Abstract

  • Bei den bekannten Verfahren zum Färben von Textilien, wie insbesondere dem Indigio- Färben, wird Sauerstoff in das Färbebad eingeschleppt. Dieser stört die Farbaufnahme der Textilien und muss daher mit Hilfe von Reduktionsmitteln im Färbebad entfernt werden. Dies hat einen hohen Chemikalienverbrauch verbunden mit entsprechenden Kosten zur Folge. Daher soll das neue Verfahren eine Einsparung bei den eingesetzten Chemikalien erzielen.
  • Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Sauerstoff unmittelbar vor jedem Klotzen aus den Textilien (4) verdrängt wird, wobei ein Wiedereindringen von Sauerstoff in die Textilien (4) jeweils vor dem Vergrünen verhindert wird.

  • In the known processes for dyeing textiles, in particular the indigo dyeing, oxygen is introduced into the dyebath. This disturbs the color absorption of the textiles and must therefore be removed with the help of reducing agents in the dyebath. This results in a high consumption of chemicals and associated costs. Therefore, the new process should achieve a saving in the chemicals used.
  • This is accomplished by displacing the oxygen from the fabrics (4) just prior to each padding, preventing re-entry of oxygen into the fabrics (4) prior to greening.
