Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'emballage pour le conditionnement en piles d'articles plats, comportant une machine de découpe (6) pour découper des articles plats dans une bande de film (7) et comportant un dispositif de portionnement (2) pour former des piles d'articles plats, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement comporte au moins une unité de réception (9) pour des piles de flans, apte à être associée alternativement à la machine de découpe (6) ou à un dispositif de manutention et transport (3), en ce que la machine de découpe (6) comporte au moins une ouverture pour matrice de découpage, en ce qu'une unité de réception du dispositif de portionnement (2) pour des articles plats découpés peut être positionnée en alignement avec l'ouverture pour matrice de découpage, en ce que l'acheminement des articles plats découpés depuis la matrice de découpage (8) jusque dans l'unité de réception (9) est effectué par le processus de découpe, en ce qu'une lame de séparation (16) pouvant être introduite entre la matrice de découpage et l'unité de réception est disponible pour séparer les piles contenant un nombre prédéfinissable d'articles plats, et en ce que le dispositif de manutention et de transport (3) est agencé entre les magasins de transport (5) mis à disposition et le dispositif de portionnement (2) en vue de transférer la pile de flans depuis le dispositif de positionnement (2) dans les magasins de transport (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement (2) comporte deux unités de réception des piles de flans (9), qui sont disposées en particulier face à face et qui peuvent être associées simultanément, d'une part, à la machine de découpe (6) et, d'autre part, au dispositif de manutention et de transport (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement (2) est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner et, moyennant une rotation, peut être associé avec ses unités de réception des piles de flans (9) au choix à la machine de découpe (6) ou au dispositif de manutention et de transport (3).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement (2) comporte respectivement plusieurs unités de réception (9), disposées les unes à côté des autres, de préférence en étant décalées latéralement, destinées à recevoir simultanément des flans sortant de la machine de découpe (6) et en ce qu'une unité de réception est associée à chaque ouverture pour matrice de découpage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement (2) est réalisé sous forme de carrousel (10) à quatre bras avec des unités de réception (9), montées les unes par rapport aux autres en étant décalées de 90° environ dans le sens de rotation et en ce que l'unité de distribution des flans de la machine de découpe (6) et le dispositif de manutention et de transport (3) situé en position de transfert sont agencés en étant décalés de 90° environ l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de portionnement (2) réalisé sous forme de carrousel (10) est relié à un dispositif de désaccouplement pour écarter le carrousel (10) de l'unité de distribution des flans de la machine de découpe avant une rotation supplémentaire.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de distribution des flans de la machine de découpe (6) est agencée sur une unité de réception (9), située en position horizontale, et l'unité de distribution des piles de flans du dispositif de portionnement (2) est agencée dans la position de transfert en étant dirigée vers le haut vers le dispositif de manutention et de transport (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manutention et de transport (3) comporte au moins un organe de préhension (15), qui est destiné à saisir les piles de flans et qui peut être positionné à cet effet au moins dans la direction de levage, ainsi que dans une direction transversale.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de préhension (15) peut être positionné successivement au niveau des unités de réception des piles de flans (9) du dispositif de portionnement (2), en ce que l'organe de préhension (15) comporte un support de serrage (18) avec des mâchoires de serrage (19, 19a), pouvant être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre et destinées à solliciter les faces frontales d'une pile de flans, et en ce que des fentes d'engagement (20) latérales pour le support de serrage sont prévues au niveau de chaque unité de réception.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de transport (4) pour acheminer et évacuer des magasins de transport (5), en particulier en forme de godets, et en ce qu'il est prévu de préférence au moins une bande transporteuse (21, 22) pour former le dispositif de transport.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de transfert (23), qui est destiné à réceptionner les magasins de transport (5) vides venant d'un convoyeur d'admission (21), est destiné à positionner les magasins de transport dans la position de remplissage et est destiné à déposer les magasins de transport remplis sur un convoyeur d'évacuation (22).
