Claims (8)
- Buse d'extraction du fil pour un métier à filer à fibres libérées, comprenant une structure disposée de façon coaxiale dans le cône d'entrée et des encoches espacées les unes des autres qui, par rapport au sens de circulation d'un fil, sont positionnées en aval de la structure coaxiale, caractérisée en ce que la structure (30) disposée de façon coaxiale est formée par des bourrelets ou des rainures circulaires (32) de diamètre différent.
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bourrelets ou rainures (32) sont disposés de façon concentrique.
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bourrelets ou rainures (32) dans le cône d'entrée (38) de la buse d'extraction du fil (13) sont disposés en étant espacés axialement les uns des autres.
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'on compte 2 à 6 bourrelets ou rainures (32).
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone de sortie du cône d'entrée (38) de la buse d'extraction du fil (13) sont prévues 3 à 8 encoches (34).
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface de la buse d'extraction du fil (13) est polie au moins dans la zone du cône d'entrée (38).
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse d'extraction du fil (13) est fabriquée à partir de céramique fine qui se caractérise par une finesse particulière de ses grains et par une haute densité.
- Buse d'extraction du fil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse d'extraction du fil (13) est fabriquée par moulage par injection ou par moulage sous pression.
