Claims (12)

  1. Serrure (10) pour une porte, une fenêtre ou tout élément similaire, comportant un palâtre (18), un fouillot (20), monté rotatif dans le palâtre (18), et une tringle de commande (38) montée mobile en translation dans le palâtre (18) et apte à se déplacer hors d'une position de travail dans une position de repos par l'intermédiaire d'un bras (24) du fouillot, apte à pivoter au moyen du fouillot (20), comportant un engrenage (40) pour le déplacement en translation de la tringle de commande (38), ledit engrenage (40) étant couplé à la tringle de commande (38) par l'intermédiaire d'un levier à fourche (34), caractérisée en ce que le levier à fourche (34) peut être découplé de l'engrenage (40) au moyen du bras (24) du fouillot.
  2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le levier à fourche (34) est monté pivotant sur la tringle de commande (38).
  3. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le levier à fourche (34) est relié au bras (24) du fouillot par l'intermédiaire d'un bras oscillant (26).
  4. Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le bras oscillant (26) est monté pivotant sur le bras (24) du fouillot.
  5. Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le bras oscillant (26) comporte, sur son extrémité opposée au palier pivotant, un trou oblong (30), dans lequel s'engage un boulon (32) saillant sur le levier à fourche (34).
  6. Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le boulon (32) traverse un trou oblong (56) dans la tringle de commande (38).
  7. Serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le trou oblong (56) est orienté sensiblement orthogonalement à la direction de déplacement en translation de la tringle de commande (38).
  8. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'engrenage (40) comporte deux tétons (46 et 48) en saillie axiale, par l'intermédiaire desquels le levier à fourche (34) est actionné, en particulier déplacé.
  9. Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les deux tétons (46 et 48) sont en saillie sur une roue de transmission (44) et sont diamétralement opposés l'un à l'autre.
  10. Serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la distance (58) entre les deux tétons (46 et 48) est choisie de telle sorte qu'elle correspond à la distance de déplacement du levier à fourche (34).
