Claims (19)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von mit einer einen Lack enthaltenden Schutzschicht versehenen flächigen Materialien, wie Folien, Platten u. dgl., bei dem man einen Lack auf ein Trägermaterial aufträgt, den Lack zumindest teilweise aushärten läßt, das mit dem Lack versehene Trägermaterial mit der Lackseite mit dem flächigen Material verbindet und danach das Trägermaterial abzieht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Lack verwendet, der auf radikalische und/oder ionische Weise polymerisierbare Substanzen enthält, und den auf das Trägermaterial aufgetragenen Lack einer radikalischen und/oder ionischen Polymerisation zum zumindest teilweisen Aushärten desselben unterzieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man dem Lack zum Durchführen der radikalischen und/oder ionischen Polymerisation einen Radikale bildenden Initiator zusetzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den auf das Trägermaterial aufgetragenen Lack zum Durchführen der radikalischen und/oder ionischen Polymerisation strahlenchemisch, plasmachemisch oder photochemisch behandelt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den auf das Trägermaterial aufgetragenen Lack einer UV-Behandlung unterzieht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Lack verwendet, der als radikalisch und/oder ionisch polymerisierbare Substanzen Acrylate, Methacrylate, Gemische hiervon und/oder hiermit copolymerisierbare Substanzen enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Lack verwendet, der eine haftvermittelnde Eigenschaften aufweisende Substanz enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf die Lackschicht des Trägermaterials und/oder das flächige Material eine Klebeschicht aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Lack verwendet, der Substanzen enthält, die durch andere Vernetzungsverfahren als die radikalische und/oder ionische Polymerisation vernetzbar sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Trägermaterial Metallfolien, Papierfolien und/oder Kunststoffolien verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, daß das Trägermaterial nach dem Verbinden mit dem flächigen Material erst vom Endanwender abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als flächiges Material ein Schichtstoffmaterial verwendet wird.
- Transferfolie zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, mit einem Trägermaterial und einem darauf befindlichen Lack, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lack zumindest teilweise auf radikalische und/oder ionische Weise polymerisiert ist.
- Transferfolie nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lack eine haftvermittelnde Substanz enthält.
- Transferfolie nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lack durch andere Vernetzungsverfahren als die radikalische und/oder ionische Polymerisation vernetzbare Substanzen enthalt.
- Transferfolie nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackschicht auf ihrer freien Seite eine Klebeschicht aufweist.
- Transferfolie nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Lackschicht und dem Trägermaterial eine Trennmittelschicht angeordnet ist.
- Transferfolie nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Lackschicht benachbarte Seite des Trägermateriales eine auf das flächige Material zu übertragende Strukturierung, Glanz/ Mattigkeitseigenschaften u. dgl. aufweist.
- Transferfolie nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackschicht Zuschlagstoffe zu Erhöhung der Verschleißeigenschaften enthält.
- Transferfolie nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackschicht einen Photoinitiator enthält
