Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for producing

Further advantages and advantageous developments of Device according to the invention for producing resealable tubular pouches result from the subclaims and the description.
Another increase in device performance is possible if the device is operated continuously.
A synchronous movement of the transverse seam sealing device and the device for attaching and attaching the Closure tape can be achieved if the two Facilities are coupled together.
The shown in Figures 1 and 2, known per se
dargestellten, kontinuierlich arbeitenden vertikalen
Schlauchbeutelmaschine 17. Die Schlauchbeutelmaschine 17 hat
zum Formen der Schlauchbeutelpackungen 1 aus einer
Packstoffbahn 18 eine Formschulter 19, die in üblicher Weise
mit einem Formrohr 20 verbunden ist. Unterhalb der
Formschulter 19 ist am Formrohr 20 eine
Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung 21 zum Bilden der Längsnaht 4
angeordnet. Unterhalb des Formrohrs 20 befindet sich
weiterhin ein auf- und abbewegliches Quernahtbackengehäuse
22 mit zwei gegeneinander fahrbaren Quernahtsiegelbacken 23,
24. Die Quernahtsiegelbacken 23, 24 dienen zum Bilden der
Quernähte 2, 3, wobei gleichzeitig die Bereiche 11, 14 des
Bandes 6 gegen die Innenseite 13, 15 der
Schlauchbeutelpackungen 1 vollflächig gesiegelt werden. The manufacture of such a
Zum Zuführen der Packstoffbahn 18 von einer nicht
dargestellten Vorratsrolle dienen neben den in Anlagekontakt
mit dem Formrohr 20 befindlichen Vorzugsbändern 25
kontinuierlich angetriebene Vorzugsrollen 26, 27 sowie
Umlenkrollen 28.
For feeding the
Die im Bereich einer horizontalen Zuführstrecke des
Packstoffbandes 18 angeordnete Einrichtung 30 weist ein von
einem Schrittmotor 31 angetriebenes, ortsfestes
Walzrollenpaar 32, 33 auf. Das seitlich und oberhalb des
Packstoffbandes 18 angeordnete Walzrollenpaar 32, 33 zieht
The in the area of a horizontal feed path of the
The
Packstoffbahn 18 eingenommen. On the side facing the
Um eine synchrone horizontale Bewegung der beiden
Siegelbacken 44, 45 mit der kontinuierlichen
Vorschubbewegung der Packstoffbahn 18 zu bewirken, ist die
Befestigungseinrichtung 43 mit dem Quernahtbackengehäuse 22
gekoppelt. Die Kopplung erfolgt beispielsweise mittels eines
Zahnriemens 46, der über eine Umlenkrolle 47 geführt ist.
Der Zahnriemen 46 bewirkt, daß die Siegelbacken 44, 45 bei
einer Abwärtsbewegung der Quernahtsiegelbacken 23, 24,
welche mit der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des aus der
Packstoffbahn 18 geformten Schlauches erfolgt, mit der
selben Geschwindigkeit und synchron von der der
Führungscassette 36 zugewandten Endlage in ihre andere
Endlage gebracht werden. Da der Zahnriemen 46 nur Zugkräfte
übermittelt, ist das dem Zahnriemen 46 gegenüberliegende
Ende der Befestigungseinrichtung 43 mit einer Zugfeder 48
verbunden, die die Befestigungseinrichtung 43 und somit auch
die Siegelbacken 44, 45 in die der Führungscassette 36
zugeordnete Endlage zurückführen können.A synchronous horizontal movement of the two
Schlauchbeutelpackung 1 vom Schlauch abgetrennt.
Anschließend werden die Quernahtsiegelbacken 23, 24 wieder
geöffnet und das Quernahtbackengehäuse 22 in seine obere
Endlage zurückgebracht.The
beschrieben wiederholen.The application of
