Claims (10)

  1. Schneidvorrichtung (1) zum aus einer Bahn eines faltbaren Plattenmaterials mit einer bestimmten Breite Schneiden von Platten mit sich über die Breite erstreckenden Anfangs- beziehungsweise Endprofilen, und diese Schneidvorrichtung umfasst
    einen im Betriebszustand horizontalen Rahmen (3), um darüber eine Bahn eines faltbaren Plattenmaterials in einer bestimmten Transportrichtung zu führen,
    einen Stempel (5), der über diesem Rahmen (3) angebracht und an diesen Rahmen (3) gekoppelt werden kann und der in der Transportrichtung (8) nacheinander mit Messern, die mit dem Anfangsprofil und dem Endprofil übereinstimmen, versehen ist, wobei die von den Messern begrenzte zentrale Oberfläche (6) des Stempels mit aus der Bahn zu schneidenden Abfallstücken übereinstimmt und die an die zentrale Oberfläche (6) grenzenden peripheren Oberflächen (7, 7') mit einem Anfangs- beziehungsweise einem Endteil von aufeinander folgenden Platten übereinstimmen, und
    eine unter und an diesem Rahmen (3) in einem Wagen (13) aufgehängte und in Kontakt mit diesen Messern verstellbare Andrückrolle (14), und dieser Wagen (13) ist an einer ersten Seite (24) in Achsrichtung der Andrückrolle (14) starr an den Rahmen (3) gekoppelt, wo er über eine erste Schiene (21) mit einem keilförmigen Querschnitt geführt wird, und ist an einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (15) in Achsrichtung der Andrückrolle (14) beweglich an den Rahmen (3) gekoppelt, in der
    ein Hilfsrahmen (4) fest an den horizontalen Rahmen (3) gekoppelt ist, und in dem Hilfsrahmen (4) ist der Stempel (5) drehbar befestigt, und dieser Stempel (5) kann in einem Zustand, in dem sich die Messer des Stempels (5) nach unten in eine Stellung unmittelbar über der Oberfläche einer Bahn eines zu schneidenden Plattenmaterials erstrecken, fest an den Hilfsrahmen (4) gekoppelt werden, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Wagen (13) an seiner ersten Seite (24) mit mit einer V-förmigen Rille (23) versehenen Rädern (19), die mit einer ersten Schiene (21) zusammenarbeiten, die an den horizontalen Rahmen (3) gekoppelt ist und einen keilförmigen Querschnitt an ihrer Oberseite hat, aufgehängt ist, und der Wagen (13) an seiner zweiten Seite (15) mit zylindrischen Rädern (16) an einer zweiten Schiene (17) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, die an den horizontalen Rahmen (3) gekoppelt ist, aufgehängt ist.
  2. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (13) mit zylindrischen Rädern (20), die mit der flachen Unterseite der ersten Schiene (21) zusammenarbeiten, versehen ist.
  3. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach Ansprüchen 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem pneumatischen Antrieb für den Wagen (13) versehen ist.
  4. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach Ansprüchen 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Antriebsspindel für den Wagen (13) versehen ist.
  5. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (13) mit einer Spindelmutter gekoppelt ist, die entlang der Antriebsspindel verstellt werden kann und die beweglich über einen vorgegebenen Abstand in Querrichtung zu der Antriebsspindel in einem fest mit dem Wagen gekoppelten Gehäuse aufgenommen ist.
  6. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem von dem Wagen (13) an beiden Seiten der Andrückrolle und um zwei sich parallel zu der Andrückrolle erstreckende Umkehrrollen horizontal gespannten Band aus einem flexiblen Material versehen ist, um eine Führungsoberfläche für eine über den Rahmen zu führende Bahn von Plattenmaterial zu verschaffen.
  7. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andrückrolle (14) zumindest mit einer Oberflächenschicht von einem Kunststoffmaterial auf Basis von Polychloropren versehen ist.
  8. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Oberfläche (6) des Stempels (5) mit einem relativ schlecht zusammendrückbaren Material bedeckt ist und die peripheren Oberflächen (7, 7') mit einem relativ gut zusammendrückbaren Material bedeckt sind.
  9. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Oberfläche (6) mit einem Gummi mit einem bestimmten ersten Shore-Wert für die Härte bedeckt ist, und die peripheren Oberflächen (7, 7') mit einem Gummi mit einem zweiten Shore-Wert für die Härte, der niedriger als der erste Shore-Wert ist, bedeckt sind.
  10. Schneidvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer flachen Platte zwischen den Messern und der verstellbaren Andrückrolle (14) versehen ist, um einen indirekten Kontakt zwischen den Messern und der Andrückrolle (14) zu verschaffen.
