Claims (16)
- Gargerät (1) mit einer Garfläche (100) eines Gargutträgers (10), die auf einer Vielzahl von Heizzellen (101 bis 114), insbesondere Heizplatten, bereitgestellt ist, wobei jede Heizzelle (101 bis 114) zumindest ein Heizelement (2) aufweist, wobei die Heizzelle und/oder das Heizelement mit einer Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung verbunden ist bzw. sind, gekennzeichnet durch
mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung (50), insbesondere ein Thermoelement, pro Heizzelle (101 bis 114) zur Führung eines Garverfahrens in Abhängigkeit von der Deckung der Heizzellen (101 bis 114) mit Gargut und zur Eigenkalibrierung der Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit des Gargeräts. - Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch
eine zumindest teilweise thermische Isolierung der einzelnen Heizzellen (101 bis 114) voneinander. - Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest ein Heizelement, insbesondere einen meßbaren Heizwiderstand (2), pro Heizzelle (101 bis 114), einen Gewichtssensor (3) pro Heizzelle (101 bis 114) und /oder eine optische Detektionseinheit (4) für jede Heizzelle (101 bis 114). - Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung in Wirkverbindung mit den Temperaturmessvorrichtungen (50), den Heizelementen (2), den Gewichtssensoren (3), der bzw. den optischen Detektionseinheit(en) (4), zumindest einem Garprozessfühler (5), der zumindest teilweise in ein Gargut einsteckbar ist, einer Speichereinheit, einer Eingabeeinheit, einer Anzeigeinheit und/oder einer Ausgabeeinheit steht. - Gargerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung (50), insbesondere zentral, an oder in der Heizzelle (101 bis 114) angeordnet oder anordbar ist, insbesondere in einer Auslassung der Heizzelle (101 bis 114). - Gargerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Heizzelle (101 bis 114) eine Vielzahl an Heizelementen (2), insbesondere angeordnet in Zeilen und Spalten, umfasst.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Heizelemente Heizwiderstände darstellen, die partiell oder vollständig über eine Reihen- und/oder Parallelschaltung miteinander verbindbar bzw. verbunden sind. - Gargerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine, insbesondere jede, Heizzelle (101 bis 114) über die Steuer- und Regeleinheit identifizierbar, anwählbar und/oder steuerbar ist und/oder dass mindestens eine, insbesondere jede Temperaturmessvorrichtung, über die Steuer- und Regeleinheit identifizierbar und/oder anwählbar ist und/oder wobei mindestens ein, insbesondere jedes, Thermoelement einer bestimmten Heizzelle zuordbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Kalibrierung, insbesondere der Steuer- und Regeleinheit, eines Gargerätes, insbesondere gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine, insbesondere jede, Heizzelle über die Steuer- und Regeleinheit gezielt identifizierbar, anwählbar und/oder ansteuerbar ist und wobei jede Heizzelle mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Thermoelement, aufweist, das mit der Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit in Wirkverbindung steht, umfassend die Schrittea) des Auswählens einer ersten Heizzelle,b) des Aufheizens der ersten Heizzelle, insbesondere nach einem individuellen ersten Aufheizschema,c) des Registrierens derjenigen Temperaturmessvorrichtung(en), welche einen Temperaturanstieg detektiert bzw. detektieren, insbesondere korrespondierend mit dem ersten Aufheizschema,d) der Zuordnung der ersten Heizzelle zu der/den ersten Temperaturmessvorrichtungen(en) und gegebenenfalls Abspeichern dieser Zuordnung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schritte a) bis d) wiederholt werden, wobei anstelle einer bereits zugeordneten ersten Heizzelle eine noch nicht zugeordnete zweite Heizzelle ausgewählt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sämtliche Heizzellen oder alle bis auf eine Heizzelle den Verfahrensschritten a) bis d) unterzogen werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die einzelnen Heizzellen des Heizgerätes zeitlich versetzt und in gleichbleibenden und/oder voneinander unterschiedlichen Zeitintervallen aufgeheizt werden. - Verfahren zur Kalibrierung, insbesondere der Steuer- und Regeleinheit, eines Gargeräts, insbesondere gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, umfassend eine Vielzahl an Heizzellen, insbesondere Heizplatten, eine Steuer- und Regeleinheit, und mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Thermoelement, pro Heizzelle, wobei jede Heizzelle über die Steuer- und Regeleinheit gezielt identifizierbar, anwälbar und/oder ansteuerbar ist, wobei sämtliche Heizzellen oder alle bis auf eine Heizzelle gleichzeitig oder nahezu gleichzeitig mit jeweils einem individuellen, unterscheidbaren Aufheizmuster aufgeheizt werden, wobei das Aufheizverhalten jeder Heizzelle über mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung erfasst und/oder gespeichert wird, wobei das für jede Heizzelle vorgegebene Aufheizmuster abgeglichen wird mit dem über die Temperaturmessvorrichtungen erfassten Aufheizverhalten und wobei Heizzellen und Temperaturmessvorrichtungen, die in dem zugrundeliegenden Aufheizmuster und dem tatsächlichen Aufheizverhalten korrespondieren, einander zugeordnet werden, und wobei diese Zuordnung gegebenenfalls gespeichert wird und/oder über die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit abrufbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Kalibrierung, insbesondere der Steuer- und Regeleinheit, von Gargeräten, insbesondere gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, umfassend eine Vielzahl an Heizzellen, insbesondere Heizplatten, und eine Steuer- und Regeleinheit, wobei jede Heizzelle mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Thermoelement, aufweist und wobei jede Temperaturmessvorrichtung über die Steuer- und Regeleinheit identifizierbar und anwählbar ist, umfassend die Schrittea) des Auswählens einer ersten Temperaturmessvorrichtung,b) des sukzessiven Aufheizens der Heizzellen des Gargeräts, insbesondere nach einem ersten Aufheizschema,c) des Registrierens eines Temperaturanstiegs über die erste Temperaturmessvorrichtung,d) der Zuordnung der ersten Temperaturmessvorrichtung zu der Heizzelle, für die ein Temperaturanstieg, insbesondere korrespondierend zu dem ersten Aufheizschema, registriert wird und gegebenenfalls Abspeichern dieser Zuordnung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schritte a) bis d), insbesondere bis sämtliche Heizzellen mindestens einer Temperaturmessvorrichtung zugeordnet sind, wiederholt werden, wobei anstelle einer bereits zugeordneten ersten Temperaturmessvorrichtung eine noch nicht zugeordnete zweite Temperaturmessvorrichtung ausgewählt wird und wobei die bereits zugeordnete(n) Heizzelle(n) nicht mehr aufgeheizt wird bzw. werden. - Verfahren zur Kalibrierung, insbesondere der Steuer- und Regeleinheit, eines Gargeräts, insbesondere gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, umfassend eine Vielzahl an Heizzellen und eine Steuer- und Regeleinheit, wobei jede Heizzelle mindestens eine Temperaturmessvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Thermoelement, aufweist und wobei jede Temperaturmessvorrichtung über eine Steuer- und Regeleinheit identifizierbar und/oder anwählbar ist, wobei sämtliche Heizzellen oder alle bis auf eine Heizzelle gleichzeitig oder nahezu gleichzeitig nach einem individuellen, unterscheidbaren Aufheizmuster aufgeheizt werden, wobei das Aufheizverhalten der Heizzellen über die diesen zugeordneten Temperaturmessvorrichtungen registriert und/oder gespeichert wird, wobei das über die Temperaturmessvorrichtungen detektierte Aufheizverhalten mit den für jede Heizzelle hinterlegten Aufheizmustern abgeglichen wird, wobei Temperaturmessvorrichtungen und Heizzellen, deren Aufheizmuster und Aufheizverhalten korrespondieren, einander zugeordnet werden und wobei diese Zuordnung gegebenenfalls abgespeichert wird, und/oder über die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit abrufbar ist.
