Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Standhaushaltsgerät, insbesondere Gargerät, mit einem auf Stützen (11) höhenverstellbar gelagerten Gerätegrundkörper (1) und einem den Gerätegrundkörper (1) umschliessenden Gerätegehäuse (4), wobei das Gerätegehäuse (4) zumindest zwei Seitenwände (5) aufweist. Ein Standhaushaltsgerät, dessen Gerätegehäuse (4) einfach und schnell an unterschiedliche Verstellhöhen der Stützen (11) anpassbar ist, ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerätegehäuse (4) am stützenseitigen Ende zumindest teilweise verlängerbar ausgebildet ist.

Description

Standhaushaltsgerät
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Standhaushaltsgerät, insbesondere Gargerät, mit einem auf Stützen höhenverstellbar gelagerten Gerätegrundkörper und einem den Gerätegrundkörper umschließenden Gerätegehäuse, wobei das Gerätegehäuse zumindest aus zwei Sei- tenwänden und einer Frontseite besteht.
Standhaushaltsgeräte weisen in der Regel als Standardmaß eine Gerätehöhe von 85 cm auf. Um ein Standhaushaltsgerät auch für großgewachsene Personen bequem bedienbar auszugestalten und/oder das Standhaushaltsgerät in der Höhe an angrenzende Oberflä- chen anzupassen, ist es aus der Praxis bekannt, den Gerätegrundkörper höhenverstellbar auszugestalten, so dass die Gerätehöhe beispielsweise auf 90 cm einstellen zu können.
Aus der EP 0 726 043 A1 ist es hierzu beispielsweise bekannt, das Standhaushaltsgerät auf einem den gewünschten Höhengewinn bewirkenden Sockel anzuordnen. Diese Aus- gestaltung ermöglicht zwar eine konstruktiv einfache Höhenverstellung bei gleichzeitig stabiler Aufstandsfläche für das erhöhte Gerät, jedoch ist eine stufenlose Verstellung nicht möglich und es bedarf immer eines Sockels als gesondertes Zubehörteil, um die Gerätehöhe zu erhöhen.
Neben dieser Möglichkeit, die Gerätehöhe über einen Sockel zu variieren, ist es aus der Praxis bekannt, den Gerätegrundkörper auf höhenverstellbaren Stützen zu lagern, die in der Regel an den vier Ecken des Standhaushaltsgeräts angeordnet sind. Diese Art der Höhenverstellung hat den Vorteil, dass die Gerätehöhe stufenlos zwischen zwei Endpositionen verstellbar ist. Die Höhenverstellung hat aber zur Folge, dass aufgrund der Höhen- Verstellung der Stützen das Gerätegehäuse nicht mehr bis auf den Boden reicht, da die ausgefahrenen Stützen einen Abstand zwischen dem Boden und Unterkante des Gerätegehäuses erzeugen, wodurch der optische Gesamteindruck des Standhaushaltsgeräts nachteilig beeinträchtigt werden kann.
Um dieses Problem zu beseitigen, ist es aus der EP 0 034 135 B1 bekannt, den so entstandenen Spalt mittels einer separaten Verblendung zu verdecken, die nachträglich an den ausgefahrenen Stützen festlegbar ist. Neben dem Umstand, dass durch die Verwen- düng eines zusätzlichen separaten Bauteils der Montageaufwand vergrößert wird, müssen für unterschiedliche Verstellhöhen der Stützen jeweils unterschiedlich hoch ausgebildete Verblendungen bereitgehalten werden.
Davon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Standhaushaltsgerät der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass das Gerätegehäuse einfach und formschön an unterschiedliche Einstellhöhen anpassbar ist.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerätegehäuse am stützenseitigen Ende zumindest teilweise verlängerbar ausgebil- det ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung mit einem zumindest teilweise verlängerbaren stützenseitigen Ende des Gerätegehäuses ermöglicht erstmalig die Herstellung eines quasi mitwachsenden Gerätegehäuses ohne die Verwendung zusätzlicher separater Bauteile.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Gerätegehäuse nur im Bereich der Seitenwände verlängerbar ausgebildet ist, wohingegen die Frontseite mit einem vorgegebenen Abstand zum Boden ausgebildet ist.
Bei einer praktischen Ausführungsform kann die erfindungsgemäße Verlängerung des Gerätegehäuses dadurch bewirkt werden, dass das Gerätegehäuse im Bereich des verlängerbaren unteren Endes doppelwandig so ausgebildet ist, dass ein Wandteil starr angeordnet ist und der andere Wandteil relativ zu dem starren Wandteil hoch und runter verlagerbar ist. Um bei dieser doppelwandigen Ausgestaltung des Gerätegehäuses einer- seits einen nahezu übergangslosen optischen Gesamteindruck zu erwecken und andererseits das Eindringen von Schmutz und/oder Feuchtigkeit in den Zwischenraum zwischen dem starren und dem verlagerbaren Wandteil zu verhindern, ist der verlängerbare Wandteil auf der Innenseite des starren Wandteils angeordnet, so dass das Gerätegehäuse im Bereich der Verlängerung einen Rücksprung aufweist.
Gemäß einer ersten konstruktiven Ausgestaltungsform wird vorgeschlagen, dass der verlängerbare Wandteil fest mit dem höhenverstellbaren Teil zumindest einer Stütze verbun- den ist, so dass gleichzeitig mit dem Ausfahren der Stützen automatisch eine entsprechende Verlängerung des Gerätegehäuses einhergeht.
Bei einer zweiten Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung kann der verlängerbare Wandteil unabhängig von der Höhenverstellung der Stützen bewegbar sein, wodurch insbesondere die Zugänglichkeit der Stützen bei der Höhenverstellung der Stützen erleichtert wird.
Schließlich wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass die beiden Seitenwände des Gerätegehäuses in Richtung auf den Boden zu länger ausgebildet sind, als die Frontseite des Gerätegehäuses und die Seitenwände zumindest im die Frontseite in der Länge über- ragenden Bereich jeweils als geschlossene Rechteckhohlprofile derart ausgebildet sind, dass die höhenverstellbaren Stützen, innerhalb dieser Rechteckhohlprofile angeordnet sind. Gerade bei der Ausbildung dieser sogenannten Stollenseitenwände ist es zur Erhaltung des optischen Gesamteindrucks des Standhaushaltsgeräts vorteilhaft, wenn die geschlossenen Seitenwände auch bei ausgefahrenen Stützen bis zum Boden oder zumin- dest annähernd bis zum Boden reichen.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der zugehörigen Zeichnung, in der zwei Ausführungsbeispiele eines erfindungsgemäßen Standhaushaltsgeräts nur beispielhaft schematisch dargestellt sind. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

Figur 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht schematisch den Aufbau eines als Gargerät ausgebildeten Standhaushaltsgeräts mit einem Gerätegrundkörper 1 , dessen Oberseite von einer Kochfeldplatte 2 abgeschlossen ist, in die vier Heizeinrichtungen 3 integriert sind. Der Gerätegrundkörper 1 ist von einem Gerätegehäuse 4 umschlossen, das aus zwei Seitenwänden 5 sowie einer Frontseite 6 besteht. Weiterhin weist das Gargerät einen in dem Gerätegrundkörper 1 angeordneten Garraum 7 auf, der über eine mit einem Sichtfenster 8a versehene, in der Frontseite 6 des Gerätegehäuses 4 angeordnete Tür 8 verschließbar ist. Zum Aktivieren der einzelnen Heizeinrichtungen sowie des Garraums 7 dient ein Bedien- und Anzeigefeld 9 mit einzelnen, den Heizeinrichtungen 3 und dem Garraum 7 zugeordneten Bedienelementen 10.
Wie in Fig. 1 angedeutet und aus Fig. 2 detailliert ersichtlich, ist der Gerätegrundkörper 1 auf Stützen 11 gelagert, die jeweils aus einem starren bzw. drehfesten Teil 11a und einem zur Höhenverstellung des Gerätegrundkörpers 1 dienenden verstellbaren Teil 11b bestehen, um das Standhaushaltsgerät auch für großgewachsene Personen bequem bedienbar auszugestalten und/oder das Standhaushaltsgerät in der Höhe an angrenzende Oberflächen anpassen zu können. In der Regel sind diese höhenverstellbaren Stützen 11 so ausgebildet, dass der verstellbare Teil 11 b aus dem starren Teil 11a herausschraubbar bzw. in diesen heineinschraubbar ist.
Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform eines Standhaushaltsgeräts gemäß Fig.1 sind die Seitenwände 5 des Gerätegehäuses 4 als sogenannte Stollenseitenwände ausgebildet. Bei dieser Ausgestaltungsform sind die beiden Seitenwände 5 des Gerätegehäuses 4 in Richtung auf den Boden 12 zu länger ausgebildet sind, als die Frontseite 6 des Gerätegehäuses 4. Die Seitenwände 5 sind bei der Ausbildung als Stollenseitenwand zumindest im die Frontseite 6 in der Länge überragenden Bereich 5b jeweils als geschlossene Rechteckhohlprofile derart ausgebildet sind, dass die höhenverstellbaren Stützen 11 innerhalb dieser Rechteckhohlprofile angeordnet sind. Durch diese Ausformung als geschlossene Rechteckprofile geben die Seitenwände 6 dem gesamten Gerät einen stabilen und gleichzeitig nicht zu wuchtigen optischen Gesamteindruck.
Um zu verhindern, dass nach der Höhenverstellung des Gerätegrundkörpers 1 ein den optischen Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigender Spalt zwischen der Unterkante des Gerätegehäuses 4 und dem Boden 12 verbleibt, ist das Gerätegehäuse 4 am stützenseitigen Ende zumindest teilweise verlängerbar ausgebildet. Bei den in den Abbildungen Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsformen ist das Gerätegehäuse 4 nur im Bereich der Seitenwände 5 verlängerbar ausgebildet. Wie detailliert aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, sind die Seitenwände 5 im unteren Bereich doppel- wandig so ausgebildet ist, dass ein Wandteil 5a starr bzw. gehäusefest angeordnet ist und der andere Wandteil 5b relativ zu dem starren Wandteil 5a hoch und runter verlagerbar ist. Damit kein Spalt zwischen den beiden Wandteilen 5a, 5b entsteht, in den Schmutz und/oder Feuchtigkeit eindringen können, ist der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b auf der Innenseite des starren Wandteils 5a gelagert, so dass sich im Bereich des verlängerbaren Wandteils 5b ein Rücksprung im Gerätegehäuse 4 ergibt, der nur auf der Detaildarstellung gemäß Fig. 2 erkennbar ist.
Die in den Abbildungen Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsformen unterscheiden sich dadurch voneinander, dass bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Standhaushaltsgerät der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b vollständig oder nahezu vollständig bis auf den Boden 12 reicht, während bei der Ausgestaltungsform gemäß Fig. 2 ein Restspalt 13 zwischen der Unterkante des verlängerbaren Wandteils 5b und dem Boden 12 ausgebildet ist.
Diese unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich aus der Lagerung des verlängerbaren Wandteils 5b am Gerätegehäuse 4. Bei der Ausgestaltungsform gemäß Fig. 2 ist der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b fest mit dem verstellbaren Teil 11 b der Stütze 11 verbunden. Um zur Höhenverstellung die Stütze 11 beispielsweise mittels eines Werkzeugs verstellen zu können, muß bei dieser Ausgestaltungsform ein Restspalt 13 zwischen der Unterkante des verlängerbaren Wandteils 5b und dem Boden 12 ausgebildet sein. Vorteilhaft bei dieser Ausführungsform ist jedoch, dass das Gerätegehäuse 4 bei jeder Verstellung der Stütze 11 automatisch an die neue Gerätehöhe angepasst wird.
Bei der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsform der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b unabhän- gig von der Höhenverstellung der Stützen 11 bewegbar. In diesem Fall ist der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b verschiebbar auf der Innenseite des starren Wandteils 5a gelagert. Zum Verstellen der Stützen 11 wird der verlängerbare Wandteil 5b hochgeschoben, bis er die Stützen 11 soweit freigibt, dass diese in der Höhe verstellt werden können. Nach der Verstellung der Stützen kann der verlängerbare Teil 5b der Seitenwand 5 dann wieder bis auf den Boden 12 herabgleiten, um die kompakte Form der Stollenseitenwand wieder herzustellen. Im Gegensatz zu den in den Abbildungen Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsformen, bei denen das Gerätegehäuse 4 nur im Bereich der Seitenwände 5 verlängerbar ist, ist es selbstverständlich möglich, zusätzlich oder ausschließlich die Frontseite 6 verlängerbar auszugestalten.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Standhaushaltsgerät, insbesondere Gargerät, mit einem auf Stützen (11) höhenverstellbar gelagerten Gerätegrundkörper (1) und einem den Gerätegrundkörper (1) umschließenden Gerätegehäuse (4), wobei das Gerätegehäuse (4) zumindest zwei Seitenwände (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerätegehäuse (4) am stützenseitigen Ende zumindest teilweise verlängerbar ausgebildet ist.
2. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerätegehäuse (4) nur im Bereich der Seitenwände (5) verlängerbar ausgebildet ist.
3. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass das Gerätegehäuse (4) im Bereich des verlängerbaren unteren Endes doppelwandig so ausgebildet ist, dass ein gehäusefester Wandteil (5a) vorgesehen ist und der andere Wandteil (5b) relativ zu dem gehäusefesten Wandteil (5a) vertikal verschiebbar ist.
4. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verschiebbare Wandteil (5b) auf der Innenseite des gehäusefesten Wandteils (5a) geführt ist.
5. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekenn- zeich net, dass der verschiebbare Wandteil (5b) fest mit dem höhenverstellbaren Teil (11b) zumindest einer Stütze (11) verbunden ist.
6. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verschiebbare Wandteil (5b) unabhängig von der Höhen- Verstellung der Stütze (11) bewegbar ist.
7. Standhaushaltsgerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dad u rch g e ke n nze i c h n et , dass die beiden Seitenwände (5) des Gerätegehäuses (4) in Richtung auf den Boden (12) zu länger ausgebildet sind als eine Frontseite (6) des Gerätegehäuses (4).

9. Standhaushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen (11) innerhalb der verschiebbaren Wandteile (5b) angeordnet sind und das Gerätegehäuse (4) tragen.
