Puntätzverfahren Es` wurde gefunden, daß man Küpenfärbungen ohne Heranziehen
der üblichen ätzenden Substanzen, wie beispielsweise Hydrosulfitpräparate, buntätzen
Bann, wenn man sie mit einer Druckpaste bedruckt, die einerseits Alkalien, wie Alkalicarbonat,
und Sulfonsäuren von organischen Ammoniumverbin-,dungen und anderseits Alkalisalze
von Kupplungskomponenten enthalten, so daß .nach erfolgtem Drück Bunteffekte durch
umnittelbar darauffolgendes Passieren durch eine Diazoverbindungerzeugt werden können.
Die Alkalisalze von Kupplungskomponenten können auch durch Gemische von Kupplungskomponenten
'und Verbindungen, die auf Zusatz von Säuren in Diazoverbindungen übergeführt werde,
wie Nitrosamine oder Diazoaminoverbindungen, ersetzt. werden. In diesem Falle werden
Bunteffekte dadurch erzeugt, daß man nach erfolgtem Druck und Dampfpassage unmittelbar
durch eine Säure passiert. Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern das neue Verfahren,
das selbstverständlich noch mit anderen Verfahren kombiniert werden kann. Beispiel
z Man bedruckt eine Färbung von Cibablau2 B (Schultz Farbstofftabellen Nr. 1314)
mit folgender Ätzpaste:
55o g neutrale Stärketragant-

5o g Kaliumcarbonat,
8o g eines Salzes des Anlagerungs-
produktes von Benzylchloridsul-
fonsäure an Dimethylanilin;
2o bis'3o g eines Alkalisalzes des Anilids

23o bis 240 g Wasser,
30 g Türkischrotöl

Man dämpft 5 Minuten im Mather-Platt und passiert unmittelbar in
einer kalten Lösung, die pro Liter Wasser 2o g 4o°[aige Essigsäure und 17 g diazotiertes
o-Nitranilin enthält; spült und seift kochend. Man erhält so scharlachrote Ätzungen

wie z. B. 2, 2'-Thionaphthindigo oder Cibanongrün GC (S c h u 1 t z Farbstofftauellen
