Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Kommissionieren von Waren, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:eine Zufuhrvorrichtung führt zu kommissionierende Waren in einer vorgegebenen Anzahl Kommissionierzielbehältnissen zu,es erfolgt eine Überprüfung der Anzahl der zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten Waren,bei einer Abweichung von der Anzahl zu kommissionierenden Ware wird die Zufuhr zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis fortgeführt,in einem späteren Verfahrensschritt wird das Kommissionierzielbehältnis mit den darin befindlichen zu kommissionierenden Waren aus dem für die Kommissionierzielbehältnisse vorgesehenen Transportweg ausgeschleust,und dass zusätzlich zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis, für das eine Abweichung der Anzahl der zuzuführenden zu kommissionierenden Waren von einer Sollanzahl festgestellt wurde, ein dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis in dem Verfahrensablauf vorangegangenes Kommissionierzielbehältnis und/oder ein dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis in dem Verfahrensablauf nachfolgendes Kommissionierzielbehältnis ausgeschleust wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überprüfung der Anzahl der dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten zu kommissionierenden Waren durch eine optische Überprüfung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die optische Überprüfung ein Einstrahlen wenigstens eines Lichtstrahls in Form einer Lichtschranke umfasst, und dass eine Unterbrechung oder eine Schwächung des Lichtstrahls zur Bestimmung der Anzahl der dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten zu kommissionierenden Waren dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Überprüfung der Anzahl der in das Kommissionierzielbehältnis gelangenden zu kommissionierenden Waren Doppeleinzüge erfasst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der zu kommissionierenden Waren Briefmarken sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Kommissionierzielbehältnisse Briefumschläge sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überprüfung der Anzahl der zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten Waren während der Zufuhr der zu kommissionierenden Waren zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis, für das eine Abweichung der Anzahl der zuzuführenden zu kommissionierenden Waren von einer Sollanzahl festgestellt wurde, ein dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis in dem Verfahrensablauf nachfolgendes Kommissionierzielbehältnis ausgeschleust wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überprüfung der Anzahl der zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten Waren während der Zufuhr der zu kommissionierenden Waren zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Kommissionieren von Waren, mit Mitteln für eine Zufuhr der zu kommissionierenden Waren in Kommissionierzielbehältnisse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Zufuhr für zu kommissionierende Waren enthält, und dass im Bereich der Zufuhr wenigstens ein Mittel zur Überprüfung einer Anzahl von zu dem Kommissionierzielbehältnis zugeführten Waren enthält, und dass ein Mittel zur Auswahl von einem oder mehreren auszuschleusenden Kommissionierzielbehältnissen vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Greiferarme für die zuzuführenden Waren enthält, und dass die Greiferarme mit Mitteln zur Bestimmung einer Anzahl der zu kommissionierenden Waren ausgestattet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel eine Einrichtung zur Dickenmessung der Waren enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Zuführweges der zu kommissionierenden Waren wenigstens eine Lichtschranke angeordnet ist.
