Abstract
Description
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Verfahren mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst.
- Fig. 1
- ist eine perspektivische Prinzipdarstellung des Wagenkastens eines hochflurigen Schienenfahrzeuges mit den wichtigsten Längs- und Querträgern im ursprünglichen Zustand unter Angabe der Hebe- und Kupplungspunkte;
- Fig. 2
- ist eine der Fig. 1 ähnliche perspektivische Darstellung, die den Wagenkasten mit den wichtigsten Längs- und Querträgern nach dem Einbau von Längsträgerabschnitten für ein niederfluriges Mittelteil und der Heraustrennung des ursprünglichen mittleren Trägerstrukturabschnittes zeigt;
- Fig. 3
- zeigt das komplette Schienenfahrzeug nach dem Einbau des niederflurigen Mittelteiles in einer Längsschnittansicht.
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Einbau eines niederflurigen Mittelteiles (M) in den Wagenkasten (W) eines hochflurigen Schienenfahrzeuges,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Schritte:a) Aufnehmen und Einspannen der Trägerstruktur (T) des Wagenkastens (W) an mindestens je drei Aufnahmepunkten (H1, H2, K1; H3, H4. K2) der Trägerstruktur (T) vor und hinter einem mittleren Trägerstrukturabschnitt (TM) in einem starren Gestell;b) Entfernen aller nichttragenden Bodenteile im Bereich des mittleren Trägerstrukturabschnittes (TM);c) Einfügen neuer Längsträgerabschnitte (T1, T2) in die Trägerstruktur (T) des Wagenkastens (W) unterhalb des mittleren Trägerstrukturabschnittes (TM);d) Heraustrennen des mittleren Trägerstrukturabschnittes (TM) und der vorhandenen Wand- und Dachbereiche im Mittelteil (M) des Wagenkastens (W);e) erforderlichenfalls Einfügen eines oder mehrerer weiterer neuer Längsträgerabschnitte (T3 ... TN) und von Querträgern in die Trägerstruktur (T) des Mittelteiles (M) des Wagenkastens (W);f) Anordnen und Einfügen neuer Boden-, Wand- und Dachbereiche (B, WA, D) im Mittelteil (M) des Wagenkastens (W) auf den neuen Längsträgerabschnitten (T1, T2, T3 ... TM) der Trägerstruktur (T);g) Lösen der Einspannung der Aufnahmepunkte (H1, H2, K1; H3, H4, K2) der Trägerstruktur (T) von dem starren Gestell. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die mindestens je drei Aufnahmepunkte (H1, H2, K1) und (H3, H4, K2) an peripheren Stellen der Trägerstruktur (T) angeordnet sind und einen möglichst großen Abstand voneinander haben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Aufnahmepunkte (H1, H2, K1; H3, H4, K2) zum Einspannen der Trägerstruktur (T) die Hebepunkte (H1, H2, H3, H4) und die Kupplungspunkte (K1, K2) des Wagenkastens (W) dienen. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der neue Dachbereich (D) im Mittelteil (M) des Wagenkastens (W) gegenüber den vorhandenen vorderen und hinteren Dachbereichen (D1, D2) des Wagenkastens (W) erhöht ausgebildet wird - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erhöhte Dachbereich (D) zur Aufnahme der Antriebssteuerungsausrüstung des Schienenfahrzeuges dient. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der neue Bodenbereich (B) des niederflurigen Mittelteiles (M) in einem Abstand vom Grund von etwa 240 mm ausgebildet wird.
