Claims (5)

  1.   4. Tête porteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que la tête porteuse (18) comporte au moins un canal (22) qui s'ouvre vers la surface d'appui et qui peut être relié à une source de dépression.
  5. Tête porteuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que la tête porteuse (18) comporte un dispositif de mesure (44) à un emplacement défini de la tête porteuse, au moyen duquel la position de la tête porteuse peut être contrôlée.
