Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un encadrement destiné à une fenêtre, à une porte, à un hayon ou à un élément similaire équipant, en particulier, une caravane ou une autocaravane, comprenant deux parties de cadre séparées l'une de l'autre, s'étendant dans la direction périphérique de l'encadrement et parallèlement au plan principal (20) dudit encadrement, ainsi qu'au moins une membrure d'espacement en un matériau thermiquement isolant, qui s'étend entre lesdites parties de cadre dans ladite direction périphérique de l'encadrement,
    - sachant qu'au moins un profilé rectiligne (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, en un matériau plastiquement déformable, est inséré dans des logements (5, 10 ; 6, 11) de membrures d'espacement sur deux profilés rectilignes (1, 2) de parties de cadre en un matériau plastiquement déformable,
    - sachant qu'une liaison, respectivement opérante dans le sens du profilage transversal, est instaurée entre le profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, et l'un et l'autre des profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre, et
    - sachant que lesdits profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre, ainsi que ledit profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, sont ensuite conjointement cintrés pour prendre la forme d'un encadrement,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'une liaison est respectivement établie sur les logements (5, 10 ; 6, 11) de membrures d'espacement, entre le profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement et chacun des profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre, de manière à instaurer, au cours de l'opération de cintrage, une mobilité longitudinale relative concernant, d'une part, ledit profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement et, d'autre part, au moins l'un des profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre ; et par le fait que ledit profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, et lesdits profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre, sont simultanément reliés de manière opérante dans le sens du profilage transversal.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, et les profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre, sont reliés mutuellement de manière opérante dans le sens du profilage transversal, avec mobilité longitudinale relative concernant, d'une part, ledit profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement et, d'autre part, l'un et l'autre desdits profilés (1, 2) de parties de cadre.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement est inséré, sur au moins un profilé (1, 2) de partie de cadre, dans un logement (5, 10; 6, 11) de membrure d'espacement à parois latérales (7, 8, 9 ; 12, 13, 14) s'étendant dans le sens du profilage longitudinal ; et ledit profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, ainsi que ledit profilé (1, 2) de partie de cadre, sont reliés mutuellement avec déformation d'au moins l'une desdites parois latérales (7, 8, 9 ; 12, 13, 14) dudit logement, avec mobilité longitudinale relative et de manière opérante dans le sens du profilage transversal.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins l'une des parois latérales (7, 8, 9 ; 12, 13, 14) du logement est déformée sous l'action d'une force de roulage et, de ce fait, au moins un profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement, ainsi qu'au moins un profilé (1, 2) de partie de cadre, sont reliés mutuellement avec mobilité longitudinale relative et de manière opérante dans le sens du profilage transversal.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'au moins un profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement en un matériau thermorésistant ; et par le fait qu'au moins une partie de cadre est traitée par action thermique, notamment revêtue à l'issue du cintrage conjoint du profilé considéré (1, 2) de partie de cadre, et du profilé considéré (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'au moins un profilé (1, 2) de partie de cadre en aluminium, et/ou d'au moins un profilé (3, 4) de membrure d'espacement en une matière plastique thermiquement isolante, notamment en polyamide.
