Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall holder for at least one a neck or a similar rejuvenation musical instrument, in particular a Guitar or bass guitar according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Wall mounts for guitars, bass guitars and the like are in different Embodiments known.
- a known embodiment of a Wandhalter is a frame into which the stringed instrument is put or can be placed and that the string instrument both at the neck or at the Head and the body supported in a suitable manner.
- As a neck is at a stringed instrument generally refers to the area that the Wearing strings, which in turn are attached to the head of the stringed instrument.
- the body of the stringed instrument is the orchestra.
- a much simpler, known embodiment of a wall holder for Guitars, bass guitars and the like is a frame with two from the wall protruding holding arms, between which the neck of the stringed instrument is introduced.
- the head, opposite the neck usually one Has broadening, lies after lowering the stringed instrument on the holding arms. It is important that the support arms as close as possible rest against the neck of the string instrument, so that the head and thus the Instrument can not slip out of the holder.
- a guitar wall holder is known for Instruments with different neck width can be used.
- the Guitar wall mount includes a mounting case that attaches to the wall is fastened and to which two retaining arms are attached, the manner of a Fork with two prongs projecting and a support for a guitar head form, wherein at least one support arm on the mounting housing in the direction on the other arm is arranged to be movable.
- the mobile one Holding arm is with an end portion of an angled lever section, the order its longitudinal axis extending in the direction of the wall is rotatable, on Mounted mounting housing and around this axis with a circular motion pivotable.
- the holding arms can be adapted to different Neck diameter to be adjusted. Friction increasing agents between The support arm and the mounting housing should ensure that the Retaining arm remains in a once occupied position.
- the setting The holding arms are first done by hand, so that the instrument neck can be easily threaded. By the weight of the instrument then the holding arms moved towards each other.
- the holding arms can also be slightly inclined to each other, allowing slipping out of the instrument is prevented.
- the instrument can also catch on removal, especially if the holding arms are additionally slightly inclined.
- the holding arms For example, they can be carried up and taken out there in turn be brought very close together so that they are the instrument lock in.
- the wall holder for at least one a neck or similar Rejuvenation musical instrument in particular a guitar or Bass guitar, comprising a bracket that is attached to the wall or is fastened and at least two support elements attached to the bracket are arranged and inserted between the neck of the musical instrument is, wherein the neck and / or the head of the musical instrument to the Tragieri comes to rest, is characterized by the fact that the Holder has at least one slotted guide for the support elements, over which the support elements are movable relative to each other.
- a core idea of the present invention is therefore that the support elements on the slotted guide to each other and from each other Move away, but only in a defined range of the Slotted guide is given. This allows the wall holder Musical instruments of different dimensions with respect to the neck and pick up your head. The area in which the distance of the support elements can be varied to each other so pretend that on the one hand as many instrument sizes are covered and on the other hand easy insertion and removal of instruments is possible.
- the wall bracket is not limited to two support elements. At the Holder can be provided several pairs of support elements, so that simultaneously several musical instruments can be hung.
- the Size intervals, in each of which the distances of a Can set support elements pair, can be chosen arbitrarily, so that the wall holder or parts of the wall bracket targeted for Musical instruments with larger or smaller dimensions in relation to neck and head can be designed.
- the support elements are so far from the wall or the holder, that the head or neck of a musical instrument between the support elements can be hung and when releasing normally no more from slipping out.
- At least one of the support elements is on the holder movably arranged so that the distance between the support elements can change.
- the at least one support element at its the Wall or the bracket facing side in a guide unit of Slotted gate held.
- the slotted guide can be used to guide two or more support elements be provided or it is a separate slotted guide for each Support element available.
- Each two support elements can be over the Moving link guide or the link guides on each other, for example, in a horizontal plane.
- supporting elements in the effective direction of gravity ie in the direction of Floor or floor to move towards each other and in particular also by the weight of between the support elements or support arms held musical instrument.
- the advantage of this direction of movement is that the musical instrument by its own weight the supporting elements brings together or pressed against the neck and / or head and thereby the Holding forces increased. It is advantageous if both support elements are movably arranged on the holder, since the support elements then so can be aligned that the musical instrument is hanging straight, whereby also the forces on the neck or the head of the musical instrument are distributed more evenly.
- a separate slotted guide is provided for each support element. Two each Slotted guides are then arranged side by side on the holder.
- the link guide usually includes a guide rail in the Support element is guided.
- the guide rail can either be on the Attached bracket and with this releasably or firmly connected or as a elongated opening may be formed in the holder.
- Firmly connected means in this context as well as in the following, the The object is made in one piece or the named part, in this case the guide rail is soldered, welded or otherwise and way connected with the rest of the object, so it's not can be separated from it non-destructively.
- the guide rails are preferably in the direction of the ground converging, arranged at the same height next to each other, so that the Carrying elements by the weight of the hinged musical instruments be compressed evenly.
- the angle of inclination can be the guide rails to the horizontal be the same or different. It is also possible that one of the two rails by 90 ° inclined to the horizontal and the other from any other inclination the horizontal has.
- a common link guide for two support elements For example, be executed substantially U-shaped or V-shaped, each a support element is arranged in a leg of the U or V.
- Stopper be attached to the legs of the U or V.
- An even better one Clamping effect can be achieved when the legs of the V-shaped Slotted guide according to a curvature to the vertical center axis of the V exhibit. Looking at the legs of the slotted guide as a curve, In other words, that means the thighs are at their lowest point in the direction of gravity or at the point at which the distance of the Thighs least is the largest slope of the tangents in terms of amount have one leg a negative pitch and the second Thigh has a positive slope.
- Shall several pairs of support elements in a common slide guide can be arranged on the wall bracket, so the slotted guide in Substantially have a wave or serrated shape, wherein each one Wave or tine, preferably those described above may have geometric shapes.
- the link guides at least one Couple converging in the direction of gravity converging guide slots include.
- the area in which the distance between the support elements to each other can be varied, can then, for example, pretend that the Touch support elements during movement in any point, but are always spaced from each other.
- the Danger of getting caught in the wall bracket is reduced when the Can not touch support elements at any point, as when removing the Musical instrument, for example, by slightly raising the distance can be increased exclusively between the support elements, which is the Operation additionally facilitated.
- the guide slots are preferably curved, in particular in Substantially following the shape of a quarter circle. It is special advantageous if the curved guide slots of a mecanicsschlitzcrues are aligned, the slope of a tangent in a point of curvature of the respective guide slot at which the two guide slots have the smallest distance from each other (in usually the outermost points of the guide slots in the direction of the Gravity), is greater in magnitude than the slope of the tangent in all other points of curvature of the guide slot and that the Gradients of the tangents in the two points of least distance have different signs.
- a plan view of the Holder is then preferably a left guide slot curved left and a right guide slot curved right.
- the curvature can be also by describing that the tangents to the guide slots the lowest point of the guide slots in the direction of gravity or at the point at which the distance of the guide slots to each other on lowest is the smallest angle to one between the guide slots extending vertical axis, wherein the angles are different Signs or directions must have.
- This orientation of Curvature has the advantage that the distances between the Support elements are adjustable in very fine steps and are still a better clamping effect can be achieved.
- the holder is provided a fastening device. That's it important that the support elements are movable by the fastening device be held in the guide slot.
- the opening width of the guide slot can be greater than or equal to be smallest diameter of the support element, so that the support element partially performed in the direction of the wall through the guide slot can be.
- the support element could
- the one to the Support element integrally formed broadening or one with the support element connected fastener, such as a plate or Ring disc or a cuboid with a larger diameter than the Opening width of the guide slot includes, on the guide slot be attached.
- the opening width of the Guide slot be smaller than the smallest diameter of the support element.
- the attachment of the support elements to the bracket then takes place preferably via a fastening device, which is a guide element that is arranged in the guide slot and at the room facing side or the wall facing away from the bracket with the Supporting element is firmly or detachably connected.
- the guide element can be a molded Broadening with a larger diameter than the opening width of the Guide slot or with a fastener, For example, a plate or washer or a cuboid with a larger diameter than the opening width of the guide slot, be connected.
- the guide element can also take the form of a bow have, which is guided by the guide slot and at its one End fixed to the support element or releasably connected and at his the other end is movably arranged in the holder.
- the holder as a hollow pot or hollow box with a fixed or detachable connected lid on the wall facing away from the side. It is particularly advantageous if the hollow pot or hollow box on the Wall facing side is open.
- the holder is thus relatively light and also very easy to assemble.
- the bracket can then easily from the front be bolted to the wall, the screws, for example, through Openings on the lid or on the side wall of the holder attached flanges are guided.
- the hollow pot or hollow box can in addition, on the wall-facing side of a fixed or detachable having connected soil. The wall holder is thus more stable.
- the slotted guide is on the lid the holder is formed. This is in the hollow pot or wooden case enough space for the devices to attach the support elements the bracket and means for attaching the bracket to the wall.
- the wall holder in a particularly advantageous embodiment of the wall holder according to The invention relates to the support elements with a slip-resistant material overdrawn.
- a slip-resistant material for example, a Plastic coating with a high static friction coefficient are used wherein the plastic is preferably foamed.
- Such a slip-resistant coating has the further advantage that at the same time Surface of the guitar neck or head is protected, for example against scratching the rigid support elements.
- Coating materials for the support elements may be rubber or textile Tissue be used.
- the shape of the support elements is basically arbitrary, if these suitable to carry the musical instruments, without damaging them. In usually the support elements, however, an elongated, preferably cylindrical shape.
- the support elements can also be simple or be executed repeatedly curved.
- the support elements away from the wall an inclination from the horizontal against the effective direction of the Gravity, which is a maximum of 10 °. This is to prevent Be sure that the guitar head away from the wall from the wall mount can slip out. If the guitar starts to slip, it will become move towards the wall due to the inclination.
- the inclination becomes preferably chosen between about 2 ° and 8 °, so that the guitar or the Guitar head or guitar neck should not be removed when removing jammed and the insertion into the wall bracket is not difficult.
- the support elements at their end remote from the holder have a broadening.
- the broadening can, for example approximately in the form of an attached ball, a cone or a plate be executed.
- the support elements can be designed so that they are independent from each other in the guide slots are movable. Especially advantageous However, it is when a translation device is provided, the Movement of a support element in a movement of a second support element implements. In a simple embodiment, only the Movement in the slide guide, for example, moving a Support element, are transmitted to the second support element. That's how it works For example, ensure that the two support elements always on the same Height in the horizontal and thus the musical instrument is held perpendicular to the ground, whereby the holding forces evenly to act on the instrument.
- the transmission device a Rotational movement of a support member to the second support element transferred, so that, for example, rotate both support elements in opposite directions.
- the wall holder Provided return elements that the support elements after removing the Reset musical instruments to a predetermined starting position.
- The allows a very easy insertion or mounting different Musical instruments of different dimensions.
- the support elements on the holder side facing a spacer for example in the form of a Widening.
- This broadening then becomes one additional space is created between the guitar neck and the wall, so that the sensitive parts of the guitar head the wall and / or the Bracket can not touch, even if the guitar head inclined to the guitar neck.
- the wall holder is on at least one of the support elements arranged a locking unit.
- the locking unit prevents with very high security Falling out of the instrument from the wall holder.
- the locking unit is preferably as a on the side facing away from the holder side of a Support member rotatably mounted bracket, up to the second support element enough.
- the bracket can a recess have, with which he the second support member at least partially encloses.
- the bracket can then be displaced on the support element be executed.
- Another way of locking is in the second Support element to form a depression into which the bracket can engage.
- the wall holder 1 shows the individual parts of an advantageous embodiment of a Wall bracket 1 according to the invention for stringed instruments such as guitars and like.
- the wall holder 1 comprises a holder 2 and two Supporting elements 3.
- the holder 2 is designed as a hexagonal hollow box, a lid 4 is fixedly connected to the side walls of the hollow box.
- guide slots 5 are formed, which approximately the shape of quarter circles. In this case, the left of the guide slots 5 in the figure curved left and the right of the guide slots. 5 quite curved.
- the lid 4 has next to the guide slots. 5 additional openings 6, through the screws for fastening the Holder 2 can be performed on the wall.
- the wall holder 1 further comprises a fastening device with Guide elements 7, which are guided by the guide slots 5 and at their end facing the support member 3 releasably connected to this are.
- the support elements 3 are on the out of the guide slots. 5 outstanding part of the guide elements 7 placed so that they up to Close the lid 4.
