Claims (11)
- Steckvorrichtung aufweisend ein Gehäuse mit einem darin angeordneten Kontaktträger mit einer Mehrzahl von Aufnahmen für mit den Leitern eines beweglichen Kabels verbundene Kontaktelemente, sowie eine Zugentlastungseinrichtung für das Kabel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kontaktträger (4) zur Bestimmung seiner axialen Relativlage im Gehäuse (1) mittels einer ersten Rasteinrichtung (7) mit einem ersten Widerlager (14) des Gehäuses (1) und mittels einer zweiten Rasteinrichtung (23) mit der Zugentlastungseinrichtung (18) verbindbar ist, und das Gehäuse (1) ein zweites Widerlager (25) für die Zugentlastungseinrichtung (18) aufweist. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die erste Rasteinrichtung (7) mehrere im wesentlichen am Umfang des Kontaktträgers (4) angeordnete Rastnasen (8) aufweist, die bei in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetztem Kontaktträger (4) an dessen Innenwand (12) angeordnete Anschläge (13) des ersten Widerlagers (14) hintergreifen. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastnasen (8) über im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse des Kontaktträgers (4) verlaufende Stege (9) mit diesem verbunden sind, die zum Hintergreifen der Anschläge (13) elastisch verformbar sind. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede der Rastnasen (8) eine im spitzen Winkel zur Längsachse des Kontaktträgers (4) verlaufende Gleitfläche (13) aufweist. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Aufnahmen für die Kontaktelemente (5) von am Kontaktträger (4) angeordneten oder an diesem ausgebildeten Hülsen (6) gebildet sind, die im Bereich ihrer stirnseitigen Enden jeweils eine parallel zur Längsachse des Kontaktträgers (4) verlaufende Ausnehmung (16) aufweisen, in die im stirnseitigen Bereich der Zugentlastungseinrichtung (18) angeordnete Vorsprünge (17) zur axialen Fixierung der Lage der Kontaktelemente (5) innerhalb der Hülsen (6) eingreifen. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an den Seitenflächen (29) der Vorsprünge (17) Rastnasen (22) der zweiten Rasteinrichtung (23) ausgebildet sind, die bei in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetztem Kontaktträger (4) in quer zu dessen Längsachse gerichtete Einschnitte (21) der Ausnehmungen (16) eingreifen. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zugentlastungseinrichtung (18) in ihrem dem Kontaktträger (4) zugewandten Bereich einen scheibenförmigen Ansatz (19) aufweist, an dessen einer Stirnseite die Vorsprünge (17) angeordnet sind und dessen andere Stirnseite an einer an der Innenwand (12) des Gehäuses (1) ausgebildeten Anschlagfläche (24) des zweiten Widerlagers (25) anliegt. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zugentlastungseinrichtung (18) an der den Vorsprüngen (17) gegenüberliegenden Seite des scheibenförmigen Ansatzes (19) mehrere elastisch verformbare Träger (26) aufweist, die an ihrem freien Ende jeweils einen Klemmbacken (27) für das Kabel (28) aufweisen. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Träger (26) im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die beiden Schenkelenden mit dem scheibenförmigen Ansatz (19) verbunden sind, und die Klemmbacken (27) im Bereich des Steges angeordnet sind. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Klemmbacken (27) an ihrer Außenseite eine wulstartige Verdickung (33) aufweisen und das Gehäuse (1) in seinem dem Kabeleinführungsende 2 benachbarten Bereich kegelstumpfartig ausgebildet ist und seine Innenwand (12) eine Gegenlage für die Klemmbacken (27) bildet. - Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verbindung zwischen den Kontaktelementen (5) und den Leitern der Kabel (28) eine Crimp-Verbindung ist.
