Definitions
- the invention relates to a paint line with a jacket, an interior and a cleaning device.
- a color line is used to match a color to a Surface to be applied, for example in Shape of a varnish, from a source to a destination, for example an output device transport.
- the output device can, for example be formed by a spray gun.
- the source can be formed by a color changer over that of the color line optionally different Paints or varnishes can be added.
- Paints or varnishes can be added.
- constellations for the Use of such a color line is conceivable.
- the invention has for its object the cleaning to facilitate a color line.
- the hose can be used during normal conveyance Color stationary through the paint line in the interior remain. Appropriate training of the hose provided that it does not interfere further there, i.e. the usable cross section of the interior is not noticeable reduced. Now if the interior needs to be cleaned is then the hose with the help of Pressurized fluid source "inflated", i.e. put under pressure. He then lies down on the inside wall of the coat on, so it reduces the color available standing cross section. With a corresponding The hose then pressurizes all over to the inner wall of the jacket so that the interior completely filled through the hose. There is then no space left for the color. This becomes a reflux outlet with the help of the hose displaces where it can be removed.
- Pressurized fluid source "inflated", i.e. put under pressure. He then lies down on the inside wall of the coat on, so it reduces the color available standing cross section.
- the hose pressurizes all over to the inner wall of the jacket so that the interior completely filled through the hose. There
- the shape change controlled by the source of pressurized fluid can be used rather a replacement for the newt, namely one Hose with a changeable shape.
- the paint is squeezed out of the paint line, so to speak.
- the pressure fluid can, for example a compressed gas, such as compressed air. It is also possible to use a liquid as pressure fluid.
- the hose is preferably at least in the radial direction stretchable. You lay out the hose so that it is in the unstretched condition has an outside diameter that is smaller than the inside diameter of the jacket. Around ultimately the hose is placed against the inner wall to reach the jacket, the hose must be stretched a little become. The stretch does not have to be excessive be great. With the stretch, however, one avoids that wrinkles form on the outside of the tube that could in turn lead to pockets in which paint remains fix. If, however, the hose is stretched then he is in contact with the inner wall of the Coat smooth and at least expresses the color from the Area in which the hose lies against the jacket.
- the paint line preferably has a controllable one Reflux outlet on. So you hold in the color that to be displaced, maintain a certain pressure.
- This pressure has the advantage that the hose from the pressure fluid source towards the reflux outlet and after widening. The expansion can only against the pressure of the liquid in the paint line respectively. So the hose won't over inflated all of its length at once. Rather, there is a kind of wandering movement of the front, i.e. the reflux outlet facing end of the inflated area. The color in the color line pending, is gradually from the paint line repressed. But this displacement can be relative done quickly.
- the hose is preferably at its source of pressurized fluid opposite end closed or has a lockable exit from the interior. In In both cases it is ensured that the pressure fluid spreads only inside the hose and does not pass into the paint line. Furthermore can be ensured in this way that in Hose actually builds up a pressure sufficient to the color from the space between the hose and squeeze out the coat.
- the hose is preferably at least in the region of the the end of the interior facing away from the pressure fluid source established. This prevents the hose from going through incoming color is pushed together and the free Cross section of the paint line reduced.
- the definition can be done simply by the hose on the End of connection with the coat or another has part fixed to the jacket, for example a color changer.
- Fig. 1 shows a paint line 1 with a jacket 2, the surrounds a hollow interior 3.
- the color line 1 forms a connection between a shown only schematically Color changer 4 and a sprayer 5.
- the spray device 5 is only schematic here shown. It is usually larger Cable cross-section connected to paint line 1.
- the representation chosen in Fig. 1 is only schematic and gives the real connection relationships between the Paint line 1 and the spray gun 5 not again. The Explanation is limited to a section of the Paint line 1, which is to be cleaned later, such as this can be seen below.
- the color changer 4 provides a connection between the Color line 1 and also shown only schematically Ring line 6 ago. Via the ring line 6 color is supplied under pressure so that it from the Spray gun 5 can be ejected. With the color can be, for example, a varnish with a surface to be coated.
- the color changer 4 is intended to be different To connect ring lines 6 to color line 1, so that 1 different colors through the color line the spray gun 5 can be supplied. Before you however, the color line must change color 1 can be cleaned.
- Such mechanical pre-cleaning is common made by a pig, not shown, who wipes an inner wall 7 of the jacket 2. This newt is of a first end 8 that the Spray gun 5 is adjacent to a second end 9 the color line 1, which is adjacent to the color changer 4 is.
- a hose 10 is arranged in the interior 3 of the paint line 1.
- This hose is at one end with With the help of a fastening device 11 at the second end 9 of the paint line 1 attached.
- the other end is there via a pressure fluid inlet 12 with a pressure fluid source 13 in connection.
- the pressure fluid inlet 12 is passed through an opening 14 in the jacket 2.
- the hose 10 is the source of pressurized fluid 13 switched so that a relative in the hose 10 low pressure, for example atmospheric pressure, prevails.
- the pressure in the hose 10 is in any case much lower than the pressure in the interior 3, for example caused by the supplied color is so that the hose 10 under the action of the im Interior 3 prevailing pressure is compressed and the free flow cross section of the interior 3 practically not reduced.
- the hose 10 is through the holding device 11 against the incoming paint in held its position. So there is no danger that it folds up and thereby the free flow cross section reduced by the interior.
- the pressure fluid source 13 is then started up, which fills the hose 10 with a pressure fluid.
- the Pressurized fluid can be, for example, a pressurized gas, such as compressed air, his. But it can also be a hydraulic fluid act.
- the hose 10 against the pressure of the Color still present in the pressure line 1 is filled. This has the consequence that the hose 10 is not over can fill its entire length evenly, but first a pressure pad 15 is created, the front one End 16 towards the second end 9 of the paint line 1 moves. The hose 10 then refills and after to the inner wall 7 of the jacket 2 and fills the interior 3 gradually completely, so that there is no room left for paint residues.
- the hose 10 is stretchable at least in the radial direction educated. In the unstretched state, it can have an outside diameter which is slightly smaller than that Inner diameter of the jacket 2. By an appropriate Supply of pressure fluid, however, becomes the hose 10 stretched far that he is against the inner wall 7 of the jacket 2 can create. The stretch ensures that this system is practically wrinkle-free, so that there are no nests or pockets in which Color residues can remain.
