Klammerverbindung das Schleifleinen (7) befestigt ist, wobei vorzugsweise an der Rückseite des flexiblen Streifens (30) streifenförmige Haftelemente aus Pappe, Kunststoff oder dergleichen als Verstärkung mit der lösbaren Klebe-Steck- oder Klammerverbindung zusammenwirken.
- Rundbürste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifleinen (7) gewellte, konisch verlaufende Schnitt- bzw. Streifenmuster aufweist.
- Rundbürste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die filamentartigen Stützstreifen (6) in der Einfassung (5) in unterschiedlichen Schrägstellungen eingefasst sind, wobei die Oberfläche der filamentartigen Stützstreifen (6) vorzugsweise mit Schleifmedien besetzt sein können.
- Tellerbürste mit einer zentrischen Wellenaufnahme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tellerbürste (34) aus einem ringförmigen Scheibenkörper (36) geformt ist, in dem radial Aufnahmen (4) für Einfassungen (5) angeordnet sind, wobei die Aufnahmen (4) zur Rotationsachse der Tellerbürste (34) hin geöffnet und zum Rand hin vorzugsweise verschlossen gehalten sind.
