Claims (4)
- Zylindereinheit zur Anbringung an eine Traverse und/oder einen Tisch einer Vorrichtung oder Maschine zum Umformen von Werkstücken, bestehend aus einem an der Traverse und/oder an dem Tisch befestigbaren Zylinderblock und einer auf der der Befestigungsfläche abgewandten Fläche des Zylinderblocks gelagerten Druckplatte, wobei in dem Zylinderblock eine Vielzahl von Kolben jeweils mit kalottenförmigem Kopf gelagert ist, die auf die Druckplatte wirken, und wobei in der Druckplatte Führungsbolzen gehalten sind, die in den Zylinderblock ragen und in demselben geführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils auf dem kalottenförmigen Kopf (7) des Kolbens (6) ein in eine Bohrung (8) der Druckplatte (5) ragendes, eine dem kalottenförmigen Kopf (7) entsprechende Vertiefung (9) aufweisendes Druckstück (10) gehalten ist, daß jeweils zwischen dem Außendurchmesser (dA) des Druckstücks (10) und dem Innendurchmesser (Di) der Bohrung (8) in der Druckplatte (5) ein Spalt (s) vorgesehen ist und zwischen dem Druckstück (10) und der Druckplatte (5) im Grund (12) der Bohrung (8) eine Druckscheibe (13) angeordnet ist, daß jeweils das Druckstück (10) einen in Richtung des Kolbens (6) über das Druckstück (10) überstehenden koaxialen Führungsstift (14) aufweist, der in eine koaxiale Bohrung (15) im kalottenförmigen Kopf (7) des Kolbens (6) ragt, wobei zwischen dem Führungsstift (14) und der Bohrung (15) eine in der Bohrung (15) gelagerte elastische Führungsbuchse (16) vorgesehen ist, und daß jeweils zwischen dem Führungsbolzen (17) und einer Bohrung (20) in der Druckplatte (5) für den Führungsbolzen (17) eine in der Bohrung (20) gelagerte weitere elastische Führungsbuchse (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Zylindereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckscheibe (13) gehärtet ist.
- Zylindereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Längsseiten (25) des Zylinderblockes (2) Blockzylinder (26) für den Rückhub der Druckplatte (5) befestigt sind, deren Kolbenstangen (27) mit der Druckplatte (5) verbunden sind.
- Zylindereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Befestigungsfläche (3) in einem Bereich außerhalb der Traverse und/oder des Tisches mindestens ein Druckübersetzer (28) angeordnet ist, der über Anschlußbohrungen (29) im Zylinderblock (2) direkt auf die Kolben (6) wirkt.
