Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Anheben von einzelnen flächigen Objekten, insbesondere von zu belichtenden Druckplatten, von einem Stapel von Objekten, insbesondere von einem Stapel in dem jeweils zwei unterschiedliche Objekte einander abwechseln, vorzugsweise jeweils eine Druckplatte und eine zwei aufeinanderfolgende Druckplatten voneinander trennende Zwischenlage einander abwechseln, vorzugsweise für ein automatisches Laden eines Druckplattenbelichters, wobei das Anheben eines Objektes jeweils mit wenigstens zwei zueinander beabstandeten Saugelementen erfolgt und das anzuhebende Objekt wenigstens in einem Bereich beim Anheben deformiert, insbesondere gebeult, wird oder zumindest in einer Deformationsrichtung kraftbeaufschlagt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Deformation des Objektes wenigstens ein Stößel zwischen den wenigstens zwei Saugelementen verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anzuhebende Objekt vor seiner Anhebung in oder etwa in horizontaler Ebene gegen einen Anschlag verschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anzuhebende Objekt mittels des Stößels verschoben wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Anheben von einzelnen flächigen Objekten, insbesondere von zu belichtenden Druckplatten, von einem Stapel von Objekten, insbesondere von einem Stapel in dem jeweils zwei unterschiedliche Objekte einander abwechseln, vorzugsweise jeweils eine Druckplatte und eine zwei aufeinanderfolgende Druckplatten voneinander trennende Zwischenlage einander abwechseln, vorzugsweise für ein automatisches Laden eines Druckplattenbelichters, wobei zum Anheben eines Objektes wenigstens zwei zueinander beabstandete Saugelemente vorgesehen sind und geeignete Mittel vorgesehen sind, das anzuhebende Objekt wenigstens in einem Bereich beim Anheben zu deformieren, insbesondere zu beulen, oder zumindest in einer Deformationsrichtung mit Kraft zu beaufschlagen, vorzugsweise zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als geeignete Mittel zur Deformation des Objektes wenigstens ein Stößel zwischen den wenigstens zwei Saugelementen angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein das anzuhebende Objekt vor seiner Anhebung in oder etwa in horizontaler Ebene gegen einen Anschlag verschiebendes Schiebeorgan.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel als Schiebeorgan vorgesehen und ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel als Schiebeorgan den Saugelementen in Richtung auf das anzuhebende Objekt und in Richtung auf den Anschlag voreilend ausgebildet und angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeorgan federnd in Richtung auf das anzuhebende Objekt belastet oder belastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeorgan einen Anstellwinkel in Richtung auf den Anschlag aufweist.
