Claims (6)
- Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter mit einem Aufnahmeraum (1) für zumindest ein radioaktives Element (2), einem Behälterboden (3), einem Behältermantel (4) und einem an den Aufnahmeraum (1) für die radioaktiven Elemente (2) angrenzenden Behälterdeckel (5),
wobei behälterinnenseitig am Behälterboden (3) zumindest ein Federelement (6) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Federelement (6) im vertikalen Aufstellzustand des Behälters durch das Eigengewicht des radioaktiven Elementes (2) unter Vorspannung setzbar ist
und wobei der dabei erzeugte Vorspannweg v des Federelementes (6) größer ist als der Abstand f des radioaktiven Elementes (2) zum Behälterdeckel (5) im vertikalen Aufstellzustand des Behälters. - Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei das radioaktive Element (2) ein Brennelement oder eine Glaskokille ist.
- Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Federelement (6) eine Schraubenfeder ist.
- Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das radioaktive Element (2) behälterbodenseitig eine Ausnehmung (7) für die Aufnahme zumindest eines Teils eines Federelementes (6) aufweist.
- Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 4, wobei jedes radioaktive Element (2) eine behälterbodenseitige Ausnehmung (7) zur Aufnahme eines Federelementes (6) aufweist.
- Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei ein Federelement (6) im vertikalen Aufstellzustand des Behälters über seine Länge vollständig in der behälterbodenseitigen Ausnehmung (7) aufgenommen ist.
