During heating to 98°C within 30 minutes a mixture of methylethylketone and water is distilled off; the pH is maintained at a value between 8.5 and 9 by addition of an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. After no further addition of aqueous sodium hydroxide solution is necessary in order to maintain the pH at a constant value the reaction mixture is cooled to 50°C. The pH is adjusted to a value of 5.5 and a yellowish crystalline precipitate can be filtered off. After drying 29g of a yellowish product are obtained.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur une composition détergente comprenant au moins un composé de formule (1) dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou C1-C8alkyle non substitué ou substitué, X1, X2, X3 et X4 représentent, indépendamment les uns des autres, -N(R3)R4 or -OR5, où R3 et R4 représentent hydrogène; cyano; C1-C8alkyle qui est non substitué ou substitué par hydroxy, carboxy, cyano, -CONH2 ou phényle et où le groupe C1-C8alkyle est ininterrompu ou interrompu par -O-; C5-C7cycloalkyle substitué par Cl-C4alkyle ou non substitué; ou R3 et R4, avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés, forment un morpholino substitué par C1-C4alkyle ou non substitué, un noyau pipéridine ou pyrrolidine; R5 représente C1-C8alkyle qui est non substitué ou substitué par hydroxy et M représente hydrogène ou un cation, et le détergent contient un peroxyde, un activateur de peroxyde et/ou un catalyseur de blanchiment.

Claims (17)

  1. Composition détergente comprenant
    au moins un composé de formule

    dans laquelle
    R1 et R2 sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène ou un alkyle C1-C8 non substitué ou substitué,
    X2 et X4 sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, -N(R3)R4, où R3 et R4 sont un atome d'hydrogène ; un cyano ; un alkyle C1-C8 qui est non substitué ou substitué par un hydroxy, un carboxy, un cyano, -CONH2 ou un phényle et où le groupe alkyle C1-C8 est ininterrompu ou interrompu par -O- ; un cycloalkyle C5-C7 non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4 ;
    ou R3 et R4, conjointement avec l'atome d'azote qui les lie, forment un cycle morpholino, pipéridine ou pyrrolidine non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4 ;
    R5 est un alkyle C1-C8 qui est non substitué ou substitué par un hydroxy, et
    M est un atome d'hydrogène, un métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux ou l'ammonium, de préférence, le sodium
    et dans laquelle le détergent contient un peroxyde, un activateur de peroxyde et/ou un catalyseur de blanchiment.
  2. Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle R3 et R4, conjointement avec l'atome d'azote qui les lie, forment un cycle morpholino, pipéridine ou pyrrolidine non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4, de préférence un cycle morpholino.
  3. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, comprenant
    i) 1-70 % d'un tensioactif anionique et/ou d'un tensioactif non ionique ;
    ii) 0-75 % d'un adjuvant ;
    iii) 0,5-30 % d'un peroxyde ;
    iv) 0,5-10 % d'un activateur de peroxyde et/ou 0,1-2 % d'un catalyseur de blanchiment ;
    v) 0,001-5 % d'un composé de formule (1) ; et
    vi) 0-5 % d'au moins une enzyme choisie dans le groupe composé de la cellulase, la protéase, l'amylase et la lipase.
  4. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant
    i) 5-70 % d'un tensioactif anionique et/ou d'un tensioactif non ionique ;
    ïi) 5-70 % d'un adjuvant ;
    iii) 0,5-30 % d'un peroxyde ;
    iv) 0,5-10 % d'un activateur de peroxyde et/ou 0,1-2 % d'un catalyseur de blanchiment ;
    v) 0,01-5 % d'un composé de formule (1) ; et
    vi) 0,05-5 % d'au moins une enzyme choisie dans le groupe composé de la cellulase, la protéase, l'amylase et la lipase.
  5. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins une enzyme choisie dans le groupe composé de la cellulase, la protéase, l'amylase et la lipase.
  6. Composition selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'enzyme est une enzyme protéasique.
  7. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la composition comprend un peroxyde.
  8. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la composition comprend un peroxyde et un activateur de peroxyde.
  9. Composition selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'activateur de peroxyde est une TAED.
  10. Procédé pour le traitement de lavage à domicile d'une matière de type fibre textile, dans lequel la matière de fibre textile est mise en contact avec une solution aqueuse d'un détergent comprenant un composant de formule

    dans laquelle
    R1 et R2 sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène ou un alkyle C1-C8 non substitué ou substitué,
    X2 et X4 sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, -N(R3)R4, où R3 et R4 sont un atome d'hydrogène ; un cyano ; un alkyle C1-C8 qui est non substitué ou substitué par un hydroxy, un carboxy, un cyano, -CONH2 ou un phényle et où le groupe alkyle C1-C8 est ininterrompu ou interrompu par -O- ; un cycloalkyle C5-C7 non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4 ;
    ou R3 et R4, conjointement avec l'atome d'azote qui les lie, forment un cycle morpholino, pipéridine ou pyrrolidine non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4 ;
    R5 est un alkyle C1-C8 qui est non substitué ou substitué par un hydroxy, et
    M est un atome d'hydrogène, un métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux ou l'ammonium, de préférence, le sodium
    et dans lequel le détergent contient un peroxyde, un activateur de peroxyde et/ou un catalyseur de blanchiment,
    et dans lequel la température de la solution est comprise entre 5 et 40°C, de préférence, entre 5 et 30°C, pendant tout le processus.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel R3 et R4, conjointement avec l'atome d'azote qui les lie, forment un cycle morpholino, pipéridine ou pyrrolidine non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle C1-C4, de préférence un cycle morpholino.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, dans lequel les matières à base de fibres textiles sont traitées avec 0,05 à 3,0 % en poids, sur la base du poids de la matière à base de fibres textiles, du composé de formule (1).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel le détergent comprend au moins une enzyme choisie dans le groupe composé de la cellulase, la protéase, l'amylase et la lipase.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'enzyme est une enzyme protéasique.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, dans lequel le détergent comprend un peroxyde.
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15, dans lequel le détergent comprend un peroxyde et un activateur de peroxyde.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, dans lequel l'activateur de peroxyde est une TAED.
