Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary cabin.
  • So sanitary facilities may be, for example, toilets or urinals that require flushing fluid or hand basins that require water to clean the hands.
  • Sanitary cabins can also be so-called connection-free sanitary cabins, ie sanitary cabins that are not connected to an external line for supplying water.
  • Such sanitary cabins are needed, for example, in ships, aircraft, railways, motorhomes or other mobile devices.
  • the invention also relates to sanitary cabins in the form of so-called mobile connection-free toilet cubicles.
  • toilet cubicles which are primarily known under the "DIXI” brand of ADCO Process University & Co. KG, Ratingen, are required, for example, on construction sites or outdoor events.
  • These toilets are mobile (portable) "toilets”. They have as sanitary facilities usually a toilet, a hand basin and a urinal.
  • the recirculation rinse is disadvantageous, especially from a hygienic point of view.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a, in particular connection-free, sanitary cabin by which the sanitary facilities of the sanitary cabin liquid can be reliably supplied and the hygienic flushing of sanitary facilities, in particular a toilet or urinal allows.
  • the liquid is thus supplied to the sanitary facilities of the sanitary cubicle according to the invention in that the door is pivoted.
  • Such a pivotal movement of the door is in particular caused by the fact that the user of the sanitary cabin opens the door and closes again.
  • This actuation of the pump by the movement of the door is not perceived by the user of the sanitary cubicle as "annoying" because he has to open and close the door when entering and leaving the sanitary cubicle "anyway".
  • the pump may be on the input side (suction side), for example via one or more hose or piping or combinations thereof, in communication with a liquid tank.
  • suction side On the output side (pressure side), the pump, in turn, for example, via one or more hose or pipes or combinations thereof, be connected to one or more sanitary facilities.
  • pressure side By operating the pump liquid present in the liquid tank can then be supplied to the connected to the pump sanitary facilities.
  • any type of pump can be used.
  • a piston pump for example a reciprocating pump, or a diaphragm pump may be used.
  • a pump with a double stroke for example, a diaphragm pump with a double stroke
  • the pump once delivers fluid when the pump handle (lever) is moved in one direction and once again when it is moved back.
  • the pump handle for example, be held by a spring or other clamping element in a rest position in a defined position.
  • the pump handle is closed with the door of the sanitary cabin in its rest position.
  • the transmission means transmits this pivotal movement to the pump handle, thereby moving the pump handle and thereby pumping (pumping) fluid from the fluid tank into the sanitary equipment connected to the pump a first time. If the door then swings back to the closed position, the pump handle is turned again by means of the Transmission (or optionally by the clamping element of the pump swing) moves and the pump pumps a second time liquid from the liquid tank in the connected to the pump sanitary facilities.
  • the transmission means transmits the pivoting movement when opening the door against the force of the clamping element on the pump handle, whereby, as previously stated, the first pumping operation is initiated.
  • the first pumping operation is initiated.
  • the second pumping operation is initiated.
  • the door When leaving the sanitary cabin, the door is pivoted to match, which according to the previously made statements, the pump liquid leads to the sanitary facilities.
  • sanitary facilities such as toilet and urinal are flushed.
  • pumps can be used, which pump when opening and closing the door - ie when swinging the door - only once, for example, those pumps in which the pump handle causes a pumping action of the pump in a reciprocating motion.
  • the liquid tank is disposed in the wall of the sanitary cabin.
  • the wall of the sanitary cabin for example, be double-walled, wherein the free space represents the liquid tank.
  • one or more of the four corner-side "pillars" of the toilet cubicle may be formed as a liquid storage.
  • the liquid from the liquid tank via the pump in the sanitary facilities is performed.
  • a toilet or a urinal of the sanitary cabin can be rinsed.
  • the opening into the sanitary equipment end pieces of the hose or pipes are arranged so that the liquid is guided "tangentially" in the sanitary device.
  • a circulating liquid flow can be generated in the sanitary device through which the relevant sanitary device can be advantageously cleaned.
  • a perforated line running around the upper edge of the sanitary device can be provided, into which the hose or pipe lines of the pump open. From the holes of the circulating line, the liquid can be injected "vertically" onto the surface of the sanitary device.
  • a liquid is basically any liquid into consideration, by a sanitary device can be cleaned, such as water. As far as the liquid is to be supplied to a hand basin, the liquid should be at the same time skin-friendly.
  • the liquid may consist, for example, of water and another component which reduces the surface tension of the water, for example a surfactant solution.
  • a corresponding liquid has the advantage that the lubricity of the sanitary device flushed with it is increased and thus there is only little adhesion of constituents (for example of faeces or toilet paper) in the toilet.
  • the flushing already on entering the sanitary cabin - triggered by the pivoting of the door when entering the cabin - be advantageous, since the sanitary facilities are wetted before using it with a liquid film and adhesions to the toilet when using it can be greatly reduced ,
  • the surfactant solution may for example consist of 98-99 weight percent water and 1-2 weight percent of a surfactant concentrate, which surfactant concentrate may contain, for example, 3-7 weight percent nonionic surfactants and further at least one of the following components: inorganic acids, organic acids , Solubilizer, perfume oil.
  • the bowl of the toilet consists of a plastic part, for example polyethylene.
  • the plastic part may for example be designed substantially funnel-shaped.
  • the plastic part may have an acrylic coating, which has a high lubricity, especially in the case of previous surfactant wetting. Ingredients in the hopper slide through the funnel outlet into the fecal tank below.
  • Funnel-shaped fecal tanks are known from the prior art.
  • the disadvantage of these funnels is that they allow a clear view of the fecal tank. This is disadvantageous from an aesthetic point of view.
  • the outlet opening is not arranged in the middle (axially) as in funnels, but laterally in the wall of the funnel, but the outlet opening then at least partially over The deepest point of the funnel protrudes, so that no components can fix themselves here.
  • the fäkaltank facing surface of the funnel is colored black.
  • This black color reduces the brightness in the fecal tank, making the fecal tank harder to see for the user, which is advantageous from an aesthetic point of view. Cumulatively, it can be provided to color the inner wall of the Klakaltanks black.
  • the transmission means may be in an unclaimed embodiment, for example, an electronic component.
  • the electronic component may for example consist of a transmitting and a receiving unit, wherein upon pivotal movement of the door, the transmitting unit sends a signal to the receiving unit and the receiving unit forwards the signal to a device for actuating the pump.
  • a transmitting and receiving unit may for example consist of a so-called light barrier.
  • a Bowden cable it is known to be a hose with a guide wire arranged therein. By supporting the tube at both ends, a force can be transmitted by the movement of the wire.
  • the hose of the Bowden cable can be arranged at its door-side end on a first stationary holding element and its pump-side end on a second stationary holding element.
  • “Stationary” means that the holding elements are arranged stationary relative to the sanitary cabin.
  • the wire of the Bowden cable can now be coupled at its door-side end to the door and at its pump-side end to a device for actuating the pump.
  • the wire of the Bowden cable is coupled to the door in such a way that, in the event of a pivoting movement of the door, through which the door is opened, the wire is pulled out of the hose on the door side.
  • a door with a hinge rod through which the door is pivotally mounted in hinges, such that the door-side end is coupled to the hinge rod such that the wire is pivoted about the hinge rod upon pivotal movement of the door through which the door is opened is wound.
  • the hinge rod may have a receptacle into which the door-side end of the wire is inserted with a thickening.
  • the hinge rod may have a radially circumferential groove in the region of the receptacle.
  • the pump-side end of the transmission means may be directly coupled to a device for actuating the pump, for example to a pump handle (lever for actuating the pump).
  • a pump handle lever for actuating the pump
  • the pump-side end of the transmission means is coupled via one or more intermediate elements to a device for actuating the pump. These intermediate elements may for example be levers or other elements, can be transmitted by the force.
  • the pump-side end of the wire of the Bowden cable is coupled via an intermediate element to the device for actuating the pump.
  • This intermediate element can for example be movably arranged on the second holding element, that is to say the holding element for holding the pump-side end of the hose of the Bowden cable.
  • the first and the second holding element can basically have any shape.
  • the second holding element may for example have the shape of a hollow body, for example a tubular hollow body.
  • the pump-side end of the hose of the Bowden cable can be arranged, for example, in the interior of the hollow body and the pump-side end of the wire of the Bowden cable protrude from the hollow body.
  • the protruding from the hollow body end of the wire can be coupled to the means for actuating the pump or to the intermediate element.
  • the intermediate element may for example be designed so that it is movably arranged on the holding element.
  • the intermediate element can be arranged, for example, along the axis of the hollow body on the hollow body.
  • the Intermediate element may have, for example, an inner, cylindrical passage, with which it surrounds the cylindrical peripheral surface of the holding element. The intermediate element can now be moved along the axis of the holding element on the holding element.
  • the pump-side end of the wire of the Bowden cable can be arbitrarily coupled to the device for actuating the pump or to the intermediate element.
  • the end of the wire may have a thickening, which rests in a receptacle of the device for actuating the pump or in a receptacle of the intermediate element.
  • the end of the wire may for example also be connected to a thread which is screwed into the device for actuating the pump or in the intermediate element.
  • the intermediate element can be held in a defined position by a spring, for example a compression spring.
  • the spring may for example be a cylindrical helical compression spring, which may be arranged in the case of a holding element in the form of a cylindrical hollow body coaxial with its axis and to the axis of the passage of the intermediate element.
  • the intermediate element is, for example, in turn coupled via one or more intermediate elements, to the device for actuating the pump in such a way that the pump can be actuated via the intermediate element.
  • the intermediate element may be in communication with the pump handle of the pump (lever).
  • the intermediate element is arranged in the sanitary cubicle such that the intermediate element can be manipulated by the user of the sanitary cubicle.
  • This allows the intermediate element also directly through the user (and then regardless of a pivotal movement of the door) are moved. Due to the immediate movement of the intermediate element, the user can thus actuate the pump independently of a pivotal movement of the door.
  • the intermediate element can be provided, for example, with an effetst Congressel or with a hand lever, through which the intermediate element is movable and thus the pump can be actuated.
  • the floor of the sanitary cabin of Fig. 1 is double-walled with an upper base plate 1 and a lower base plate 2, on which a metal plate 3 rests.
  • a holding element 4 which is formed substantially as a tubular hollow body. Coaxial with Retaining element 4, a bolt 5 is guided through the lower bottom plate 2 and the metal plate 3 into the inner cavity of the holding element 4. On the side facing away from the support member 4 of the metal plate 3, the bolt 5 has a voltage applied to the metal plate 3 thickening. For fixing the holding element 4 with the bolt 5, a grooved pin is guided by the bolt 5 and the holding element 4 perpendicular to the axis of the holding element 4.
  • a Bowden cable 11 extends into the inner cavity of the holding element 4.
  • the pump-side end 11ep of the hose of the Bowdenzgues 11 is clamped by a radially encircling bead in the inner cavity of the holding element 4.
  • the pump-side end of the wire 15 of the Bowden cable 11 projects out of the holding element 4 and is fixedly connected to a thread 17, whose axis is coaxial with the axis of the holding element 4.
  • the thread 17 is inserted into the inner cylindrical passage of an intermediate element 19.
  • the inner, cylindrical passage of the intermediate element 19 extends coaxially to the axis of the holding element 4 and surrounds the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the holding element 4.
  • the intermediate element 19 can be moved up and down along the axis of the holding element 4 accordingly.
  • a cylindrical helical compression spring 21 is arranged, through which the intermediate element 19 in a - shown in FIG. 1 - rest position can be maintained.
  • the intermediate element 19 has in its lower region on an extended portion on the upwardly facing surface 19o an effetst Congressel 23 rests.
  • the satisfiedst Congressel 23 has a substantially cylindrical inner cavity, with which he over the Intermediate member 19 is slipped so that the inner cavity of the foot follower 23 is also coaxial with the axis of the support member 4.
  • the outer peripheral surface of the foot follower 23 is also substantially cylindrical with a taper in its upper end portion. The taper in the upper end portion is guided through an opening 25 in the upper base plate 1.
