Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de coupe (1) pour découper, dans une largeur de matière en feuille pliable ayant une largeur déterminée, des feuilles présentant un profil initial et un profil final respectifs s'étendant sur la largeur, comprenant
    - un cadre (3) qui est horizontal en situation de travail pour guider une largeur d'une matière en feuille pliable au-dessus de celui-ci dans une direction de transport déterminée,
    - un tampon (5) qui peut être placé au-dessus de ce cadre (3) et couplé à ce cadre (3) et qui est pourvu successivement, dans la direction de transport (8), de couteaux correspondant au profil initial et au profil final, dans lequel la surface centrale (6) du tampon délimitée par ces couteaux correspond à des pièces perdues à découper dans la largeur, et les surfaces périphériques (7, 7') adjacentes à la surface centrale (6) correspondent respectivement à une partie initiale et à une partie finale de feuilles successives, et
    - un rouleau presseur (14) suspendu en dessous de et à ce cadre (3) dans un chariot (13) et déplaçable en contact avec ces couteaux, chariot (13) qui est rigidement couplé au cadre (3) dans la direction axiale du rouleau presseur (14) sur un premier côté (24), où il est guidé sur un premier rail (21) avec une section transversale en forme de coin, et est couplé de façon mobile au cadre (3) sur un deuxième côté opposé (15) dans la direction axiale du rouleau presseur (14), dans lequel
    - un cadre auxiliaire (4) est couplé de façon fixe au cadre horizontal (3), cadre auxiliaire (4) dans lequel le tampon (5) est monté de façon pivotante, tampon (5) qui peut être connecté de façon fixe au cadre auxiliaire (4) dans une situation dans laquelle les couteaux du tampon (5) s'étendent vers le bas jusqu'à une position située juste au-dessus de la surface d'une largeur d'une matière en bande à couper, et caractérisé en ce que
    - le chariot (13) est suspendu sur son premier côté (24) par des roues (19) pourvues d'une gorge en V (23) qui coopèrent avec le premier rail (21) qui est couplé au cadre horizontal (3) et qui présente une section transversale en forme de coin sur son côté supérieur, et le chariot (13) est suspendu sur son second côté (15) par des roues cylindriques (16) à un second rail (17) de section transversale rectangulaire, qui est couplé au cadre horizontal (3).
  2. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (13) est pourvu de roues cylindriques (20) coopérant avec le côté inférieur plat du premier rail (21).
  3. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon les revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un entraînement pneumatique pour le chariot (13).
  4. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon les revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'une broche d'entraînement pour le chariot (13).
  5. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (13) est couplé à un écrou de broche qui est déplaçable le long de la broche d'entraînement et qui est monté de façon à se déplacer sur une distance prédéterminée dans des directions transversales à la broche d'entraînement dans un boîtier couplé de façon fixe au chariot.
  6. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'une courroie en une matière flexible tendue horizontalement par le chariot (13) sur les deux côtés du rouleau presseur et autour de deux rouleaux de renvoi s'étendant parallèlement au rouleau presseur dans le but de procurer une surface de guidage pour une largeur de matière en bande à guider au-dessus du cadre.
  7. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau presseur (14) est au moins pourvu d'une couche de surface en une matière plastique à base de polychloroprène.
  8. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface centrale (6) du tampon (5) est recouverte d'une matière relativement peu compressible et les surfaces périphériques (7, 7') sont recouvertes d'une matière relativement facilement compressible.
  9. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface centrale (6) est recouverte d'un caoutchouc avec une première valeur prédéterminée de dureté Shore, et les surfaces périphériques (7, 7') sont recouvertes d'un caoutchouc avec une deuxième valeur de dureté Shore, qui est inférieure à la première valeur de dureté Shore.
  10. Dispositif de coupe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'une plaque plate entre les couteaux et le rouleau presseur déplaçable (14) afin de procurer un contact indirect entre les couteaux et le rouleau presseur (14).
