Description

  • The invention relates to a tubular bag machine comprising a film web, a supply roll, deflection rollers for feeding the flat film web to a forming shoulder, a film take-off for transporting the film web, a filling tube for receiving the film web converted into a film tube, baking a transverse welding device for producing transverse seams, a separating device for transection of the film tube, and connected to the filling tube, facing away from the filling tube, flat spreading elements, wherein in the direction of transporting the spreading elements in each case one edge welding device per spreader is provided, which is directed against the deflected by a spreader hose edge.
  • Such a known tubular bag machine is used to produce tubular bags whose four edges are welded. These tubular bags have a relatively good stability.
  • At one of the EP 0 627 355 A Known flow wrap machine is produced by means of a symmetrical shoulder form a centerline arranged in the middle of the bag. The edges of the bag are welded separately so that a bag has five longitudinal welds.

  • A bag with only four longitudinal welds has no longitudinal seam on the bag printing. For the production of a bag with a central, the bag printing there interrupting longitudinal seam a conventional, symmetrical form shoulder is used.
  • The known tubular bag machines do not offer the possibility to produce bags with easy-to-use opening aid or Wiederverschließhilfe such that this help uses the special shape of the sealed along its four edges bag.
  • The invention is based on the object to eliminate this disadvantage in a tubular bag machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • The object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1. In this case, a separate longitudinal welding device is provided for welding the area adjacent to the hose rim. By using the asymmetrical shaping shoulder, the otherwise centerline longitudinal seam is placed in the region of an edge of the bag, so that a separate, centrally extending longitudinal seam is no longer present, wherein the longitudinal welding device (18) relative to the adjacent edge welding device (15) to the film edges (17) is offset, the film edges (17) in the form of a fin (22) from the film tube (8 ) or against the film tube (8), and the longitudinal welding device (18) is at a distance from the film edges (17), so that the film edges (17) remain unwelded. The unwelded edges can be manually grasped and pulled apart to thus open the bag.
  • The invention has the advantage that, owing to the two welding devices provided on a hose edge, namely an edge welding device and the separate longitudinal welding device, two longitudinal seams are produced directly next to one another in the region of the hose edge at which the film hose is longitudinally closed. Of these two longitudinal seams, one seam may be provided as a relatively tear-proof and non-reclosable seam, and the other seam may serve as an easy-open or resealable seam. Or, as a result of its edge welding, a seam primarily fulfills the purpose of bag stabilization and the other seam serves for a secure bag closure. Then z. B. the edge-welding seam is generally lower strength than the bag-welding longitudinal seam.
  • Special importance has such a generated bag even if the outer, d. H. the seam to be opened first is a seam which can be easily opened, and the subsequent seam fulfills the function of edge stabilization. The first seam to be opened can hereby have a reclosing aid.
  • If the longitudinal welding device is offset from the edge of the film adjacent to the edge of the film, the longitudinal welding device effects the closure of the film tube at the point where the two film edges meet. These edges are followed by an edge area. This arrangement allows in a simple way the production of four-edge sealed bags with limited by an edge longitudinal seam. The edge can also be formed without a bag closing property.
  • The proposed tubular bag machine is used both for the production of bags, the film edge in the form of a fin from the bag (film tube) away, as well as for bags whose film edge in the form of an overlap seam or a fin on the bag (film tube) is applied. The concern can z. B. be provided by means of a corresponding weld.
  • The tubular bag machine can be operated continuously or clocked. Accordingly, the operation of the film take-off takes place. For continuous operation, circumferential sealing strips (claim 2) and a rotating system of transverse jaws are suitable for longitudinal welding. Heat seal jaws, which are operated in cycles (claim 3) can be used in a clocked operation.
  • Gussets are used to create gussets in the film tube. A pair of mutually movable gusset generators are used to prick two opposing gussets into the film tube. Thus, by means of two pairs of gussets, wherein one pair is provided in the direction of transport of the film before and one pair after the transverse seal (claim 4), tubular bags are welded together with two opposing transverse seams. These bags are very dimensionally stable. They are welded on the head side and bottom side by means of cross seams. The gussets are welded in the cross seams. If the distance of the one pair from the transverse welding device is equal to the distance of the other pair from the transverse welding device (claim 5), then the bag is symmetrical with respect to its gusset arrangement and can be made relatively round so as to have a can-like appearance in edged form and to serve in the most advantageous manner (material savings) as a can substitute.
  • If the forming shoulder has a lateral slot through which the edge of the film is led out (claim 6), then the tubular bag machine can be equipped with a conventional, but slotted, asymmetric forming shoulder.
  • A preforming of the edges can be done in a technically simplest manner and regardless of the operating mode of the tubular bag machine, if according to claim 7 in the region of the forming shoulder two film retainer are provided, which are each arranged between two Folienspreizern to preform the film tube for edge welding. These foil spreaders are attached to the filling tube for secure preforming.
  • If a device for attaching a bag opening aid or a resealing aid is attached to the flat film web, and if this aid is provided for entry into the longitudinal seam and / or the edges to be welded (claim 9), then a selected seam can be provided with appropriate assistance.   • In a vertical tubular bag machine 1, a flat film web 2 is unwound from a supply roll 3 and fed via a deflection roller 4 of an asymmetrical forming shoulder 5 ( FIG. 1 ). The collar breast parts 34, 35 of the form shoulder 5 are different in length. A film take-off 6 serves for the further transport of the film web 2. A filling tube 7 receives the film web 2 formed into a film tube 8. In one of the jaws 9 is a separator 12 for cutting through the film tube 8 between two transverse seams 11. Through the filling tube 7, a filling of the bag 13 is produced.
  • With the filling tube 7 four pointing away from the filling tube 7, flat spreading elements 14 are connected ( Figures 3 ). Downstream of the spreading elements 14, ie below the spreading elements 14, one edge welding device 15 per spreading element 14 is provided in the direction of transport of the film, each being directed against the hose edge 16 deflected by a spreading element 14.
  • The forming shoulder 7 displaces the superimposed film edges 17 to the right on the side of the film tube 8. A separate longitudinal welding device 18 is provided for welding the region 19 adjacent to the tube edge 16 in order to produce two weld seams lying directly next to one another. The

  • At the transverse welding device 10, two pairs 24, 25 gusset generators 26 are provided. The two gussets 26 of a pair 24, 25 are movable against each other and in the film tube 8 between them to produce gussets in the bag 13. A pair 24 is provided in the sheet transporting direction in front and a pair 25 after the transverse welding device 10. The distance 27 of the one pair 24 from the transverse welding device 10, viewed in the direction of film transport, is equal to the distance 27 of the other pair 25 from the transverse welding device 10.
  • The forming shoulder 5 has a lateral slot 28 through which the film edge 17 is led out ( FIG. 1 ). In the region of the forming shoulder 5, two film retainers 29 are provided on the filling tube 7, which are each arranged between two film spreaders 30 in order to preform the film tube 8 for a welding of the edges 21.
  • On the flat film web 2, a device 31 for attaching a bag opening aid 32 is attached ( FIG. 1 ). The bag-opening aid 32 is a strip-shaped peel layer which runs into the longitudinal seam 20 and serves to produce a bag 13 (13) produced in this way. FIG. 5 ) easier to open.

Then the overhead longitudinal seam 20 can be opened to remove product from the bag 13. The edges 21 stabilize the bag 13. Claims (10)

  1. A tubular-bag machine (1) comprising a foil web (2), a supply roll (3), deflection rollers (4) for feeding the planar foil web (2) to a forming shoulder (5), a foil draw-off device (6) for transporting the foil web, a filler tube (7) for receiving the foil web (2) which has been formed into a foil tube (8), wherein the foil edges (17) of the foil web (2) lie on top of one another, jaws (9) of a transverse sealing means (10) for producing transverse seams (11), a cutting means (12) for cutting through the foil tube (8), and flat spreading members (14) connected to the filler tube (7) and extending away from the filler tube (7), wherein an edge sealing means (15) is provided for each spreading member (14) downstream thereof in the foil transportation direction and faces the tube edge (16) which has been deflected outwards by a respective spreading member (14), characterised in that the forming shoulder (5) is formed by an asymmetrical forming shoulder (5) with collar-breast parts (34, 35) of different lengths, in that a separate longitudinal sealing means (18) is provided for sealing the region (19) adjacent to the tube edge (16), wherein the longitudinal sealing means (18) is displaced towards the foil edges (17) in relation to the adjacent edge sealing means (15), the foil edges (17) extend away from the foil tube (8) in the form of a fin (22) or rest against the foil tube (8), and the longitudinal sealing means (18) is spaced from the foil edges (17) so that the foil edges (17) remain unsealed and can be taken hold of and drawn apart manually in order in this way to open the bag.

  7. A tubular-bag machine according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that two foil retainers (29) are provided in the region of the forming shoulder (5) and are each arranged between two foil spreaders (30) in order to preform the foil tube (8) for sealing the edges (21).
  8. A tubular-bag machine according to claim 7, characterised in that the foil spreaders (30) are mounted on the filler tube (7).
  9. A tubular-bag machine according to at least one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a means (31) for applying a bag opening aid (32) or a reclosing aid is applied to the planar foil web (2), and this aid is provided for running into the longitudinal seam (20) and/or the edges (21) to be sealed.
  10. A tubular-bag machine according to claim 9, characterised in that the aid is formed by a strip-type peelable layer, a double-sided adhesive strip or a reclosable zipper strip.
